The host was EXTREMLY accommodating. The house was updated throughout. The master bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home. The only thing I had to supply was a flavored creamer for my coffee. Everything else was there.

Beware of this host!!

In the middle of our stay the AC went out in the house. Notified the host. After staying in the house at 82 degrees overnight, told her we’d have to find another place to stay. She apologized and agreed. Notified her when we had another place booked. Notified her when we left the property. She refused to refund us for the remainder of our stay because she got the AC fixed - after we had notified her we had found another place and committed to the new host. She never communicated to us at any time the AC was fixed. She gave us a refund for the night with no AC and one additional night “out of the kindness of her heart”. We payed for two properties for the rest of our stay. She will 💯 tell you I’m lying and I 💯 have all the text messages to prove my story, which I’ve submitted to VRBO. Don’t risk staying here.

Cute house, not the best privacy

The house itself was great and clean. It was the perfect size for our visit. Communication with the property manager was easy. The neighborhood was historic and quiet. Unfortunately, the lack of curtains on the front of the house and the proximity of the neighboring homes, was a bit uncomfortable for us coming from the country; and larger vehicles do make accessing the area somewhat difficult. We ended up leaving a day early because an individual staying at one of the next-door houses kept staring at the house and our vehicle in the driveway. There are no curtains in the kitchen or dining area, so the individual was looking into the house as well. Again the house was adorable and maybe if we were used to having houses one car width away, it wouldn't have been so uncomfortable. Curtains would have helped the stay though.

Stylish Tudor was a winner for us!

We had a delightful three-night stay at the Stylish Tudor. Nicely appointed interior, big bathrooms – plenty of room for 2 or 4 people. Saw neighbors out walking their dogs on the pleasant two-block street with charming houses in historic neighborhood. Great communications with attentive owners. Easy access to downtown restaurants and museums! Would definitively return to this home on our next visit to OKC!

PLEASANT STAY

We were very pleased with our stay in OKC. The location was central to my meetings. The location was also central to restaurants and other opportunities for enjoyment. The facility was as advertised and a pleasant experience. We would definitely use this facility again when in OKC. We would recommend it to families who may visit the OKC area.

Very Responsive

Perfect location for our OKC activities. Beautifully designed property with plenty of space. The AC was not working when we arrived, but Kendra was incredibly & immediately responsive when we reached out and arranged an emergency crew to the location ASAP. Will stay here again.

Beautiful property that was even nicer than the listing indicated. The owners were very responsive to the initial questions we had concerning the tv and a couple of other small items. Our family members that visited the house were very impressed!

Great weekend stay

Cute House - Had Some Issues

We loved the actual home. It was clean and nicely decorated (the pictures are true to life). I'll outline our experience 1)Reservation Change - Owner updated my dates as our plans changed by one day - great experience 2) Checked in 1.5 hours early so that was helpful 3) We stayed 3 nights. One the 2nd day the AC started making a knocking sound which is right outside the master window which was annoying. We suspected it was overworked with the OKC 100 temps. 4) Evening of night 3...the house got up to 80 degrees and the AC was not cooling at all. We left the rental and booked a hotel in town. I asked the owner if they would credit us at least part of that final nights stay but we never heard back after my request. 5) The house is lovely. The driveway and landscaping are in need of much updating. The lawn was more dirt than grass. 6) The area....the immediate neighborhood seems to be families. They walk their dogs and I saw several children playing around. However, the property lot is adjacent to the rear parking lot of a neighborhood Walmart. The trucks making deliveries at 5am woke me up considering the master is closest to that parking lot. We saw several homeless/in-need individuals (wheelchairs on corners, pushing carts, sleeping under trees, fighting and yelling) all around the neighborhood and on all the streets to the house. The streets going to the home had multiple cannabis dispensaries...characteristic of the neighborhood I suppose.
