Condominio de esquina de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicado en el sexto piso, todos los muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, decoración a poca distancia de la avenida principal en Gatlinburg. 1/2 cuadra de la parada del carro. El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size con almohada. Segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, ducha. 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado y TV con cable. Sala de estar con sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana con cable y chimenea estacional. La cocina está totalmente equipada, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora y olla de barro. Lavadora / secadora en condominio.

El balcón privado es un gran lugar para ver la puesta de sol sobre la montaña, algunos sitios de Gatlinburg o simplemente sentarse y observar la naturaleza y la vida silvestre. No es necesario preocuparse por el estacionamiento o el tráfico, el condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de los restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones del centro de Gatlinburg. Overall Great

Excellent location. Condo was as advertised. Would definitely come back. Need to fix the gas logs. I had no trouble getting them to come by and start them. They just wouldn’t stay lit. The pilot just needs the orifce replaced. Everything else was great! Thanks Patty and Jim!

A perfect smaller unit for eight people.

This Vrbo rental was well worth the money. We loved having three bedrooms, three baths, a well-supplied kitchen, and seating for several people. The hosts are very welcoming and thorough with communication.

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent. I appreciated the quick responses from Patti. We had 4 young adult children with us and it was amazing having 3 bathrooms. It was perfect.

Conveniently located condo

Comfortable and clean condo conveniently located to entertainment area of Gatlinburg, free parking, and an indoor pool and hot tub. Each bedroom had its own private bath. We were also able to see the local wildlife (bears) from the safety of the condo which was a thrill for our entire family.

Perfect Place

Very clean, enough room for us all, quiet and close to downtown Gatlinburg. We actually left our vehicles and walked downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Girls trip

We had a great stay. The location is great, and the unit is spacious and just as described. We had plenty of room and the three separate baths were excellent. Parking one night was a bit tricky as folks were taking up two spaces as the spaces are pretty tight. We weren’t in the unit for meals but found there were a good amount of amenities if needed. I would definitely choose to stay here again when back in the area.

Nice stay closeby Downtown Gatlinburg

We had a great stay at Patti and Jim's condo. They were super communicative and responded quickly when we had questions. It was so nice having 3 bedrooms/three bathrooms. Two were tub/shower combos, one was a stall shower. The shower stall was spacious. It was like 1/2 mile to downtown. Parking at their condo was easy. Super easy to find. Beds were pretty comfy. We had a nice view. Decent water pressure in the showers. Good amount of towels. We were all happy.

Nice and close

This is a great spot. The room is well suited with 3 bed rooms. The kitchen is maybe a tad cozy but no matter because you need to be outside anyway! I checked the actual distance to the main drag an easy 1/2 mile to the fun. The initial downhill walk in the parking lot is a bit steep, but after that you are on sidewalks all the way down to the fun. Clean, cozy, comfortable. A+ recommend.

Really comfy place to stay near the action

We enjoyed our short stay. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. The .5 mile walk to the main strip was doable on sidewalks, however was a bit too far after long days for our younger kids. We ended up driving right down to Anakeesta and parking there for the day. The elevator broke while we were there, but the owners were extremely quick to respond. Considering this is something out of their control, I appreciated their prompt response and kindness about the situation. We saw 2 baby cubs and a momma bear right outside the condo, too! I wish the balcony had been bigger for some comfortable furniture. We ended up not using it at all. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub either, but they seemed nice and we saw others using them.

Great condo close to everything! From the entertainment to the local wildlife, we had a blast. The room was quiet and comfy with all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Gatlinburg.

Really enjoyed the stay. View from the balcony was great. Saw one bear walk through the parking lot while another one was at the duplex across the road. Would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend staying at this property.

Lovely location

This is the start of our annual mother daughter trips around the country. We booked the apartment because of the location and amount of bathrooms. It was exactly like the pictures and was the perfect location; walkable to the town but just far enough that we were off the busy street! The check in/out process was simple and the apartment was clean. I would book this apartment again and recommend it to others due to ease of everything.

Great condo

The condo was just as pictured. More than enough space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient location in Gatlinburg within walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shops.

A Relaxing Vacation in Gatlinburg

My Husband and i took 2 of our Grandkids one 16yr old and a 9yr old on vacation qnd stayed at this condo at Gatlinburg Towers .they each had their own bedroom and bathroom and Tv so they really enjoyed our stay.ot was close to the parkway and all the fun.i would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to relax and unwind .

Long Family Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Nice to come back to after a busy day playing.The owners are quick to respond. When we arrived, the owners were there to meet us. They let us know that the elevator was down, but had someone out within a couple of hours. They even offered to help us carry some of our items up to the condo since the elevator was down.

We love the location. It is within walking distance to downtown yet we still have a gorgeous view of the mountains. It is a easy walk to the Village, Ripleys Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg Tram, Putt Putt Golf, Shops, all of our favorite Restaurants and Attractions. We enjoy the hot tub year round and the seasonal gas fireplace in the winter. The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain or just sit out back and watch nature and the wildlife. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable. All bedrooms have TV with cable in them.
