This spacious, ski-in/ski-out penthouse is perched on Silver Buck Run, giving immediate ski access to Deer Valley Resort via the Silver Strike Express chairlift. Enjoy mountain biking and hiking during the summer right outside your door.

The Arrowleaf complex features a communal hot tub and firepit.

The three-bedroom penthouse features vaulted ceilings with mountain-luxury decor. Relax among the spacious sectional surrounding the fireplace, or play chess next to the large windows. Enjoy a slope view from the balcony, which also features a BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to cook your favorite meals, with a quaint nook for casual dining. Meanwhile, the dining table can seat up to eight people.

This penthouse is also equipped with a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

In the master bedroom, take comfort in the spacious king-sized bed. There is also a work desk and ensuite bathroom. This spacious ensuite features a large bathtub and standing shower.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom is ideal for the young ones in your group, featuring a double bed and twin over twin bunk bed.

Moreover, you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference - from luxury robes to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count duvet and linens. We will reach out to you prior to your stay and are just a quick call or text away throughout your stay. Cleaning before/after the stay is covered by the mandatory cleaning charge, while cleaning during the stay (be it daily, every other day, or mid-stay) is optionally available at an additional charge.

We've been skiing Deer Valley for years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrowleaf! Love this area of Deer Valley and this property was top notch. Great communication with manager, everything was stocked and as advertised. Can't beat the ski in and out proximity to the slopes, and the snow this year is fantastic. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice home with a great location

The condo was very nice and was in a great location. Having access to the Empire Lodge Shuttle was a huge bonus and the property managers were quick to help with any questions. Only draw back was that the mattresses and pillows were a bit old and could use some updating. Overall a great stay.

Perfect location! LOVED IT!!

The check-in process was easy. The condo was spacious with a beautiful view of the valley. The shuttle service was easy to use with the empire pass app. The luggage carts in the parking garage were great in getting our luggage up to the 4th floor. I definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back.

This was the ideal ski in ski out residence.

From the reserving to checking in to checking out, this was a first class experience. The location was perfect for ski in ski out. The communication was wonderful. Any question we had was answered in a very timely manner. The beds were very comfortable and this residence is great for kids of all ages. We will definitely be renting this wonderful place again.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great time at Arrowleaf! We have stayed at several different condos in Deer Valley, but this was by far the best condo for the money. It was very well appointed and had plenty of room for our family of five. I especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen so we could ski in everyday for a quick lunch. We had friends staying Silver Lake and enjoyed the dial a ride service to meet up with them for dinner, without having to drive. And the kids LOVED the hot tubs. We happily give this experience 5 stars!!
