Perfect family get away

Perfect place for family.The condo has everything what you need .Walking distance to the beach ,short drive to the Hunting island state park (free pass was included with the stay )We had good time here .

Great resort, close to the beach, very nice pool & pet friendly. I enjoy staying at these condo's and have stayed several times. The living room & porch are comfortable, with much natural light and as pictured. The place has all the kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee makers, which is nice, but It sure would be nice to have a small amount of coffee available as courtesy to the guests (as most places do).The bedroom is the least favorite part for me, it is dark and the only air circulating is the stand fan. I would have loved to open the window and let in some of the nice beach air since the nights were cool while we were there. However since we were there last they rearranged the furniture. The window was blocked by the dresser and an exceptionally large tv, that not only blocks the natural light, but also the ability (without moving furniture) to open for fresh air. For us, the beach air a view is very important and one of the main reasons for paying a bit more.

Nice, QUIET, RELAXING getaway

The condo was cute! The amenities were great! The beach was not crowded EVEN in June! No hustle and bustle! Lots of great food nearby! We will definitely be back!

Great get away

The property was as advertised. Plenty of linens and beach towels provided. There were beach chairs in the closet. The check in process was simple. I would definitely stay there again.

Winter Get-Away

It was so lovely to get away from our long VT winters! We loved the beaches, the sunrises and the people we met and biking on Hunting Island. One suggestion: It would be great to add a recycling place to your garbage situation - especially in this day and age!

Great condo!

Great condo with everything we needed. Comfortable bed too! We also appreciated the use of a State Park Pass. The only issue we had was with annoying fruit flies. They seemed to be coming from beside/behind the refrigerator.

Great stay. Wonderful beach for the dogs. The only request would be for a better map of property. It was dark a had trouble locating rooms. Otherwise..See You Again.

Great beach. Comfortable condo.

Easy rental. Nice view of water from the dining table. Nothing fancy, but a fair price and worked for us. Lots of areas to explore nearby - the beach was great!; Beaufort (beau pronounced sane as beautiful) and the Verdier House tour; Port Royal; Hunting Island and it’s boardwalk, hiking. trails, lighthouse, etc; day trips to Charleston and Savannah… Plenty to do! Good eating at Beach Bum BBQ, Bubba’s ice cream; Johnson Creek Tavern, Plum’s… Tea/coffee at Urban Brew in Beaufort or Corner Perk in Port Royal. We unplugged and had a good time.

Lovely safe place to stay.

The directions to the condo were not clear. Perhaps sending a map with the condo circled would be helpful. Too many emails. Couldn't find the gate pass so had difficulty getting onto the island. Perhaps consolidating into fewer emails and listing them as to their priority. The internet was poor. Could only get reception in the living room. Moved to bedroom - no internet connectionLocation was absolutely beautiful. Beach was close. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

Welcoming and Lovely Condo

This condo was clean, welcoming, and we just loved it. It had a very comfy bed, a fan was in the closet, the kitchen was stocked with anything that you may have not thought to bring. The screened in porch was wonderful. It has an ocean view, and located near the pool. We loved it, and we hope to visit again.

Relaxing pet friendly condo on beach

This property was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were a short walk down the ramp from beach and the entire property is very dog friendly. Close to Hunting State Park and great restaurants.

Clean!

Everything in the property was kept clean. Linen and towels was in order, tidy, and washed well. There was extra towels. Convenient free washer and dryer to use (down the hall). We used the SC state park pass to spend the beach day at Hunting Island that was only 5 minutes away. The beach on my this property was too narrow to enjoy for a full beach day. Closet filled with beach toys and chairs to use. Great stay. Thank you!

Nice short getaway

Nice secluded area. It did need some maintenance: the light on the porch did not work, the lamp by the couch would not turn on, and the closet door was not the track. Overall, great value for what we were charged.
