My family and I stay in this home every year. It's a gorgeous home with room for everyone. They really did think of everything you could need, it's very clean and comfortable. We will always be back.

Wow. This is the best Deer Valley has to offer!

The home is perfect in a quiet Deer Valley neighborhood. The countless bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone in our group extra comfortable. The decor is amazing! The games and TV areas were perfect for different age groups. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Spacious home

This house is really beautiful. It's very clean and very well decorated, we really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and living room are huge giving us plenty of space to hang out as a family without feeling on top of each other. We had a great time!

Nice House

House is big and designed for large groups sleeps a lot of people. We hit a weird week with three feet of snow just before we arrived so lost use of some bedrooms but other than that it was a nice house.

The BEST in Deer Valley!

The house was immaculate and so beautifully decorated! Large enough for us all to spread out with perfectly designed open gathering areas for our meals and games/discussions! The property manager, Cory, was really great and made sure things were just right! We'll be back soon!!!

Great house

This house is amazing, it has everything. Huge, spacious, and nicely decorated. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The customer service and communication with the Property Manager was great, very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn't change a thing about this home, we look forward to next year! Also, great location.

Best reunion ever!!

We stayed at this home for our annual friend reunion and it was the perfect space. Plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen and dining room are huge with the open concept. With the home gym and game room, there wasn't a lot of reasons to even leave the home, but when we did leave the short Uber ride to downtown Main Street was a piece of cake. We had a great time at this beautiful house!

Great for family!

Our family enjoyed this hugh, beautiful house! We had plenty of room and the owner supplied many amenities such as laundry detergent, dishwasher. Liquid and trash bags. The hot tub was not working which we were looking forward to!!!

WOW!!

This house is incredible. Everywhere you look there is another space, another bedroom or another floor. We had such a great time getting caught up with friends and family, and this was the perfect space to do that in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some, and the home was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The house was a great size for our 3 generation family birthday celebration. We had 17 people. Cory was very responsive. It was terribly disappointing that the hot tub was not operational.

The email had the wrong check in code and we had to reach out to get the correct code. Some windows were open in the home upon our arrival, but the rules state not to open the windows.

Sleeps 30, yet limited to 7 cars

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. We knew well in advance about the 7 car limit on site so it wasn’t a problem. However, sorting out carpools and identifying where to leave surplus cars ahead of time was a ton of work. The house was otherwise the perfect gathering for hosting out of town visitors. There was a bathroom in every bedroom and 10 rooms total! Tons of space in the common rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was not working sadly and we were not notified about this in advance. Our guests all brought swimming suits so that was embarrassing to find out so late. The email we received only said “not use the hot tub after 10pm” so that was misleading prior to arrival. If parking and the hot tub aren’t dealbreakers, this house is a dream to stay in!!!

Motel 6 in a Four Seasons Location.

This is neither luxurious nor a mansion. The best attribute about this property is its location. I have actually stayed in the house across the street and in another four doors up that were both quite nice. Just prior to check in we were informed that one of the bedrooms was out of order due to a water leak beyond their control. Upon arrival we found water pouring into the garage and sheet rock falling off. The patio above had 3 feet of ice and snow. The gas line going to the grill was encased in a block of ice. The living room had 8 orange contractor buckets to catch leaking water. During our stay we lost a second bedroom and had two others with leaks in the closet. There is easily a $100,000 in water damage and probably a lot more. This was caused by incompetent management and shoddy construction. Everything in this house is builder grade from the windows, to the bathrooms, to the particle board vinyl kitchen cabinets. None of the bathtubs drain properly and 3 of the toilets run continuously. The bedrooms are a joke, soft cheap mattresses with Walmart linens, no dressers or hangers. The king and queen bunk beds are ridiculous. The furniture in public areas appear to be Wayfair or IKEA. This is the perfect house for a fraternity party or kids baseball team but not a corporate retreat.

We are a family of fellow travelers. We stay in vacation rentals all over the US and sometimes outside of the US. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of our own guests. When you are happy we are happy! We love the live in the Park City, UT area. There is nowhere better in our opinion. The skiing, mountain biking, community events, concerts, restaurants, people, hiking, etc.. are unparalleled! And the fact that you can get to Park City so quickly through the Salt Lake City international airport is incredible. We are only 30 minutes away! It's incredible!

We just finished this property in July of 2021. It's gorgeous and has amazing views and is set in an amazing neighborhood. We are just a few minutes drive to the base of Deer Valley Mountain where you can enjoy year around action. There is so much to do in every season. Just ping me and I"ll send you a list.

We are about 5 minutes away from Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain. So you are right in the action. The home is gorgeous. The views are incredible. You are close to everything and we sleep 30! What's not to love!
