Esta casa de 7 dormitorios y 6 baños es una de las casas más bonitas de la Isla de las Palmas. Esta casa tiene espectaculares vistas desde todos los porches. Esta lujosa casa de playa cuenta con 2 master suites con grandes baños principales. Ambos que incluyen grandes bañeras de hidromasaje y duchas con múltiples cabezales. ¡Kevin Costner realmente se quedó aquí por dos meses cuando estaba en la ciudad con su banda!

Si una sala de estar formal no fuera suficiente, esta casa tiene dos. La sala de estar principal es muy abierta con su elección de terraza acristalada o área de entretenimiento de última generación. Amplios porches delanteros y traseros en cada piso. El ascensor da servicio al garaje, primer piso y segundo piso.

Cuando ingresa a la casa desde la puerta de entrada, es recibido por una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana / DVD, minibar y mini refrigerador. La primera de las dos master suites se encuentra al otro lado del pasillo desde la sala de estar con excelentes vistas al océano. También en este piso hay 4 dormitorios más, uno con una reina, uno con dos reinas, uno con un rey y uno con dos gemelos, también hay una sala de lavandería y sala de estar abierta ubicada en este piso. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño.

En el segundo piso se encuentra el gran comedor, la cocina y la gran sala. Esta cocina es de primera categoría, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, dos lavaplatos, estufa de gas y hornos dobles. Al final del pasillo desde la cocina se encuentra la segunda suite principal, esta habitación es muy grande y tiene una sala de estar separada con sofá cama. Al otro lado del pasillo de esta habitación hay otra habitación grande con 2 gemelos, cada uno con cama nido, y un sofá cama.

La chimenea de gas en la sala ya no funciona.

Después de un día de sol y arena, ¡enjuague en la ducha al aire libre y relájese en la cabaña junto a su propia piscina privada con fuente! Hay una máquina de hielo de estilo comercial ubicada en el garaje para uso de los huéspedes. ¡En los muchos porches puedes disfrutar de las vistas más increíbles de todas! ¡Haga de este su hogar lejos del hogar durante muchos años!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Very close proximity to the beach, less than a 3 minute walk. The front porches were a delightful place for downtime and to enjoy the sun. Will definitely keep this home in mind for further stays at IOP.

The inside of the house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Some areas a little dated and maybe due for some small repair/repainting, but everything worked wonderful and clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen and the whole house was very spacious for a crowd such as ours when a few families were there on short vacation together. Kitchen table was wonderful to seat everyone at the same time. Window blinds were not dark and wondered if they were see through at night in the bedrooms-did not block out the neighbors flood light shining in. A little disappointed that there wasn't more toilet paper and that hand soap wasn't provided for the house in the bathrooms/kitchen-I missed these details originally, but would have thought basic hand soap for bathrooms would have been provided, so don't forget that! All that said, we would stay there again though. Great location and quiet area.

This house was terrific! A group of 16 of us (college sorority sisters) gathered from across the US for our 5th annual getaway. While we (sadly) had grey, rainy weather, the house layout and gathering spaces allowed us to enjoy our time together, eat together, and sleep comfortably throughout the weekend. Fabulous layout for a larger group, and super convenient to beach and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

Spacious home with excellent beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants. Our group of 9 women had ample space to spread out in sitting areas, porches and at the pool. The elevator was extremely useful, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property manager Heather was very responsive to our request to repair shower door and ice machine---maintenance responded the same day! Request to replace towels and pillows at the property was noted and order was placed by the management company for these items to insure future guest's comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home!

Very nice stay. Home is big and has lots of room. The pool and pool area are also very nice and everything was clean. You will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide one per bathroom/the kitchen. Overall would recommend this property! Thank you!

There were 7 bedrooms with television’s in only 2 of them which presented a problem after dark, I’ve stayed in several homes in the isle of palms and every time all rooms had tv’s. The pool needed work so we lost a couple of days by the pool and the linens (towels) were the smallest and thinnest that I have seen.

Dear Guest, Not all rental homes have tv's in the bedrooms. There was nothing wrong with the cable or tv's before & after your stay. As far as the linens go, you were made aware well in advance as to what was provided. You reported to me that the pool tiles were loose so I contracted my pool company to come out & sand down the tiles & resecure them which they did in a very quick manner. The pool was not down during your stay. It was very much open for you to use.

We really enjoyed our family time at this huge house seven bedrooms accommodated all the family and children. The house was clean when we checked in and we really enjoyed the pool. We had a few issues with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but know you have to bring everything as far as spices, toilet paper and paper towels.The main concern with our group was that it needed new bed, pillows. Bring your own pillows It was a great house and easy access to the beach

Wonderful weekend in Isle of Palm

Very nice house and excellent location! Very clear in the instructions, but for a long weekend stay not having any consumables was inconvenient and a bit wasteful. The house was great for our family and we fit perfectly. Loved the beach.

House layout was greta, location and beach access perfect, pool was large, shaded and great set up.None of the door locks on the bedrooms worked. Couch covers were somewhat bizzare. Bath towels were inadequately sized. TV should be upgraded and remote was smashed.

Dear Guest, Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. I'll reach out to maintenance about the door locks as that has never been brought to my attention. The couch covers are matching covers & are there to protect the furniture from stains & tears. Not sure why they would seem bizzare. The bathroom towels are normal size and count of bathroom towels & this is disclosed on the website & in your access instructions. The tv's have been upgraded within the last few years. They are only replaced as needed. All remotes are checked on each departure to make sure they are working & I replace the batteries & remotes as needed. The living room tv remote was in perfect condition as it was just replaced by Comcast in the last month. When I arrived on your departure date, one of your guests had picked the front of the remote to pieces & I then had to get a replacement quickly before the next guests arrived. This was not the condition the remote was in on your arrival date.

I spent the first 9 years of my life living in St. Thomas USVI, & have lived in South Carolina ever since. I love hosting families in my short term rentals & love getting to know the families and have many returning guests year after year that are considered family now.
