¡Bienvenido a Depot Village! Este es un apartamento de dos dormitorios y un baño con todos los servicios, ubicado en el corazón del centro de Gainesville y cerca de todo. Esta propiedad está detrás del famoso Hipódromo y muy cerca del Depot Park. Está completamente amueblado con una cocina de lujo completa. Ofrecemos café y té elaborados localmente. Rate this property very high, very close to university and all the restaurant. There is a store which sell the CBD and stuff, which I felt was no no for a family stay, but there was no trouble overall.

Great for what we needed! Host happened to be available on site when we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. It was me, my husband, 2 young sons (4 yo, 2yo) and 2 dogs staying one night for the Medieval Faire. Great location, walkable to Depot Park and several restaurants. We had a little hiccup with the check in process but it was resolved quickly, not a big deal at all.

This was great!

The experience was overall great,the place had a full kitchen and shower which made the whole stay smooth. The beds were comfy,but it be nice if they had extra pillows and blankets. They could be folded in the closet if needed.

We stayed in the treehouse suite! Easy check-in, ordered in for dinner from Harry’s, walked to our concert and had a great time! We were welcomed by friendly staff and assured if we needed anything, to just ask! 5 stars, only needs a little more lighting inside😊

Great stay!

I had an amazing experience here! The property is just as described. Very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the air conditioning was cold. The owner is fantastic, very quick to respond to messages. Our first night there, we got to see a live performance of The Princess Bride, and the second night was live music. 10/10

UF Veterinary Visit

We had to take our pup to UF for major surgery. The treehouse was perfect. Well updated, clean, and private. Perfect location. Just a warning for the tall folks 6 ft and greater, doorways are shorter than average. My husbands 6.5 and hit his head on the doorway a few times.

Hidden oasis in downtown Gainesville

Stayed October 2023. This was a wonderful place to stay when traveling with my dog. It is in a small, unique complex with a handful of units managed by an onsite team. The staff were great and eager to help with restocking the room and carrying bags up the stairs (this unit is a second floor walk up). The space was exactly as pictured. The far ends of the property are protected by a privacy fence, and there are plenty of cozy outdoor spaces to chill and get some fresh air within the grounds. There is a large stage area in the middle of the common area outside, but it was quiet the weekend I stayed. I would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

No parking instructions given and when we got there we found no parking onsite. Parked across the street to check it out. That when we notice a few homeless guys hanging around and one that took interest in our jet ski. Walking to the room we walked right into a couple guys smoking weed, drinking beer, and listening to music right outside our room. Owner say they were guests and doing nothing wrong since that is normal here. We immediately left and ate the money just to get a hotel up the road. I was not going to have my wife and kids in this environment. Beware, the ad says nothing about this. Very sketchy. Not family friendly

Property manager was great. Super fast response. It was a little confusing finding the rental at night but with the help of the property manager and some other guests it was a smooth checks n and check out. Place was nice, clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Will stay here again for sure.

Cute property—almost 5 stars

This property was renovated as a 2 bedroom-instead of a 1 bedroom with living space. There is no common area-except for the kitchen—which is a very nice kitchen. That worked for me but I would’ve have enjoyed a sitting area also. Also, could have used some cleaning supplies—particularly a broom and some extra garbage bags. I did some flower arranging and cooking for an engagement party and had a hard time cleaning up. Communication was easy and complete—accessing property and parking were no problem. I’d definitely stay again!
