Nuestra casa única es perfecta para una gran variedad de huéspedes. Las dos habitaciones del piso principal tienen camas queen y cortinas opacas. Si está viajando con un grupo grande, el área de loft es lo que está buscando. Cuenta con una litera completa con litera doble y un futón. Nuestra parte favorita de la casa para relajarse es la sala de cine, también un dormitorio privado, ubicado en la planta baja. Equipado con todos los elementos esenciales, incluido internet y televisión por cable, esperamos que aprecie el esfuerzo que hemos hecho para que su estadía sea especial.

Great place close to everything you need including MSU!

The house was wonderful, all the amenities you'd need. It was clean and the hosts were responsive to questions. The house has been updated and is modern with electronics and a great layout with lots of room for all. Beautiful second floor with an open layout for kids to enjoy.

Cute house not a great area

The house was adorable and a great size for my family and for my niece and nephew who spent the next with us a couple nights. We enjoyed the green belt the house backed up to. We saw deer every morning and my 8 year old loved it. My only complaint was the neighborhood. Not as nice as I excepted when I booked the house. I didn’t feel comfortable enjoying the deck at night let alone letting my teenagers sit outside. It worked for us this time but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for the kind words about the home. We had a lot of fun coming up with a layout that would be unique, family friendly and functional. We do, however, disagree with your assessment of the neighborhood. We have been hosting guests for over 3 years now. We have had absolutely no issues with safety of any kind. We are lucky to have a great group of hard working, caring neighbors surrounding us. We believe our home to be a fun, safe option for people coming to the city.

Lansing Fall visit

This private house is located just off the main road, however is situated with the backyard facing a greenbelt area. We enjoyed seeing see deer, turkeys and other small animals from the back porch. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the airport. We also rented a second home just for the weekend from this host to accommodate family members arriving for the weekend for the opening of our family Holistic Wellness business . The design and style of in the two homes were similar with the exception of the condition of the furniture. This home's furniture seems to be older than the second weekend home.

Good enough for sleeping

The property is ok - pretty basic and lacking in some amenities. For the price I paid for two nights, I did expect a little more. We used it as a place to sleep while in town for our son’s wedding. The living room is missing more than half of the furniture that is in the site picture, which was an issue with 10 people staying in house. The cleaning service did a great job getting it ready for us, but There was still a left over “party” smell from the previous renter.

Stay in Lansing

We really enjoyed the deck. It looks out over trees and is shaded most of the day so we were able to enjoy it in the mornings and evenings, and in the evenings a family of three deer came by for a visit, so that was nice too.

I DO NOT recommend this guest. In a year of hosting short term rentals I have never claimed a security deposit, and never seen a house left in the states this guest and his family left our home in. We were forced to replace multiple doors, our pull out bed, and have a handyman come by to the multiple other issues immediately after their stay. They even left dog poop, from an animal they aren't allowed to have, on our back porch. I highly advise anyone else not to rent your place to this guest.
