Wonderful location! Unfortunately, the dryer was not working but the host was kind enough to supply extra towels mid-way through the week. They did receive a new dryer the day we checked out so future visits should be OK. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

The view was great! The couch is a little rough, jetted tub didnt work and the amusement park wasn't open which I feel like should be listed. The condo is nice size and was clean, so huge plus!

View was amazing, minor suggestion add towel rack in main bathroom. Ways to a better score would be water pressure is AWFUL! Tub takes 17 minutes to fill! A two bedroom unit needs more than a couch in the family room. The jets did not work in tub either but it was fixed the next day. Overall good place, nice size tv with all the perks and a great view with nice size balcony.

Hey Lance, Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing view, spacious balcony, and the features of the unit, and appreciate your positive feedback on your overall stay. We also appreciate you noting the items that needed attention. The hot tub jets were addressed and resolved promptly during your stay. Regarding water pressure, that is managed by the resort for safety and system-wide regulation, not the individual unit. We’re sorry for any inconvenience that caused. Your suggestion about additional towel storage in the bathroom is also helpful and will be considered as we continue improving the space. We’re happy you had a good stay overall and would be glad to host you again in the future. -EV

The property is fine and the location is good but management kept the security deposit and won't return my calls no matter how much I call them.

Awesome view!

The view of the ocean is incredible. I love how close and easy this location is to get to different places to visit and very close to neighborhood Walmart. Some more kitchen essentials would have been nice, I bought oven mitt, pizza cutter and pizza pan and left there for future visits. They have 1 small skillet,so if you need a big one, make sure to bring one. The door to the room with 2 beds does stick really bad and is hard to open so be mindful of that. I really have no complaints, the property manager was quick to answer my check in questions. I definitely plan on staying at this location again.

Beach/ocean views were beautiful. Condition of condo not happy with. Marked up walls, floors & baseboards in poor condition. Furniture- dining room chair was unsafe to sit in. One of worst experiences of our stay was the front door lock. We were unable to open the condo door without having to create a new code every single time we wanted to enter. I am sending some photos of the condo. I feel like I should be refunded my money due to our experience.

Beware When Booking

The best part of the property was the view. The place was disgustingly dirty though. Walls were dirty by the kitchen, something was stuck on the kitchen floor that looked nasty, cabinet vinyl was falling off, lamps and phone in rooms were dusty, a bedroom door was literally coming apart because they tried to fix it with screws… we couldn’t get in early because they still had to “inspect” it after it was cleaned… that inspection was a HUGE fail! I’d share the photos if there was a spot for them.

Great locatio- needs a little TLC

Wonderful location, ocean breeze and you can hear the waves crashing. Unfortunately that is the best part. The TV room is quite large, which is wonderful, but the TV was no larger than a 36 and from the couch it simply was too small and no way to move anything closer! The couch needs replacing when you sit down you practically sink inside it and aside from on stiff chair and the donning room table chairs there is no place to sit and hang. Kitchen is ill equipped 3 forks and two steak knives?? It was Easter weekend and I’m having to call for utensils? Forget about the following- wine glasses, potato masher(don’t worry I bought one and left it) carrot peeler. The dishwasher is connected to a light switch so yet another call was placed and this was no where in the welcome book. Finally although you can get more power towels ($1.50) and Toilet paper ($.50), there is a $15 delivery charge and you can’t pick it up!! So be prepared for the set backs and your all set for a great time as the place itself is right on the beach and a great location!!

Needs work

Unit needs a good cleaning and is in need of a entire up grading. Furniture is very worn and old. Carpet is very worn and dirty. Kitchen cabinets are dirty. Only 3 chairs are on the balcony; needs 4 for the two bedroom unit. I would not rent this unit again. Condo beach location is good.

Very nice accommodations, but could use some upkeep

Our stay was nice. The view and location was phenomenal especially given the price. on the down side, we arrived to dirty dishes and urine around the toilets. A little upsetting given the high cleaning feerequired per stay. Upon arrival we noticed a faulty light and contacted the property manager. At first communications with property manager went smoothly and then suddenly they just stopped altogether. Light was not fixed during our stay, but not a huge deal. Do not try to close the door to the room with the two beds, or you may never get it back open. We learned the hard way that once it's closed, it gets jammed in place. It looks as if someone at some point attempted to kick the door in and the door has split and warped in multiple places as a result. However those are all fairly minor issues and did not keep us from quickly booking an extra night for our stay. The corner view with floor to ceiling windows and extended balcony and spacious kitchen and sitting area are absolutely worth it.

Thanks so much for staying with us and leaving a review. We really appreciate the feedback. We truly want to please each and every guest, and sometimes that’s hard to do. Everyone’s standards are so different, and that’s the hardest part about the cleanliness aspect of the business. As a host, all we can do is make sure the listing is cleaned to our best ability. Even then, we are human and we do make mistakes. I apologize for the issues during your stay, and I wish you would have let us know so that we could have sent someone back to address your issues.

Admist COVID

We were extremely worried going during the pandemic but committed ourselves to staying safe and just doing lots of beach time and eating in. We appreciated the efforts the resort put into place by signs that told guests to wear masks and only one person/family in elevators at a time but I felt as though there should have been staff assigned to constantly going around wiping down gate handles and pool railings. There were also some employees that were not wearing masks- we made sure to keep our distance but just thought it should have not been an issue.
