Love the view and amenities

We have stayed here 3 times and very much enjoy the comfortable furniture, amazing view, hot tub, well stocked kitchen, ample space, and fun games downstairs. Beautiful property!

Excellent home for family vacation

We loved the home and location. The whole family, including our dogs, enjoyed the stay. Quick access to the beach and hiking. Great views. We will definitely book the home again on future visits. Property managers great to work with and very customer-centered—they want you to have a great stay.

Lovely property

Pictures don’t do the view justice, and it is very close to town (although would be a long walk). Amazing, clean hot tub and stunning view. We already booked again for next summer!

Perfect for our honeymoon!

The views were better than what we were expecting! It was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much. It’s an older home with a few outdated things but nothing that wouldn’t make your stay perfect. The employees are also very nice as well! We hope to come back one day!

The view from this property was awesome, but the house itself was very dated. Bathrooms especially need some major updating. The house accomodated 7 of us nicely and, for the most part, enjoyed our stay

50's house

The view from this property is fantastic. Otherwise the house is very much from the 50's. The cabinet in one bathroom needs replacing. The fridge door gets stuck slightly open and has not alarm. Once you agree to rent it there are pages of rules.

Great Place! We can't wait to come back!

This is an amazing place with an amazing view of the ocean. My kids and I had a great time and loved the game room in the downstairs area. There was an issue with the hot tub being cloudy, but when I emailed, someone was over within the hour that evening. They drained it, refilled with water, and added the chemicals so we were able to use it the next morning. The service was amazing. We will look to rent this place again next year. Thank you for the great memories!

Amazing views!!

We had the best time in this older home with amazing ocean views. Lots of nice small touches like extra towels, pillows, blankets, binoculars, and Kleenex added to our overall enjoyment of this fantastic property.

Great location and comfortable home

This is an extremely comfortable, very clean property close to everything in Seaside and so many beautiful and fun places, but away from the busyness of town. Easy walk to the beach or hiking trail, lots of space. Like staying at your grandparents' beach house, in the best ways.

Incredible viw

The house is amazing. The view is spectacular, the hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed every minute there. It is a very large house with lots of space. A play area and tv room was fabulous. The beds were so comfortable and the table was so large. The kitchen was adequate for cooking. We really thought this was the best house we have rented! Thank you so much! The walk to the beach was awesome as well

Can’t beat the view!

We think this is the best view of Seaside! Close to the beach, away from the hubbub of the Prom, yet a short drive or long walk into town if you wish.

I get pet friendly, but I don’t expect to clean up after other people’s pets. Dog hair everywhere and I had to pick up dog poop all over the backyard.

Bad to good

We walked into this house which was in a state of disrepair. Floors were torn up from a recent flood and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the bedrooms. The property manager responded immediately and moved us to a different, newly remodeled house. We were very impressed with how the situation was handled. However, we should have been warned about the issues before our arrival. Overall, the new house was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Just perfect!

Very last minute we booked a getaway to the beach. This house was exactly what we needed. Incredible views, very spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the game room, hot tub, bluetooth speakers, fireplace, cozy couches and chairs, and the telescope! I never wanted to leave the house. I can't wait to come back!! It was a little more than we planned on spending but absolutely worth every penny!!

Great spot for tranquil ocean watching, short bike ride to town.

We stayed for a week in January to do virtual work/school and loved it. Worked perfect. Basement was great diversions when weather was bad. Great spot to watch the waves roll in towards the beach, while sitting in the hot tub.
