On the first floor you will find the sleek, modern designed, fully furnished kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and granite counters, along with everything you need to prepare for those family meals. The bar tops easily seat four guests along with the dining table that can seat up to eight. Next to the kitchen you will find the living area with a big screen tv and the inviting couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

One master suite is located on the first floor with the other on the second floor, each includes their own private baths with elegantly tiled showers and granite counters with him and hers sinks. The second floor master includes a balcony, a great little outdoor getaway space. In addition, the second floor also includes two other bedrooms each with king beds, a bunk room that features four beds and a shared bathroom that features a double sink vanity and shower.

You will fall in love with the inviting backyard, completely fenced in, it features a covered patio and pool. Grill out with the family while the kids swim in the pool and soak up the sun! Before you head into the house after a long day at the beach be sure to wash off and cool down with the outdoor shower.

If you are wanting to explore the PCB area, Legends by the Sea is a perfect location. It is right off of Thomas Drive, Legends by the Sea offers a quick drive to some of the best restaurants in the area and is convenient to grocery stores and other shopping. If you are looking for a more naturalistic or secluded beach experience during your trip, St. Andrews State Park is a short hop down Thomas Drive or if boating is your thing, rent a pontoon and explore the bay or go deep sea fishing, all located at Captain Anderson's Marina is just minutes away.

**Please Note: ALL Top Bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs

**Pool heat is an additional charge per week. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and that if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temperature is at least 55 degrees consistently.
Special notes: Pool fountain only comes on in spa mode after pool heat has been purchased.
