Blue Surf 16B: Gran vista del golfo; Pasos para la playa y la piscina

Esta unidad de dos dormitorios se sometió a un importante lavado de cara en noviembre de 2016 y nuevamente en abril de 2018, incluyendo nuevos pisos de tablones de vinilo, nuevas escaleras, nuevas encimeras de cuarzo, muebles y decoración nuevos y una nueva cama King en el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad tiene dos balcones con fantásticas vistas del Golfo. Cada habitación y baño se ubican en un piso separado y en diferentes lados de la casa adosada para brindar la máxima privacidad para dos parejas o una pareja con niños. Se instaló una nueva ducha de lujo con azulejos del metro de color gris claro y detalles en guijarros en el baño principal del piso superior. Ambos baños tienen secador de pelo de estilo hotel montado en la pared. Blue Surf 16B también cuenta con dos lugares designados para estacionar en la calle y un servicio privado de Internet de alta velocidad de Cox Cable. No debería tener problemas para obtener acceso a Internet o transmitir contenido multimedia con este sistema wifi privado. Encontrará instrucciones de acceso en su carta de check-in.

En Blue Surf, disfrutarás de amplios terrenos, acceso cercano a la playa, exuberantes jardines tropicales, parrillas de carbón, una piscina climatizada por temporada, cancha de tejo y acceso conveniente a restaurantes, tiendas, campos de golf y otras actividades del área. Great location and pet friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the construction next to us made it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The property was well taken care of and clean. The pool was nice and never crowded.

Great beach getaway!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were included in the stay. The grounds were very well maintained. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants - all within walking distance! Communication with host was excellent.

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed the condo during busy labor day weekend. The property matched everything in the description along with great views and walking distance from the beach right across the street! The property owner was nice and even let us check out an hour later upon request.

Great times

We loved the location, the free umbrella and chairs as well as the updated 2 story floor plan. If the pool wasn’t so small then we would have given it 5 stars across the board but very nice place.

Seaview retreat

We had a great stay here at the condo while our home build was being completed. Michelle was wonderful and very flexible with our crazy schedule and the condo was well equipped, comfortable and quiet....just the way we like it and the view is amazing. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Much needed sunshine!

This property was wonderful. From balcony you could see the beautiful gulf waters and enjoy relaxing breezes. Beach access was directly across the street where we had an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us to enjoy. And if you wanted to enjoy a beverage Pampono Joe's ocean bar was a dew steps away. It was an awesome vacation!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this unit!!! The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was so nice and perfect distance to beach and super great view or beach and pool! Love that the walk was so easy and we didn’t have to mess with elevators or anything! Highly highly recommend!!

Family getaway

This townhome was a great layout for two couples. Beautifully decorated and clean. Rated as a 4 due to exterior construction off the townhome. However, this was outside the owners control and without asking she offered a free night for the inconvenience. Pet friendly places are hard to find so thankful this was a great option.

Love this place!

We have stayed multiple times in those unit (and other units owned by the owners ). They have been amazing to work with even when issues arise out of their control. They are very upfront with any issues, and the manager/housekeeper is AMAZING!! We’ll be back next year and are counting down the days!

Sea-View Beach

After being couped up in crisis for sooooo long, we took a chance and headed for our favorite beach, Miramar. You can't beat the white sugar sands and crystal clear, emerald waters. This property has a wonderful view of both and is situated directly on the beach. It is close to all the local, beach front restaurants and shopping outlet destinations. It is also located between Destin and Panama City should you want to run downtown for more nightlife or attractions.

Staying in Miramar Beach Blue Surf

This was a second year in the row we stayed in the same unit, and we absolutely love it. Amenities, access and closeness to the beach, kitchen supply since we like cooking and coming with the friends who stay in the same condo. Highly recommend for the family with kids - two level unit provides a great sense of privacy. We are planning to come back next year.

It was just ok. Didn’t care for layout of the home living room upstairs, kitchen downstairs. Dryer seemed to vent out into the hall. Bathroom fan wasn’t working. Has to climb stairs to get to the townhome.

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location.
