The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk checked us in earlier and then called us when our room was ready. Staff was very helpful and kind. We had a fabulous vacation and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Codey!!

I’ve been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed. The location and amenities (with two children - 6 & 8) were great!

The room was wonderful, plenty of room and space for my family of 6. It's on the 19th floor perfect for the view of the beach place it's couple places to eat and shop at the little beach store

The view was amazing. We were right on the beach and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. The 3 bedroomCondo with king beds in all the rooms fit us well. Everyone was so friendly and the extra service was helpful

Great view of ocean from living room and master bedroom. Enjoyed the balcony. Near the elevator for easy access. Near many tourist spots, great pool and right on the beautiful beach. We found several unique gluten free restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Loved our stay!

Room was decently clean. Beds were hard as a rock! It was very difficult to relax and sleep throughout the night. Plus, the condo directly beside me was smoking weed (THC) out on there balcony and it would flood my room every time I opened the sliding glass windows. All of the luggage carriers were missing from the front lobby (4:00am) and front desk guessed the guest had them in their rooms.

My family had a wonderful time at the condo. Check in was easy. Everything was clean and great location. The views were amazing, not super crowded part of the beach which was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location and beautiful property

Our stay at the Myrtle Beach oceanfront property was fantastic. The cleanliness, convenient location, and excellent amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, and multiple hot tubs made our trip memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean and convenient oceanfront getaway with ample amenities for relaxation and fun. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect condo for our Ripken trip

We were in town for spring training at Ripken. The condo was very close for us to get back and forth from. It was clean, had wonderful amenities and oceanfront. It was a hit with the kids.

Family Spring break

This was a different vacation for our family and we were not disappointed. Area was great. Food and fun options within a short driving distance. Gave 4 stars due to some very minor cosmetics that needed attention.

Check-in was a very poor experience with no pre-arrival instructions ever communicated, phone calls to the listed number were never answered during normal hours for resorts, and we had to contact VRBO support management to get any response which that was even minimalistic with no concern for the lack of communication until that point. During our stay an elevator went out and was not repaired, traffic in and out of the arrival lane wasn’t monitored or directed to where poor parking and unloading was happening regularly and unchecked. Garbage was pulled out into the arrival lane where it leaked heavily and was not cleaned up which allowed foot traffic to bring in the mess to the elevators. Significant mold was found on the ceiling above the clothes washer. Broken glassware was found in the kitchen cabinets. Faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms were loose and detaching from the sinks. Dishwasher interiors components were found rusty and in disrepair. Cabinet fishes were delaminating and failing to adhere to their doors. Outdoor shower valves were in disrepair and not staying on when in use along with pull chains being removed or not existing.

We had an amazing stay at this Myrtle Beach condo on Ocean Boulevard! The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise over the water was unforgettable.It’s also just a short walk to a fun amusement park, which was perfect for the kids, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, so we never had to drive far for anything. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Another perk of the property was the daily cleaning service.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for the perfect mix of beach, entertainment, and convenience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall I would recommend this place highly. Only suggestions if you plan on cooking in bring a crockpot or a big skittles and pan. Not much to cook with. Other wise the view was amazing and the owner was great about responding to me. I would book again

spacious unit with beautiful view

This unit was exactly as described , beautiful view of the ocean and great location. Unit was clean , not a spec of dust or sand anywhere which was great while trading with a one year old . Check in process was easy and communication with host was great . The unit also had enough pots and pans to cook decent meal . Overall a great experience , fully recommended .

It’s was great, the floors were a little dirty when we checked in. Had to sweep before putting baby down. The girls at reception wasn’t friendly when I checked in but I chalked it up to having a bad day or tired and ready to go home. Other than that our stay was great.

The oceanfront view was great. The unit shows signs of deferred maintenence. The primary bedroom door would not close enough to allow the door to lock, which left NO room for privacy. The bottom of the doors throughout and the bottom of the TV stand in the living room are worn really bad which makes the unit look and feel dated. It would have also been nice to see the condo's rating before I confirmed my reservations and not after.
