The ocean view and patio area was the best part. Amazing. The room was clean, but some outlets didn't work. Overall, we are were very happy with our stay.

Great location

Easy check-in/out process. Great communication with property management. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location. Beach area in front of condo was not overly crowded. We would stay again.

great but short stay

Great location, weather was nice, water beautiful and we couldn't wait to relax for several days, but our daughter went into labor 6 weeks early and we had to haul it in the middle of our stay.... Try again next year!

This property was right out my back door to the beach and we just loved it! We are senior citizens and not having too many steps was a plus for us

Best View Ever

The location and the view was the absolute best. The condo was a little dated but that didn’t even matter because the location was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed. Couldn’t find a pizza pan or a baking sheet but we improvised. Beds were super comfortable. Tvs were good. Showers were good. Parking was good and easy. Beach access was spectacular. Pool was great. Blue Angels were practicing over the beach while we were there and were able to sit on patio, in the shade, sip coffee and watch! Wonderful trip.

Extended weekend

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very dated and not well maintained, especially the bathrooms. The location was great. The beaches were not crowded at all.

Best beachfront bargain

The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The patio area was our favorite area to hang out when we were not on the beach. This unit needs some updating but overall was perfect for our girls vacation.

Trip to Paradise

The location is incredible! The view is amazing! We enjoyed our stay. We did have a few problems upon arrival that was not addressed until the next day; however, the property management was very apologetic and did have the issues resolved in a timely manner.

Exactly what we needed!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was immaculately clean and the view was amazing! We loved the large patio and being just steps away from the sand! Peg Leg Pete's is directly across the road and most everything else is within walking distance! The beach in front of the condo was very clean and not terribly crowded.

Nice stay directly on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a clean and comfortable place, just a little dated, but a gorgeous beach! Would suggest a good 10-cup coffee maker, and more attention to details (chipped water glasses, switches missing from lamps, master bedroom TV only gets MeTV, all easy fixes). While the large patio was very nice, it was also subject to lots of foot traffic from units further down the row.

Sans Souci 104

This was our third stay in the Sans Souci property- first time in this condo. We loved the location of being on the bottom floor (it still sits high enough so that you have a beautiful view of the beach from the patio). The convenience of having Peg Leg Pete's across the street and the Tom Thumb are perfect! We will be back for years to come!

Great location

Great location right across from Peg Leg Pete’s! Back patio opens up right at beach- just down short flight of steps and you are on the beach. Adirondack chairs lovely! Back sliding door difficult to slide. Bathrooms could use some updating! But fabulous location! We will be back! Thank you!

Quick Beach Get Away

We had the best weekend! We were on the first floor so we really enjoyed the large patio. Everything was great! The only negative was the lighting in the bedrooms. There were only lamps and so it was dark in the rooms. That was the only draw back and that wasn't anything major. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

You literally could not get closer to the beach than this. The only issue we had was the refrigerator wasn’t working correctly but with one call the property management team had a solution within mins! Wonderful customer service and a wonderful place to say. All around 5 stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for an experience that encompasses, opening your sliding door and walking straight into the white gulf sands, then this is the place to stay. we saw dolphins in the morning as we drank our coffee on the terrace.

Gulf Front - Lower Level Stay

Great gulf front condo to stay in. Definitely retro/70s vibe; but well maintained. Large pool and Spa on site. Rental Agency and Cleaning seemed to be great! The only thing to be aware of; is that the master and 2nd bedroom might be reversed in some peoples minds. e.g. the master is in the back; while the guests have a small window overlooking the gulf. Regardless we both spent most of our time on the porch or the beach. And the Emerald coast rarely disappoints!

Short Beach Get Away!

We had a short get away with just the girls. Ages ranging from 80 to 26. Location was awesome and the condo was what we expected. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Only one suggestion, please check on the water heater. The water did not stay warm for long while taking showers or baths. Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend and we would stay here again. Thanks so much!

easy access to beach

Great stay! One day a magic. My husband mother and son spent this vacation with me. My 98 yr. old mother used her walker easily to get from inside to off the huge ground floor porch with ease. The sand was soft and fluffy the sky bright blue. The chairs in main room need upholstery cleaner on the arms as they felt a little sticky. My bed post in the smaller room is about to fall off but it is a comfy bed. The outdoor table needs some repairs as it is very torn up and could use a replacement top. We saw butterflies on the beach and the cherry on top was a fly by from the BLUE ANGELS!!!

Our go-to condo for future stays at Pensacola Beach

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The location was so perfect for being able to walk out to the beach, or run back to the room if needed. We were traveling with our five year old and it made it so easy to take bathroom and lunch breaks. The beds were comfortable and we slept great the whole stay. The only con was that when we arrived all the lamps in the unit had been unplugged. This wouldn’t have been an issue except the lamps in the second bedroom had to be plugged in behind the headboard of the bed which required you to pull the bed away from the wall. Not a huge deal, but it seemed unnecessary to have to do. This was a small con and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay. We can’t wait to book here next year. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is a little older and a little long in the tooth but it was clean and the location could not be beat. The pool/spa were great. The units furniture is different from the picture and while not as beachy was fine. The unit could do with a little updating, at least fix loose towel bars and faucet handles etc. Overall we had a great time and were very satisfied with our stay. Just a hint, you can call Peg Leg Pete's and put your name on the list. They will call you when your table is ready and you avoid waiting outside for an hour + or - .
