Unit 410 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountainn Vacation Condo. This **top floor owner managed unit** provides picturesque views of The Smokies, including Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg. The gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 8 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom luxury condo, boasts spectacular views of the Smokies visible through its floor to ceiling wall of windows. The condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a stone gas fireplace, a dining table providing seating for 6 plus 4 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. It is the perfect space for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

A single-level vacation rental boasting three king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower. Two of the bathrooms contain double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Smoky mountains getaway

Exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking. The accommodations were spotless. All information in the welcome packet was very well explained and easy to follow. Everyone had a great time and felt at home.
Riding the cable car in Anakeesta you could see our building. Amazing.

Beautiful place

The place was gorgeous! The kids didn't want to leave to visit Gatlinburg. They were content staying in the condo and swimming in the pool! It was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back.

Super Nice, Great Location, Spectacular View

The property felt very upscale, nicely decorated, well thought out. The location is great too…close drive to downtown and to the park. Pool was nice and heated and the hot tub was big. The view was amazing! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

The most stunning view as soon as you enter this beautifully decorated, clean and thoughtful apartment. Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay where every detail was well thought out, from kitchen supplies to linens, towels, cushions - every aspect was on point. We absolutely loved our little piece of heaven in the mountains and enjoyed our Mountain View’s with coffee on our private balcony. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again in the future!

Clean and comfortable stay at The Highlands

We loved the views of the mountains out the back windows. Very clean and updated space for our family. Tons of space for us to spread out and relax. The outside amenities were a great addition - we swam, grilled and relaxed in the hot tub.

We wish we could give 100 stars. It was perfect. Amazing location: pure serenity away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short drive away from Gatlinsburg and Pigeon Forge. Outstanding amenities: the pool with stunning views, a sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished condo with everything a family may need, and the softest beds to fall in after days filled with fun and hiking. Last but not least: the VIEWS. So stunning and marvelous! Just a dream to wake up to every morning. Our exceptional host made this everyone‘s favorite stay!

Amazing views

This place is incredible. We arrived to an immaculate condo that was very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there and everything was brand new. The couch and the beds were all very comfortable and the spotless bathrooms were nice but the large soaking tub in the master bathroom offered superior relaxation. We will definitely be staying here again because of all I listed above and also the excellent management by the Helton Family. They truly have a gem in the heart of Gatlinburg. The view at night will take your breath away, especially seeing all the lights glowing from Downtown Gatlinburg.

We were looking for a place with mountain views and this was the place! We only had 1 hick up with checking in, the door code wouldn't work but Brad quickly responded to my text within minutes with a new door code. We were on the 4th floor in a corner unit, mornings with coffee on the balcony were so peaceful. The condo was perfect for our family vacation with our daughters and their spouces, everything you needed was there. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool was relaxing and you can't beat the mountain views. Our last day there we had a bear visit which was exciting to see! This condo is conveniently located minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We would definitely return to the Highlands.
