The unit is located on a well maintained secure property. There was zero privacy for the patio and was a walkthrough for other units accessing the beach. The sliding door to the patio is small and not a great view of the beach. Also, the T.V. In the main room is very small. Highly suggest an upgrade on the T.V.

The beach view was amazing! However, that was about all. The room is in serious need of upgrades. There was mold in the shower and bathtub, rust in the ceiling, and, worst of all, there was blood on the sheets. The management did come and change the linens and get some of the mold off, I was given a free bottle of wine. For the price I was honestly expecting to get a refund.

Excellent location, great parking, easy beach access made this property worth it! Texting the host was convenient! However, no extra toilet paper, no patio furniture--had to request some (delivered the next afternoon) broken bed spindle that could harm someone.

The condo was clean and inviting. The floors were not. You could feel the dirt under your feet. It was lovely being so close to the beach! I was shocked when my final payment was deducted because on top of the nights we payed for a charge of almost 600 was applied called ‘host fees’ however we weren’t even given the gate code prior to arrival. We sat at the entrance blocking it while trying to reach the ‘host’ for the code to no avail. Thanks to another renter coming behind us who had the same issue giving us the code.

The ocean view and patio area was the best part. Amazing. The room was clean, but some outlets didn't work. Overall, we are were very happy with our stay.

Great location

Easy check-in/out process. Great communication with property management. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location. Beach area in front of condo was not overly crowded. We would stay again.

great but short stay

Great location, weather was nice, water beautiful and we couldn't wait to relax for several days, but our daughter went into labor 6 weeks early and we had to haul it in the middle of our stay.... Try again next year!

Best beachfront bargain

The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The patio area was our favorite area to hang out when we were not on the beach. This unit needs some updating but overall was perfect for our girls vacation.

Extended weekend

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very dated and not well maintained, especially the bathrooms. The location was great. The beaches were not crowded at all.

The unit was very nice, however the online listing show a the patio with a full complement of furniture. When we arrived, no furniture whatsoever. Very disappointing, having to use our beach chairs when spending a nice evening on the patio. Suggestion...Please add a broom and dust pan to the cleaning closet. We track in small amounts of sand returning from the beach. We woud have been happy to sweep up if we had a broom. On the postive side, everything was clean, comfortable beds, good ice maker, decent cookware (although some pieces had significant scorching on their bottoms. Scouring powder could significantly improve them. Check in and check out went well, we left 5 hours before checkout and would've called to inform housekeeping of that so that they could get and early start on cleaning, but no such instructions were given. All in all, a very good stay and we will strongly consider staying her again next year. Thank you!

Trip to Paradise

The location is incredible! The view is amazing! We enjoyed our stay. We did have a few problems upon arrival that was not addressed until the next day; however, the property management was very apologetic and did have the issues resolved in a timely manner.

Exactly what we needed!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was immaculately clean and the view was amazing! We loved the large patio and being just steps away from the sand! Peg Leg Pete's is directly across the road and most everything else is within walking distance! The beach in front of the condo was very clean and not terribly crowded.

Best View Ever

The location and the view was the absolute best. The condo was a little dated but that didn’t even matter because the location was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed. Couldn’t find a pizza pan or a baking sheet but we improvised. Beds were super comfortable. Tvs were good. Showers were good. Parking was good and easy. Beach access was spectacular. Pool was great. Blue Angels were practicing over the beach while we were there and were able to sit on patio, in the shade, sip coffee and watch! Wonderful trip.

Poor communication. We were supposed to get our code for our room at 3:30, when I messaged the host they replied back with they will send it at 4. That was ok but then I messaged about the WIFI not working and there was not one piece of patio furniture. I didn't get a response until I called again almost 24 hours later. The reaponse was they would have some patio furniture delivered the next day. In the afternoon of day 3, we received our "patio furniture" which consisted of 2 chairs dropped off in the fr corner of the patio. The condo sleeps 5. See pictures of the listing versus what was there then what they delivered. The condo had a musky smell. It is outdated with very little if any decor. The bedrooms do not have overhead lights only lamps which take up the space for any chargers needed for devices. Half the outlets did not work either.

Nice stay directly on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a clean and comfortable place, just a little dated, but a gorgeous beach! Would suggest a good 10-cup coffee maker, and more attention to details (chipped water glasses, switches missing from lamps, master bedroom TV only gets MeTV, all easy fixes). While the large patio was very nice, it was also subject to lots of foot traffic from units further down the row.

Sans Souci 104

This was our third stay in the Sans Souci property- first time in this condo. We loved the location of being on the bottom floor (it still sits high enough so that you have a beautiful view of the beach from the patio). The convenience of having Peg Leg Pete's across the street and the Tom Thumb are perfect! We will be back for years to come!

Great location

Great location right across from Peg Leg Pete’s! Back patio opens up right at beach- just down short flight of steps and you are on the beach. Adirondack chairs lovely! Back sliding door difficult to slide. Bathrooms could use some updating! But fabulous location! We will be back! Thank you!

Quick Beach Get Away

We had the best weekend! We were on the first floor so we really enjoyed the large patio. Everything was great! The only negative was the lighting in the bedrooms. There were only lamps and so it was dark in the rooms. That was the only draw back and that wasn't anything major. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!
