Nuevo Nuevo Nuevo + espectaculares vistas desde la azotea privada

Siéntase como en casa con todos los servicios deseados necesarios para unas vacaciones perfectas en una isla caribeña: Isla Mujeres. Esta es una casa independiente de dos pisos ubicada en "Punta Sur", el punto más al sur de la isla, a unos pasos del Parque Garrafón y el impresionante lugar de la Diosa Ixchel que llamó a la isla.

La casa tiene su propia piscina y patio privados, cuatro dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, sala y comedor contiguos a una cocina moderna totalmente equipada. Cada habitación tiene su propio balcón privado, baño completo y cama extra grande (una tiene 2 camas individuales).

Lo más destacado de la casa es, sin duda, su gran terraza en la azotea que cuenta con espectaculares vistas del Caribe. Esta terraza fue diseñada como un lugar encantador para que los adultos se relajen y disfruten de sus vacaciones. Cuenta con una instalación de barra completa, tronas y columpios, barbacoa, sillones, hamacas y, de nuevo, ¡las mejores vistas de la ciudad!

Casa Sienna Lia atiende tanto a familias que buscan un tiempo de calidad juntos como a grupos de amigos que desean escapar de la vida cotidiana. Toda la casa ha sido a prueba de niños con protectores de zócalo y escaleras cerradas. A petición, podemos proporcionar a los huéspedes un cochecito, cuna (pack n play), andador, trona, bañera alta y otras comodidades.

El área de la piscina y el patio es el lugar perfecto para reuniones familiares. Tiene una barbacoa completa, suficientes hamacas y hamacas para cada huésped, un equipo de voleibol, un equipo de fútbol, inflables en la piscina y dos televisores inteligentes interiores con cable.

La casa ofrece toda la ropa de cama necesaria, toallas de baño y playa, algunos juguetes de playa y piscina, y todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas en Isla Mujeres. También hay una pequeña caja fuerte privada en cada habitación para proteger sus objetos de valor, y aunque Isla Mujeres es muy segura, toda la casa está rodeada por una cerca eléctrica.

House is so pleasant for a group trip, with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom and lots of very nice common spaces to hang out (pool, roof, living/dining area). Everything was well-stocked with supplies (cooking supplies, beach chairs and towels, etc.) and thoughtfully done. Would love to stay there again someday!

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The host was amazing- quick to respond, easy check in process and the instructions were clear and helpful. The only small downside was that the home was a bit difficult to find at first when arriving and the road leading up to it is steep and rocky. However would stay again, beautiful great location.

Casa Sienna Lia was great for our two families. The house was well stocked with all necessities. I’ve stayed at several rentals in the US and most are bare bones as far as what they supply you with. This place was the complete opposite of that. Everything was very clean, loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of Playa Norte, and great views from the rooftop! We also felt very safe! Jacklyn accommodated us with an early check-in because of our travel schedule, and although there was an issue upon arrival, it was QUICKLY resolved and we were able to move on with our vacation. Do not hesitate to stay here; we all had a great time!

Wonderful place

Property is just as described, and so much prettier in person! Great location away from the busy north side. Jaclyn was super responsive and answered any and all questions we had. We would definitely recommend Casa Sienna Lia.

Great location, great host!

Casa Sienna Lia is fantastic! Located in a convenient area away from the rush of the island, but close to everything. The Punta Sur area is wonderful if you don’t like the mega resort atmosphere. Jaclyn is quick to answer questions but her home is perfect for up to 8 people.

Great place to stay

Beautiful home with private pool. Very secure and good location, if wanting to stay on south end of the Island. Close to Kin Ha and Punta Sur. Home is very comfortable and provides a lot of small amenities. Host had great communication. Highly recommended.

House perfectly equipped. Lots of space and big bathrooms for all. Felt very safe and secluded, minimal road noise. Gorgeous 360 views from roof deck. Friendly neighbors. Kids loved pool and all the pool toys. Plenty of towels provided and laundry machines were a bonus. Great location off the beaten path but golf cart could still navigate easily. Property manager very accessible and responsvie. Kids (ages 9,11,13,15) loved it and want to come back. I agree!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very comfortable and great for a large family. Host was easy to reach. Wifi could be better but we are on an island:) Lication was wonderful for us but we like things mellow:)

Loved This House!

Our group absolutely loved this house. So well furnished and brand new a/c units all throughout the house. Our children could have lived in the pool and the location was perfection and so quiet. We will be back next year for sure!

Amazing home in a great location

Our stay at Jaclyn's home was perfect. We had 4 kids under the age of 4 and the house was well stocked to accommodate all of our needs. The house is located on a quiet part of the island, has ocean views, and is in walking distance to food and coffee. Absolutely amazing!

Isla Mujeres family vacation.

House was clean, property was well maintained. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Host provided very helpful information about Isla Mujeres, places to eat, etc. Host responded quickly with any questions we may have. Air conditioning worked well along with plenty of hot water which has been a problem with places we have stayed in Mexico. It was an enjoyable vacation and would recommend this place.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The washing machine was not working. She offered laundry service and had a temporary machine installed.

Thank you for your review. The washing machine (which was only six months old) stopped working one day prior to your arrival, and we were informed by the previous guest. Therese was informed immediately, and we acted right away to find a solution. A new washing machine was ordered; however, due to our island location, delivery typically takes about one week. In the meantime, a temporary washing machine was provided, and a FREE laundry service was also offered to ensure your comfort during your stay. We’re happy to share that the new washing machine arrived and was installed on the day of your departure. Thank you for your understanding, and we truly appreciated hosting you.

Amazing

We had the best time on Isla Mujeres! This location is wonderful to walk to so many things and yet nice and quiet. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The three upstairs bedrooms that had the same view allowed for all three couples to get a great room.

A fantastic vacation

We loved staying here! The house was a beautiful and spacious house that was perfect for me and my 7 friends. The pool and the rooftop was a great place to hang out when we were not at the big dining room table playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more with coffee, filters, spices, cleaning products and paper products. We loved this house and we HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

This home truly was home away from home! Filled with all the amenities you would need! The pool was stocked with floaters and toys for the children. We had 3 families share this home and it fit us all perfectly! Close to some restaurants and the roof top patio offered a beautiful view of Punta Sur. The only “complaint” if you could even call it that was the pool was quite shady after 2pm. But either then that this house had everything you’d need! Would return again! Thank you for hosting us!

Great House, Plenty of Room

This home was fantastic. It offered great space with every bedroom with a full bath and room to hang out too! Approx 15 min from downtown. A golf cart is highly suggested. El Sol had the best rates- the restaurants on the inlet side were the best, beach restaurants weren't so great! Beds were comfy and we would stay here again!

Wish we were still there!

We usually always book homes when we travel and this was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. We really appreciated the little things (towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, Tupperware, detergent, garbage bags) - the stuff you don’t think of til you get somewhere and realize you need it. The home was perfect for 4 couples. Thank you Jaclyn for lending us your home for the week.

Women's Trip 2023

A group of 8 ladies (including myself) stayed at this home during a fun and relaxing week of vacation. Many extra bonuses were a big hit for us, like 2 Beach chairs per room so we didn't have to spend money at beach clubs every day. And we were able to cook many meals ourselves in the well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time I needed to reach out. Very enjoyable property.

I am half English, half German, and have lived in Mexico for 19 years now. There is no doubt that between England, Germany and Mexico, Mexico is the place to be! Always perfect weather for outdoor activities and freshly squeezed lemonwater tops northern Europe by far!

I am a mother of a 12 year old and a 3 year old - both girls - and been married for 20 years. We are a very hard working family and always strive for the best possible outcome. Interpersonal relationships are extremely important to us, because we are solid believers that people make the difference in anybody's life. Having positive experiences with people adds joy to life and makes you look back onto past experiences with a smile on your face.

My husband and I work a lot and needed to find a spot that we can escape to on a regular and spontaneous basis that can pull us out of our busy lives in Cancun, but also something close enough to make the effort going to when we only have a short weekend available. Isla Mujeres in itself is of a perfect distance, but it had to be in a secluded but modern neighborhood where we can get to have our peace and quiet to really disconnect from work, but still have things to do with our adventurous daughters that's only a walking distance away! Casa Sienna Lia is named after both our daughters and was built with immense love and attention to all future families to enjoy this spot. Every detail has to allow every member of the family to find something joyous in the property.

The south of Isla Mujeres truly is the best and most exclusive area of the island. The views and peace is just stunning. A morning or evening walk when the sun is kinder on your skin, looking over the cliffs and strolling with your family is priceless. The gentleman selling natural coconut ice cream on the street does not make it easier to resist the stroll!

The most unique benefits about this house are all the ammenities and details provided to make sure that each and every family member can find a space to relax in or an activity to enjoy. My husband insisted in the roof top and BBQ area and I am glad he did! The roof top really is a great escape for adults in the evening, enjoying drinks, looking at the starts that are so easily missed in city light, the breeze of the ocean and the most breathtaking ocean view! The kids can enjoy the evening watching netflix, play board games, play hide and seek in the spacious house and garden or anything else their imagination takes them to. If you have a baby sleeping in the crib, the baby cam is an excellent gadget to give you peace of mind while socializing on the roof top.
This house was built for my family to enjoy as often as possible and at every given chance, so the house has to have everything at hand! That attention to the detail, the high quality construction and ammentities and its incredible location is what makes this property so unique, comfortable and complete.
