Very cute place. Clean and nicely kept up. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. The living room had a comfy couch and a bay window that looked out onto the street where there were several restaurants. There was a grocery store within walking distance and a movie theater across the street. Had we wanted to cook, the kitchen was equipped for just about any meal. One of the things we enjoyed most was the little restaurant directly below the condo called The Cornerstone Cafe…. Open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Great lattes and pancakes. Great food. Also, Chicago’s famous Pequod’s Pizza was directly across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again when we come back to see our son at De Paul.

Loved it! Great condo that had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Parking was easy, the building was fairly private and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio. (We never saw a soul, but it is a shared patio) The location was nice - with Pequod's Pizza, a deil/cafe, and a few other restaurants nearby. 7-11 is just a block or two away. To see the sights of the city and various neighborhoods, be prepared to walk or take public transportation. When we didn't walk, we used Uber, which was fast and inexpensive. Would definitely stay here again.

We really appreciated the spaciousness of this nicely decorated condo, very clean, quiet and with all the amenities we could want. The included parking space worked out perfectly, leaving the Outback and taking Uber just once during our two-day stay, staying within the Lincoln Park area. Our host Stacy provided detailed check-in and -out information so all went smoothly.

Great Two Bedroom in Lincoln Park

This is a great apartment in a good part of Lincoln Park/Bucktown. The apartment was spacious especially in the family room. Very clean. Plenty of restaurants on the same block or a short walk down Webster (10 min). You could also find an “L” station within a 15 minute walk radius to catch the Red/Purple/Brown lines. The parking space was a big win and what sold us on booking this location versus another one. It was a little tight of a space for our midsize SUV so maybe don’t plan on parking a minivan or something too large in the lot. Once we put the car in the lot, we only drove the car one time before leaving so the size of the spot is not a big deal once you are in. If you want to eat at Pequod’s (across the street) on the weekend around dinner time, make reservations 2-3 weeks ahead of time. We were able to get a reservation within a week on a Monday, but were shutout on the weekend. Thanks Stacy!Mike

Looks great in pictures!

This feels like the hired a stager to furnish an aparrment. Broken springs in couch and both bed plus random things that dont make sense like a TV on a desk to act as a desktop, but plugged into nothing? I usually wouldnt care much about things like that as when traveling im usuallt happy for a comfy place to lay my head, which did not exist. Host communication was also a little condescending

I lived in Chicago for years and this was the first time I brought my son. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Walk up in an old building, restaurant on the bottom floor, transit a quick walk away.

spacious and good location

The condo was well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. Location was convenient to Fullerton bus and Metra line to Evanston. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful area

We absolutely love the area where this condo is. So many thing to do within walking distance and short Ubers rides to all that we wanted to do. All the bars and restaurants in the area had such good food and everyone was so friendly!! Highly recommend.

Chicago Getaway

Stacy was super easy to communicate with. She sent detailed messages with check in & out process. Easy to follow. Responded immediately to my messages. We couldn't have been happier with the location. Wonderful neighborhood with plenty to do/eat/drink within walking distance. Easy walk to the bus to get to the train as well. The condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 couples and had everything we needed. Only cooked one meal, but the kitchen was well stocked for it. I appreciated the fact that the refrigerator was not completely empty- had butter and condiments and even a beer which my husband was stoked about upon arrival. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chicago. This was our first visit and we all loved it.

Great Weekend Getaway!

This was a very convienient location with easy access to groceries, restaurants, cool bars, and the CTA. We were in town for a concert and the condo was the perfect location. Having a secure, assigned parking spot came in handy as well. Great stay!

Great Location and Quiet!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. Our son lived just 10 blocks away - an easy walk - and we could meet up with him by walking or Uber. Pequod’s is just across the street, along with many other restaurants. The condo is beautifully insulated; street noise is minimal because of this.

Nice condo and good location

The condo for the perfect location for us. It was a nice long walk to Lincoln park and close to many other sites. We were traveling with our two doggies and there was a nearby dog-friendly park. Stacy was very good about communications. The parking was convenient and secure.
