¡Qué exquisita unidad frente al mar! Ubicado aproximadamente a 300 yardas al norte de John's Pass, justo enfrente de la entrada al Village.

La unidad ofrece un plano de planta abierto de 1100 pies cuadrados que lo hace sentir espacioso y acogedor. Este hermoso condominio frente al mar tiene capacidad para seis personas con 2 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños.

Disfrute de la tranquilidad y la paz de estar ubicado justo en el golfo con el panorama más impresionante del agua.

Tan pronto como entras en esta hermosa unidad encontrarás la cocina totalmente equipada. La cocina ha sido renovada con encimeras de granito y hermosos gabinetes blancos y su fácil acceso al comedor. El comedor ofrece asientos para 4 personas.

La sala de estar ha sido bellamente decorada con cómodos sofás, uno de los cuales es un sofá cama, una gran televisión y maravillosas vistas al golfo. El salón tiene acceso al balcón frente al mar.

Hay amplios asientos en las áreas de comedor y sala de estar para que su familia y amigos disfruten.

Se puede acceder al balcón privado extendido desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, que ofrece las vistas más increíbles. Las vistas del atardecer están garantizadas desde el balcón los 365 días del año!

El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con baño en suite que tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. El segundo dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales.

Perfect location!

Wonderful location within walking distance to so much! One elevator wasn’t working the day of check in but the other one was still up and running and two flights of stairs made it easy to go up and down too. The host texted multiple times to see if there were any issues or we needed anything. The condo itself was nice, clean and was a wonderful place to sleep at the end of the day.

Great location

This property was located in an area where we could fully enjoy St John’s Pass. We don’t have to drive anywhere, which we appreciated. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of dishes, beach towels, cooler, etc. The bed was good but warm. The floors seemed really dirty for some reason so we felt our feet were never clean. The pool is deceiving with a max capacity of 8! So there were never enough chairs for everyone wanting to sit by the pool. My teens went next door with their friends with a much larger pool..otherwise second floor was very nice!

Condo needs overall update starting with elimination of dirty rugs. HOA makes rules that only apply to renters (parking and pool rules). Beach Time Rentals does a great job communicating with renters.

Beach out your back door!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental for location, location, location and it did not disappoint!!! We woke up to a spectacular view of the ocean while sipping our coffee. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice new washer/dryer. There were plenty of beach items to take and use for the beach and we bought a few items to donate to the beach trunk as well for others to use after us. You literally cross the street to enjoy the John’s Pass shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We also took a boat ride on the Shark Boat and saw lots of dolphins on our ride. We could not have had a better time and the beach access was the absolute highlight. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves, very private. The last day we were at the beach a manatee was just floating by us 20 ft. away! If I were to give any suggestion it would be to add box springs to the beds for a little more comfort but we would LOVE to return, thank you for having us!

They even provided extra toiletries, and kitchen supplies, more than I've seen at other rentals. We would definitely stay again. It was hard to leave. The oceanfront room made it easy for our older kids to go to the room if they wanted to get out of the sun and easily keep an eye on us at the beach. The building does require keys to get anywhere, which can be a pain but keeps other people off the premises that are not staying there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great communication from the host.

All amenities you could need. The style is a bit dated. The bathroom could use some work.

It could use a couple must haves for a family vacation like a crock pot for easy meals and definitely an ice maker. Having to buy ice daily when you spend a bunch on a beach side unit is disheartening. Other than that, this unit is great!

Great Location

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed for our stay, beach towels, hand soap for all sinks, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the things I did not have to Instacart which was great. The location is great!! Sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play each morning, just steps to the beach. Its located directly across from John's Pass, which was a plus for our family. The pool is heated which was also great as it gave our girls an alternative thing to do, as it was a little chilly during our stay. The condo and the complex are older, updates to the bathroom would are needed but for our family not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.
