El gran patio privado se completa con una hoguera, un comedor y una gran barbacoa de gas para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de la calma y la tranquilidad que Mission Bay tiene para ofrecer. Con la arenosa Mission Beach a la vuelta de la esquina y el océano a una corta distancia a pie, tendrá muchas opciones para elegir.

Always a great stay

Repeat stay around this time of year and it was as good as the first. Great location and walkable to so many places. Dixie is very accommodating and a fast communicator. Thanks again for a great trip!!

The location is great. The property exactly fits our family's needs. The kitchen is fully loaded, wonderful fire pit, and a great grass area with bay sand to follow. The owner is very accommodating.

Bayside Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. Nice layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. Weather was great, so spent more time hanging out on the outdoor patio space and the grassy beach front area. Looking forward to next year!

Great Location. The weather was rough during our stay and the City was doing a beach nourishment project during our stay limits the view and beach access.House location, and host were excellent. As other families have noted the parking situation is a challenge especially as we had two vehicles, but were able to squeeze a sedan with closed mirrors into the garage and left it until we departed from our stay.The home inside is a bit tired from years of renting and could use a refresh. We had some power surges when using the fanslights in a few of the bathrooms. We also had challenges with really slow internet and an inability to access our streaming services on the TV. The home layout and main couch made it difficult to sit and relax as a family of four with a young child without people sitting at the dining table.That said, tough to beat the location as we were able to walk to coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Host we very accommodating and check in/out was very easy.

Family Vacation

Fantastic location on the boardwalk of the bay. A short walk to some great eateries and the ocean side. A great property layout with the exception of very tight parking (which we were adequately warned about). Sofa’s comfortable but need new cushions. Shower heads/hoses work but need replacement. All minor things that prevented a 5 star rating.

Wonderful location and place

The property and location were really nice. There were a couple little maintenance issues with the property, but overall nothing to write home about. And great communication with the property manager who was very accommodating to our needs. Everyone had a nice time and we'd stay again. A word of advice though, be very careful with the enclosed garage as it's super tight and can be challenging to enter, particularly the first time. Getting out is much easier. The trick is to use the same exit pattern for entering.

Six week bayside stay

The rental needs a deep clean. The couch is also filthy and terribly uncomfortable. Definitely needs extra set of sheets for main bedroom especially since extra linens were available for all the other beds. Positives: fast WiFi (two adults working remotely full time and had no issues!), well appointed kitchen, location, and dedicated outside parking space (garage for storage was nice but don’t bother trying to park in it if not driving small vehicle or else you won’t be able to get out of your car!)

Needs some attention

The location was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The outdoor patio was quite large with a big table and lots of seating. The garage was full of beach toys, chairs and boogy boards but much to narrow for a car. The outdoor parking spot was nice. The second car could be parked at the aquatic center near by. The grass was great for the dog. The house needs a deep clean. The only sofa was also in need of cleaning. Kitchen pots and pans were rusty and scratched. We had 4 spoons. The master had ants by the head of the bed. I called Dixie the first day. She was very prompt and accommodating and ordered new skillets and flatware that arrived the same day. Overall it was a terrific experience.

Mission Bay fun

Our family enjoyed our relaxing stay in Mission Beach. The condo was well appointed and comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed hanging out and relaxing on the large patio just steps to the sand!

Great family place - but one security warning!

We traveled with my parents, 3 young kids (3, 5, and 7), and dog. The house was exactly as described, and the location couldn’t be more perfect for younger kids. The boardwalk was never too busy for our big family bike rides (even with our 3 year old riding his own 2 wheel bike!), and the beach was always quiet. The Aquatic Center across the way made it easy for extra parking (many free, overnight spots) and for renting kayaks and paddle boards! Having the grass in front was great for our dog, although there were many bees in the grass (just wear sandals!). Belmont Park was clean and a lot of fun for the kids, and Sea World was an easy trip! The view of the Sea World fireworks was perfect! *The only warning I want to give is to make sure you use the very small garage for anything important - most of our things were stored there, but 2 of our bikes were locked up on the patio with a high quality U lock and cord; however, the cord was cut overnight and one of the bikes was stolen. My 7 year old said it was her favorite beach trip we’ve taken! We all had a great time and will likely be back!

Graduation weekend visit

Location is perfect! Dixie was very prompt and helpful with our questions and our own "user errors"! FYI for the next guests - the pantry is not stocked with basics like oils/ salt-pepper etc. It's not a problem =it's just not listed in the property info so we were surprised as we have found most VRBOs we stay in have basic cooking pantry stock to use. We just added these items to our grocery list - Also please put your flashers on when car is parked in front of entry to house (aka garage but as others have stated too small for most cars) There was someone parked in the designated spot we were to have and while we were unloading car and looking for owner of car we did get a ticket - ugh! Not the fault of the hosts/ manager - but we were told later if we had our emergency flasher lights on we probably would not have gotten a parking ticket. Just info for the next person. Overall loved our stay! The place and Dixie were wonderful and yes, I would rebook - knowing the couple of things we know.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was large and comfortable, well stocked with kitchen tools (pans, utensils, dish towels) and paper products (toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels). The view was incredible and we loved having the grassy area right out front for the kids to play lawn games. It was also great having the aquatic center parking available close by. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

Fun spot for a girls getaway!

Condo was more than adequate and was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Bed linens could stand to be improved though. The living area is a little small but the corner patio and bbq area make up for it. Master bedroom and bathroom are nice and the other 2 bedrooms are ok. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus! Great location on the bay and near the beach and being able to ride bikes on all the boardwalks was wonderful. The garage is very small but it was perfect to store the bikes we rented from Cheap Rentals right around the corner. It was quieter at night than we expected which was nice. Very peaceful setting. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location

This was perfect for our needs (the only exception - neither of our cars fit in the garage, so we had to spend a certain amount of time finding on-street parking for the second car). They allowed pets - we had 2 very small dogs. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for beach, Sea World, Belmont, etc. We would defnitely stay there again.

What A Beach

Overall good, most negatives were not in control of VRBO or Dixie, so won't even comment on them. One thing, however: "narrow garage" as advertised should read "ridiculously narrow garage." Scratched up our car ($1200) trying to get in, gave up and parked outside, but a subsequent guest who managed to get his car into the garage could not even open his doors, had to climb out the window!!! Generally, an enjoyable stay otherwise.

Bayside Condo

This is a perfect location in San Diego. It is directly on the bay, midway between the Catamaran and Bahia hotels. The patio is set up nicely for alfresco dining or just enjoying a cup of coffee, or glass of wine. We loved being able to cook a meal in the well stocked kitchen. And just enjoy the space. No need to go driving around looking for parking, when you can easily walk to restaurants, stores, etc nearby. The condo itself has 3 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Which make a family stay very comfortable. We're hoping to stay here again when we visit San Diego.

Stylish Property in a Perfect Location

This property was located on Mission Bay and just two blocks from the ocean. The unit was stylish, up to date and well-maintained. The property management was excellent. Loved that there were three full bathrooms. The kitchen and appliances, and really the whole house, was topnotch. Priced appropriately.
