Had we been informed during your stay, our maintenance team would have promptly assisted with the HVAC and oven concerns to ensure a comfortable stay for you. We are currently investigating the HVAC matter, as this is the first report we've received regarding such issues. Regarding the gas smell from the oven, while it's common initially, we'll certainly recheck to ensure everything is functioning properly. Additionally, we're sorry to hear about your discomfort with the master bed's mattress. We'll prioritize an inspection to ensure the comfort of all future guests. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're taking immediate steps to rectify these concerns for a better experience moving forward. Park City Rental Properties has hundreds of 5 star reviews commending the attention and consideration our employees use to treat our guests. It seems there was some miscommunication with this reservation. The check-in instructions for this specific property require the guests to call management about 48 hours in advance to schedule a meet and greet. It also states that if guests arrive at a later time or do not meet one of our employees, they are welcome to use the code provided to access the key box and simply access the home. Although this convenience was available the guest contacted one of the phones. Our main line was available as it is 24 hours and it did not take the guest 3 hours to check in. We do not have record of the guests calling our maintenance line for the TV issue. PCRP has a fully staffed maintenance department ready to help with any inquiry during business hours and in case of emergencies, will reply an agent at any time. We will keep using any feed back to improve our processes.
