Your first-floor (no steps!) relaxing condo sits mere steps from the sand (and now with a new beach ramp, its easier than ever to get down to the sand). Enjoy each morning on your own patio, each day at the private beach (with chairs included from Maravilla - see details below) as well as three additional beach chairs you can carry from the condo, and each evening after dinner in the heated pool or jacuzzi spa. Fully stocked kitchen allows for dinners at home or a quick walk back to the condo for lunch on beach days. Brand new TVs in all three bedrooms as well as the living room give the perfect way to unwind if that's what your vacation calls for. Free WiFi, beach toys, washer and dryer in your condo, and a private gated community are just the icing on the cake!

PARKING:

There is parking included for 2 vehicles. Maravilla is a gated community with an open outdoor parking lot for the condos. You will need to check into your condo and inside on the kitchen counter will be your two parking passes. They do not allow trailers, campers, or anything of that nature on the property unless it fits into a parking space.

PET FRIENDLY:

Maravilla is a pet-friendly, gated community. You are allowed up to two well-groomed, well-trained pets for an additional fee. Maravilla rules require the pet to not be a nuisance, for you to clean up after your pet immediately and to uphold quiet hours (including barking).

GUEST ACCESS:

Door code and arrival information will be provided before check-in.

BEACH SERVICE: Four beach chairs and Two umbrellas are included (early March - end October 15)

BEACH RAMP : Newly installed beach ramp requires no stairs all the way from our front door to the umbrellas and chairs.

ROOM SETUP:

Master bedroom #1 is nearest the patio and includes direct and private access to the master bathroom, which includes a tiled walk-in shower (only small step entry into shower). King size bed and ceiling fan.

Master bedroom #2 is nearest the condo entry door and includes direct access to the 2nd bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo. This bath is also accessible from the hallway. King size bed and ceiling fan.

Bunk room includes a triple twin-size bunk bed (three twin size beds).

Living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa.

WELCOME PACKAGE:

Your welcome package will have a supply of toilet paper, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soaps in bathrooms, paper towels, dish liquid/sponge, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. An additional surprise from us to you will be waiting upon arrival as well.

OCCUPANCY:

Please note that this unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. Please note if you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, we will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

RENTAL AGE:

Minimum age of rental is 25 (waived if married). 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.

Most importantly, the beach! Maravailla is a gated community with a private beach access. Exit near the front pool, cross the street at the crosswalk and the gated access leads you directly to the beach just a few steps away. For the kids, The Track - Destin and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park less than ten minutes away. For the adults, endless restaurants and a multitude of cuisines to choose from. For the shoppers, you're only ten minutes from the Outlet Mall. For the water sports fan - numerous facilities nearby to rent canoes, jet skis and more. For the fishing types, drive to the harbor to rent or charter a boat for whatever time frame you need. No matter who you bring along on this vacation, they will be sure to find something that is right up their alley.
