The Garden Cottage es una casa de campo moderna y de planta abierta ubicada en la zona rica y deseable de Branksome Park, Poole, y ha recibido un Certificado de Excelencia de TripAdvisor. La cabaña ofrece todas las comodidades y toques de lujo esperados asociados a un retiro boutique. Con 2 dormitorios y disposición flexible para dormir, ofrece un excelente alojamiento orientado a familiares o amigos.

La casa se aborda a lo largo de una calle residencial tranquila y apartada. El estacionamiento está disponible para 2 autos en el camino de entrada y hay mucho estacionamiento en la calle. Al ingresar a la propiedad, se le recibe con un espacio de vida de planta abierta abovedado excepcionalmente brillante. La acogedora sala de estar incluye un gran sofá cómodo con TV de pantalla plana, equipo de música, WIFI y estufa de leña. Si es necesario, el sofá se puede abrir en una cama doble. La cocina contiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y modernos, que incluyen horno, placa eléctrica, lavavajillas, cafetera nespresso y microondas. Se proporciona un kit básico de bienvenida al llegar. Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento disponible e incluye una nevera y un congelador integrados. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Grandes puertas de patio dan acceso al jardín apartado y tranquilo. Asientos al aire libre y opciones para cenar en el patio principal y el área de la terraza.

Subir unas escaleras conduce al dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un segundo dormitorio al lado del baño familiar, cuarto de baño y lavandería separada. El dormitorio principal amplio y luminoso contiene una cama king size, armario y espacios de dibujo y TV de pantalla plana. Conectado es el baño con bañera / ducha, inodoro y lavabo con espejo de vanidad. El segundo dormitorio contiene una cama doble que se puede separar en 2 camas individuales según sea necesario. Se proporcionan forros y toallas de alta calidad. Todas las sábanas y toallas se cambian cada 7 días.

La cabaña está a solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de Westbourne y de todas las tiendas de moda, bares y restaurantes que ofrece o acceso a la playa a través de Branksome Chine. Un poco más lejos hay un fácil acceso a la A35 o A338 que lo llevará a Poole Quay o al centro de Bournemouth, respectivamente.

Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect relaxing stay

The garden cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit relatives. The house is fully equipped for 6 people, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and some laundry supplies. The beds weee comfortable and the house a delight. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, shopping, highway and town center. Ashley has a truly special place here and I’m hesitant to rave too much in case we can’t book it again because it gets too popular!!

Lovely stay beautiful property inside and out

Had a lovely stay with the family. Great space and a lovely touch of croissants jam and Easter eggs much appreciated ! Even sat on loungers outside on patio one afternoon. September break in sunny Bournemouth

Bright, comfortable open plan property with everything we needed plus a lovely outdoor sitting and eating area. Pleasant 15 minute walk to a great beach in one direction and Westbourne with its shops and restaurants in the other, couldn’t fault it .

Great Cottage 15min walk to the beach

We had a pleasant stay at the Garden Cottage! Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only 10-15min walk to the Beach or next Pub. Very much recommended!

Garden Cottage

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table. The location is good for the beach and the promenade. We'd stay again

Fantastic find

The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable stay in a nice location.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Fewell Wedding Weekend

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

Location Location Location

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

A very enjoyable stay

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. This should be highlighted in Advert

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people. Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

Wonderful time

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that. Very close to the beach we walked there every times. Thanks again to our host for the warm welcoming and the things I might have forget

A great property for a self catering stay.

The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.

Luxury property in glorious location

Everyone loves the open plan nature of the property with the vaulted ceilings. During the summer months you can enjoy the peaceful garden and nearby beach, whilst in the Winter you can just relax and curl up in front of the log burning stove and watch a movie.
