Enjoy this recently updated house with renovated bathrooms, fresh paint, restored terrazzo flooring and other updates throughout the house! Relax in the heated private pool or nearby Siesta Key Beach each day in this cute and clean Sarasota house!

Split floor plan - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms perfect for family with fenced in yard and private heated pool.

Living and Dining Areas:
The areas have been made comfortable and functional for families and couples. There is a highchair for the traveling family with small ones, board games and other activities for all ages. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for any laundry needs.

Bedrooms:
Master has King Bed, flat screen TV, large closet and attached bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a queen and two twin size beds, large closets and flat screen TVs. The second bathroom in between the two guest bedrooms. All bedrooms also have remote control light and fan in each room.

Outdoor Living Area:
The outdoor area adds more living area to this property. There is a dining area and lounge seating in the covered and pool screened in lanai to enjoy the outdoors without the insects. In addition, for families the barrier fence from the covered lanai area to the pool area with drilled in holes provides a safety measure for family to enjoy the area while not utilizing the pool.

Please note during cold months (typically November-March) the pool heater can be set at 85 degrees at no additional cost.

This house has all the needs for any family: highchair, pack n play, pool fence, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, board games, etc.

If you're looking for beaches, parks, fishing, kayaking, shopping, dining, theaters or the arts, it has it all! Groceries and Shops within a mile and highway within 3 minutes.

So quiet yet close to everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was amazing with communication and we completley enjoyed our stay.

Great location, spacious home, awesome pool. Host communication was excellent. The place does need to be deep cleaned instead of just surface cleaned. There were hairballs from previous guests on the floors and even a dried up contact lense in the bathroom. The two additional bedrooms also stayed very warm even with the thermostat down to 70 those two rooms never really cooled down enough to be comfortable. Fully stocked though. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and place settings. Plenty of towels for both bath and beach with washer dryer available in the garage. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The house was beautiful and newly remolded. The house was super clean and the property owners were great with communication! Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area!

Perfect home in convenient location

This is our second stay at this home, we have visited Sarasota for rowing nationals with our daughter and the home was very convenient to both her hotel and the venue at Nathan Benderson as well as the beaches. The home has a lovely screened in patio and pool where we had coffee each morning. The home is updated and very well equipped if you you've forgotten anything - they probably have you covered. The updates they've made to the bathrooms since our first stay are beautiful and definitely a nice upgrade to the home. Our daughter is headed to college but if for some reason we need to come back to the area, we'll search this location out first.

My husband & I came with our 2 doggos, and we all had such a wonderful time here!! Like most reviews say, this home was so well stocked and clean. Host was very communicative & kind. Loved this house!

This house is perfect. It has everything you need and then some. Valorie is a wonderful host. I was a solo traveler and felt so safe in the neighborhood. The pool, which was my main reason for going, was much larger than other places I've stayed. I would highly recommend and can't wait to book another stay here.

Amazing place to stay!!

This home had everything you would ever need!! Great private yard, close proximity to everything. Communication was amazing. We didn't have one issue. We WILL BE staying there again. We cant say enough good about this home

Great stay for spring training

The property was exactly as pictured online. Hostess was extremely responsive. House had everything we needed and then some. Loved all of the nice amenities. Pool was perfect after a day on the beach. Great place!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight was definitely the pool – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Property is close to everything - shopping, beaches and soccer fields (reason we were in Sarasota). Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Xmas in Sarasota

Home worked well for 3 adults visiting Sarasota Family for Xmas. We had 2 dogs with us. Yard and home was pet friendly. Heated pool was a plus. be cautious of loose pavers on the patio. Had a lot of extra basics in kitchen & baths. Will look to book again when visiting area.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place for a visit to Sarasota. Within 20 minutes to the beach, pool is great for the days that are not at the beach, and close to all the attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was fully stocked and left us not wanting or needing anything at all :)

Home away from Home!!!

This vacation home gets 10 out of 10! Lovely family friendly home. So clean and well stocked. The host even left snacks and toys for my 7 year old grandson to enjoy. Close to beautiful Siesta Beach. The pool was so refreshing after long days at the beach. The outdoor screened in patio allowed for some great family time…Will return next year!! Thank you so much

Great place to stay, close to everything!

We stayed here for a week with our two dogs in early April. The main purpose was to get a feel for the surrounding area as we decide on a spot to relocate from the northeast. This home was the perfect place to do that! The drives to Siesta Key beach, Nokomis beach, Turtle beach and Lido Key beach all felt very quick. It was also very convenient to get to Venice and Lakehouse Ranch for the day. Any type of store you can think of is just a few minutes drive away. The home itself was well equipped and we didn't find ourselves in need of anything. The lanai and pool area were perfect for relaxing after traveling. The fenced in yard was good for the dogs and the neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was great and always quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent again if in the area. Thanks!

Quiet and relaxing
