Bellamente amueblado de tres habitaciones, dos baños. A poca distancia de la orilla del lago, y un corto viaje en autobús a Michigan Avenue.
Unidad de condominio en el primer piso, pisos nuevos de roble, encimeras de granito, baños de mármol. Electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. En la unidad, lavadora, secadora. Tres habitaciones grandes. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje grande y una ducha a ras de suelo. Segundo baño tiene una bañera, con ducha, doble lavabo en ambos baños.

Perfect location, just steps from bus stop (146 to Museum Campus, 151 to Lincoln Park Zoo, 152 right to Wrigley Field), close to the lakefront and the place itself is spacious and welcoming. Very effortless in and out and the host was easy to contact and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back again.

Great Location and Experience

Great location, great owner

This 3 bedroom condo is just a gem. We were able to have 3 couple stay quite comfortably, Uber inexpensively to the city heart, have a place to relax at the end of the day. And the owner is SO kind, so friendly.

Very comfortable

Great location and safe area for family

The condo was just right for our family to meet for a college graduation. Plenty of space for visiting, nice back porch to get some fresh air and spacious bedrooms. Thank you to Andrea for being available for last minute questions.

Great location, very clean, comfortable and inviting

This condo was located very close to Lincoln Park, and Lake Shore Drive. We had a nice walk along the lakeshore and enjoyed shopping and eating at great restaurants. Andrea was very helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again!

very comfortable!

Andrea's great and the home is lovely. We had a wonderful Easter brunch for our Chicago-based adult children, and there was plenty of cutlery, plates and serving trays to accomodate. Great location, too.

Spacious and comfortable

Excellent location for a large group

I stayed here for a girls weekend with 5 other ladies, so 6 total. This place was huge so we didn't ever feel crammed in or on top of each other throughout the weekend. There were 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms which was perfect for 6 girls trying to get ready! The location was close proximity to Wrigley and an easy Uber ride downtown. I would definitely, gladly, stay here again!

Great place close to Wrigley

We really loved this place. It exceeded our expectations! It's a very large 3 bed 2 bath. We were in Chicago to watch some Cubs games. This apartment is close to Wrigley and suited us perfectly. Andrea was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location

We stayed here on a friends road trip. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home. It is a beautiful 1st floor apartment as advertised. It was very convenient to Wrigley Field and the rail station (walking distance). Andrea was very nice and was available to us if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend get-a-way

Great location, nice accommodations, comfortable beds. Lots of space and very comfortable. One parking space is available but street parking for others is limited. There is a paid public parking lot one street over so convenient if you need additional parking. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use again when we go to the city.

Great townhouse in good location

Great place that is super clean and 10 minute walk to the redline and a couple of minutes to Lake Shore Drive (about 30 minutes to downtown). Modern, with nice master shower. Lots of towels which is great for a bunch of women. Spacious. Neighborhood cute and feels safe.

VERY HAPPY!

We were very pleased with the condo. It is completely as advertised. We were only a few minutes away from all the sights (via Uber), and the owners were very accommodating, even letting us make a last-minute additional day to our reservation and allowing us a late checkout. There are 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths and a well-stocked kitchen. Is was perfect for our family of 6. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious 3 bedroom in perfect location for Wrigley and Uptown

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, had everything we needed in kitchen, lots of restaurants close by, loved Klein’s bakery and cafe!! Easy walk to the lake and the L connection (red line) on Sheridan is less than 0.5 miles away. Easy to get to Wrigley, the Aragon theater, and really anywhere else by Uber or train. Great weekend in Chicago with my family. Thanks Andrea!!

What a great place to stay

There's so many things that I enjoyed about this place. I was a easy walk to Wrigley Field, very quite neighborhood, beautiful place and the owner was so easy to work with. She followed up with phone calls and text messages, which shows she on top of things. If you grab an Uber to downtown after 10AM, the rates are around $12, before that time is $20-$25, it's better to catch the Red line for $3 per person. Thanks for putting your place on VRBO / HomeAway, great find.

Great Stay

We were in town for a graduation at Loyola University last May. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our 11 yo daughter, our 6 yo daughter, my SIL and my MIL. We LOVED it. It provided a lot of space for us to spread out and not get in each other's way. We were able to walk around the block to the coffee shop. Everything was very clean and in great shape, the owner was very helpful.

Great Location

Great location, easy access to lake, "L" and buses. Condo is exactly as described and was big enough for 2 families with 3 small children. Only one parking spot, but we didn't have trouble finding a spot on the street the first day we were there. Overall, very kid-friendly, with playground behind the condo on the school's property and larger playground across the street. The resident upstairs did say our children disturbed her, so just a word of caution if you bring children.

Great Location in Chicago

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom condo in Chicago. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown, Lincoln Park, ect. The condo is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood with parking at your front door. We were able to experience some of the local restaurants and coffee shops which were within a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The condo itself is well equipped with modern appliances and Andrea was always available to offer adivce or suggestions via email. If we return to Chicago again we would want to rent here again!
