Hermosa y nueva casa de lujo frente al mar ubicada en la prestigiosa zona de Garrafón, justo al lado del parque ecológico Punta Sur. Esta casa moderna contiene 4 dormitorios principales con impresionantes vistas al mar sin obstáculos.

Casa Buena Vista con más de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable es ideal para hasta 8 personas. Cada una de las 4 habitaciones fue diseñada para brindar a nuestros huéspedes una experiencia privada y de "spa". Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado con amplios baños con ducha a ras de suelo. 1 baño también tiene una hermosa bañera. Cada habitación tiene una cómoda cama King size, aire acondicionado, televisión inteligente, Netflix, wifi y cortinas opacas motorizadas.

Ambas habitaciones de nivel inferior tienen puertas correderas de tamaño completo que le permiten salir directamente de su habitación al área de la piscina.

Ambas habitaciones del tercer nivel ofrecen puertas correderas de tamaño completo que le permiten salir a la terraza contigua para disfrutar de impresionantes vistas de Cancún. También tiene acceso a la gran terraza delantera con impresionantes vistas del Caribe. Disfruta de increíbles amaneceres y atardeceres desde las terrazas.

Si desea salir del sol y relajarse y disfrutar de una película, la sala de estar principal está equipada con un Sony XBR junto con el sistema de sonido Sonos, Netflix y Amazon Prime están disponibles con infinitas opciones de películas.

Disfrute entreteniendo a sus invitados en nuestra cocina gourmet y aproveche las increíbles vistas. Las puertas correderas se abren a una hermosa terraza con comedor al aire libre para 8.

El patio trasero ofrece a nuestros huéspedes una hermosa piscina privada de borde infinito para relajarse y refrescarse. Tiene una zona de juegos y salón poco profunda y una gran zona de baño. Hay 8 sillones para relajarse y leer un libro o tomar el sol. El patio trasero tiene un área de bar con barbacoa de gas, altavoces al aire libre conectados al sistema de sonido Sonos. Ducha y baño al aire libre para facilitar el acceso de nuestros huéspedes.

Beautiful house! Best stocked kitchen of any I've stayed in. Beautiful view. There was construction going on next door, but they communicated with us about it ahead of time and there certainly wasn't anything else that they could have done. Lovely stay!

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Communication with Dawn and Kevin was great from start to finish, and the family had an incredible time on the island. The location is on the far side of the island from the ferry, so renting a golf cart is highly recommended. We will definitely be back, and this will be our first choice of plants too stay at.

Buena Vista is such an appropriate name!

This place was amazing. The view from all of the rooms is overlooking the water and towards Cancun. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of. The concierge and cleaning crew were all in and out and we never noticed as they made sure to come when we were out. It truly was a place I would recommend and would stay at again!

The place us beautiful. Attention to detail everywhere. The bedrooms were spacious with excellent bedding. The main living area was beautiful. The views are sweeping. Pool was a perfect temperature and exceptionally clean. There were plenty if extras in the pantry as well as an abundance of towels. Kevin the house manager was always readily available and the house keeper Lisett kept everything magazine ready. Make sure to schedule yourself time to just stay at the house and relax some while visiting the Island. This house sits on the best stretch of the island. I have been to Isla 39 times but the first time in Casa Buena Vista. I would highly recommend. Top notch home.

Beautiful home on Punta Sur!

Our group of four couples loved Casa Buena Vista! It's a beautiful property with plenty of space for guests to enjoy all the amenities! Spacious bedrooms with equally beautiful views! The most amazing house on the island!

This has to be one of the most amazing houses we have ever stayed at. The view looking towards Cancun was amazing, as well as the house itself and the infinity pool. Working with the owner and the house manager was a true joy, and they accommodated us with attentiveness and professionalism. I cannot recommend this house enough.

40th birthday bash

This home is an absolute GEM! Ocean views are spectacular and the set up was perfect for our group. Each room with awesome ocean views. The host and concierge is top notch with attention to every detail. We felt so welcomed and hated to leave. Every vacation will be compared to this stay going forward.

AMAZING HOME, ANAZING VIEW

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed wah, wah! we enjoyed every minute. The home was impeccable, perfect location, and exceeded all our expectations. Make sure you take advantage of Dinnertainment by Javi. That was the cheery on the cake. Kevin, the property manager was priceless, he organized our golf cart delivery, our dinertainment experience, resevations at restaurants on North Beach, and was a total asset in introducing us to all the amazing features of the home. Can't wait to return.

Breath taking property!

Absolutely gorgeous! Even prettier in person. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached. House is impeccably clean. Kevan was the best house manager we have ever had!!! He checked in with us daily and arranged everything we could possibly desire.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Buena Vista

Eveything was spectacular from beginning to the end. Dawn was easy to communicate with and was such a pleasure. Kevin, the PM was fantastic. He helped with all the extras that we requested.The housekeeping was phenomenal . She was cool to watch as she ran up and down the stairs. We were much slower than she was. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful House, Amazing Views

This house is on a beautiful, quiet part of the island. There are still restaurants and bars close, but not a crowd. The view is incredible from every room. Very clean.
