The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances as well as all the necessary equipment to make anything from a nice cup of coffee to a gourmet meal. The living area boasts a 75" TV with Xfinity cable and DVR so you won't miss any of your favorite shows. The Florida room has ample space to hang out, watch TV as well as a desk and chair in case work demands your presence. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and other necessities to ensure you won't have to do laundry when you get home. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite for your total privacy! The second bedroom has a queen bed and more-than-ample closet space. For the little ones, the third bedroom has two twin beds that share the main full bath with a spacious make up area for the ladies. Every area in the home, INCLUDING the lanai, have Wifi-enabled TV's so that all can watch their favorite shows and sporting events! For the fur babies, the back yard has the space they need to run around and relieve themselves with doggy poop bags at your fingertips. The home is situated on a corner lot with a one car garage and a second driveway for your boat or RV. PLEASE NOTE: For your protection, safety and security as well of that of the owner, cameras have been placed around the outside perimeter of the house, covering all entrances and are actively monitored, but there are none in ANY of the interior spaces of the home so that your ultimate privacy and peace of mind are maintained. Pool will be heated from November 1 thru April 1 and maintained between 86 and 88 Degrees Fahrenheit. Luxury bed linens and towels are provided for your added convenience.
