Esto es 2350 pies cuadrados de vida hermosa que es el telón de fondo adecuado para las impresionantes vistas del Golfo que verá a través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a un amplio balcón de 500 pies cuadrados. Plano de planta abierto ideal para entretener a grandes grupos de familiares o amigos. Cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de primera línea. El área del balcón extremadamente grande le da una incomparable zona de parrillas al aire libre en la playa. Un montón de espacio para comer, entretener o simplemente relajarse en el balcón. Este balcón es enorme !!

La suite principal 1 contiene una cama king y una pantalla plana HDTV de 45 "con baño privado y balcón con acceso al balcón frente a la playa.

La suite principal 2 tiene 2 camas queen, 40 "HDTV, baño privado con ducha y vista a la playa. ¡Perfecto para toda la familia!

El dormitorio número 3 tiene una cama king y un televisor de alta definición de 40 "

El dormitorio 4 es una habitación adicional con un sofá cama doble sobre un nido doble.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL and we all appreciated the quality of the appliances, furniture, grill, beds and everything. The view was spectacular and we watched sunsets every night. Bedrooms were perfect for us and we would definitely rent it again. We celebrated my youngest son’s 50th birthday. Could not have been better!

Beautiful beach view! The porch is giant and has a built-in gas grill. We’ve stayed there twice and hopefully will rent it again.

Family vacation

It was very nice. View was awesome loved the condo. Was minor things with condo. One toilet seat broken. Garbage disposal not working the best. Ice machine not working filter needed changed. But over all was great. Wasnt anything that ruined our vacation. I would recommended this condo to others

Family Vacation

Wonderful property, beautiful, spacious and perfect for a large family vacation. Our only complaint is that we contacted maintenance 2 times, on the day of arrival for a non working ice machine and towards the end of the stay due to a cracked toilet seat, both times we were told they would send someone right away to fix and we never heard or saw from anyone. No repairs were made.

Ladies Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building and grounds were stunning. Beautiful sunsets every night. We had a few issues with some broken items and maintenance was prompt in coming up and fixing all of them. We would go back for sure. Place could of used a deep clean, floors were a bit dirty and a lot of dust.

Beautiful condo

Best, largest porch ever!! Spent lots of time watching dolphins, etc. security was fantastic! Very friendly and noticed immediately that we had a flat tire on our vehicle and called us. Then even came by to check on it. Parking is really good. Can’t wait to stay there again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Less than desirable ! Baseboards dirty, master shower in need of remodel, No cable to watch ESPN or network channels. Free Samsung tv only.Did not get a remote gate opener. Called ECDI four times and they never returned our call.

Family Vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good family vacation in En Soleil 1413. Fortunately, it was not overly busy and the parking and elevators were pleasantly surprising. There were a few disappointments during our stay that need to be addressed. The first and most disappointing was the dryer. They have a note and a long wooden lint brush in the laundry room that you are supposed to use to clean the dryer vent after each use. This is above and beyond normally cleaning the lint filter. Despite our best efforts with this wooden brush, we were never able to get the dryer to dry effectively. We called maintenance about the problem on the second day of our seven day trip and they never showed up. That was very frustrating. The second issue came when we had 3 guests that I needed to get additional wristbands for. I called ECDI to get the wristbands approved. The lady that I spoke to said they would have housekeeping bring them to us. That never happened.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the condo was perfectly suited for our family. Small improvements could have made it a GREAT experience.

Beautiful family friendly place to stay

The property was kept very clean and tidy always. The pool was always kept clean and was never crowded. The unit we stayed in was perfect for myself and my family vacation. We will book this same condo again next year if available.

Excellent Stay - Three Years in a Row!
