Hi Lisa, thank you so much for your feedback. This home really is awesome, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. As part of our pre-service, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of Paper Towels for the Kitchen. I appreciate you letting us know, this may not have been enough so we can plan accordingly for future guests. We have also added garbage bags, and more Tupperware for leftovers. Again, great feedback. Thank you for being such an awesome guest, we hope to host you again in the future.

We had ordered the replacement parts a few weeks ago, but unfortunately, they were on backorder. The good news is we just received notice that the parts are in, and we're scheduled to have everything fixed as soon as possible.
