Centrally located in Oklahoma City's Plaza District, this newly renovated 3-bedroom bungalow is just minutes from Downtown, Mid-Town, 3 separate Hospitals, and 7 minutes from State Fair amenities. It is 2 blocks from the unique shops and restaurants of the Plaza District which also boasts the historic Lyric Theatre. Although close to a variety of attractions, it sits on a quiet street with enclosed private parking and a private fenced back yard.

Very cute, very clean. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Felt very comfortable. Check in was easy, had all the information needed beforehand and had no reason to contact hosts. The home was nicely stocked with the little things like tp and hand soap, some home rentals are not so I appreciated that. Location was ok, but not too far to drive to the places I wanted to visit- and there were plenty of door dash options for a night in. I would book again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The hosts were thoughtful in amenities. There was ample parking and it felt very secure. Being able to walk to the Plaza District was a huge highlight as well.

Awesome house and awesome location

Stayed over a weekend with some friends and their baby. House was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do. Only very minor complaint is that the toilet seat in the second bathroom won’t stay up. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great value, location and thoughtfully updated

I can highly recommend this property. The house is very comfortable and we loved the rain shower heads in the two bathrooms. The kitchen was well thought out and ready for any meal you might like to create. The beds were comfortable, TVs in every bedroom and living room. Great value for the money. It was a short walk to nearby shopping and restaurant area. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about this rental. The location is perfect for everything in OKC, there are even some great places within walking distance (Aurora and the Mule). The house is super clean and just as cute in person as in the pictures. What you get for the price is really a deal!

Great house in a neat location

My family and I loved the place and it was updated, clean, well furnished and exactly as described. There is a cool business district just a couple of blocks away and it was convenient to walk to. Be aware that there were a number of abandoned, tagged and distressed homes in the area. This was not a deal breaker for us and we would gladly stay there again

Very Good!

The house was very nice and clean. The owners were very nice, helpful, and answered questions shortly after being asked. The primary bedroom didn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house. The tv in the primary bedroom also had trouble streaming. The other tv's worked great. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Really Great Experience

I rented this property based on prior reviews and it did not disappoint. The home is very clean with a ton of amenities. If you need anything, the owners are a text or phone call away and are very lovely people. This home is also right next to the Plaza District and 5 mins from downtown. It was exactly what my family needed. Really nice, comfortable stay.

OK City - Comfortable

Like staying in a five star hotel. Easy drive to down town. A number of restaurants within walking distance. The amenties are high quality and all of the bedrooms are good sized. The layout was perfect. One of only a few VRBOs that we stayed in where the frying pan was actually in excellent shape. Our only regret is that we did not try and stay a few more days. This place will make you comfortable very quick.

Comfiest home ever

We stayed here for 4 days and wish it was longer! Every room is decorated beautifully, the property is super clean. The home is just blocks from everything and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need and more. This was my favorite VRBO stay ever!

The house was as cute and clean as shown. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking Christmas dinner. Close to The Plaza, which we enjoyed. Area is "gentrifying", but we found it safe and walkable. Hosts responsive to questions. Will stay here again!

Along with the individual shops, you will love the variety of locally owned restaurants in this area as well as the entertainment venue, which in the warmer months hosts once-a-month Friday night social and a variety of street festivals throughout the rest of the year. There is always something going on in the Plaza! Although we like the idea of giving our guests their own space, we also know that sometimes particular needs or questions arise so please be assured that we and our staff are available to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable!

This newly remodeled bungalow is comfy and spacious with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 has lots of room with a king size bed, an "en suite" bath, a whole wall of closet space, remote controlled ceiling fan and a 50" HD Smart TV. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for our "younger" guests as well. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen size beds, full sized closets and 40" wall mount HD Smart TVs along with remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen is complete with gas range and over range microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. For quick meals or if you prefer not to use the range, there is a counter-top combination microwave, toaster oven, and air fryer available. Also, there is a Keurig drip coffee/pod machine with coffee pods along with a hot water kettle provided with variety of teas. The open kitchen island and dining area has seating for 6 with and the living area has 65" HD Smart TV. Full privacy fencing around the house and back yard. The private, gated drive will fit 4 to 5 vehicles depending on size. Security cameras at front, back and garage areas.
