Parker's Place en Clover Ridge Ranch es una propiedad única encaramada en una colina con vista a San Luis Obispo. Una lujosa casa con porche envolvente, patio relajante y viñedo boutique ofrece VISTAS EPICAS del Valle de SLO.

El lugar de Parker es una casa de tres dormitorios y tres baños ubicada en un rancho de trabajo privado y tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Ha sido decorada profesionalmente con antigüedades, muebles y pinturas al óleo originales. Con 3,000 pies cuadrados, nuestro espacioso diseño abierto está diseñado para acomodar familias, grupos de amigos y reuniones privadas.

Disfrutarás de una cocina grande y bien surtida, perfecta para grandes cenas y grupos para pasar el rato. Hay dos salas de entretenimiento con NETFLIX y WIFI en todas partes. Se ofrece té y café gratuitos.

¡Cada habitación tiene unas vistas increíbles del valle! La suite principal y el segundo dormitorio con baño en suite están en el nivel inferior. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y un sofá cama. El baño principal contiene un lavamanos doble, bañera, ducha doble y vestidor. ¡Las puertas francesas conducen directamente a la bañera de hidromasaje! Imagínese disfrutando de una copa de vino en la bañera de hidromasaje mientras observa la puesta de sol. El tercer dormitorio con sofá cama se encuentra arriba. Esta habitación de gran tamaño tiene su propia área de entretenimiento y balcón con asientos.

PATIO INTERIOR:
¡Un paraíso para los artistas! El ENORME patio trasero con viñedo boutique tiene vistas asombrosas. Amplios asientos en el patio, área de parrilla, pozo de fuego, área de césped y bañera de hidromasaje están disponibles para usted. ¡El rancho está situado en más de 150 acres y las rutas de senderismo están justo afuera de nuestra puerta trasera! ¡Los huéspedes pueden seguir el sendero que sube a la cima de la cresta para obtener una vista espectacular de 360 grados! La vida silvestre local puede incluir pavos salvajes, codornices, búhos, venados, caballos y ganado. ¡Esta casa es realmente única en VRBO, y WOW es para todos!

This was our 2nd time staying at this fabulous property so close to SLO, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and even jumping on the 1 up to Morro Bay and above…..The property is well maintained. The views of Edna Valley and SLO are spectacular…You can easily sit out back all afternoon and enjoy the beautiful Central Coast.

Clean and Comfortable Estate Home

We loved our stay at Parker's Place. It was extremely private with beautiful views out every window. Walking the grounds was an activity in and of itself! It was a special place and leaves me with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend it!

Hilltop Ranch Estate

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Views were fantastic. Morning fogs would clear out to clear sky views of SLO and a small part of the Edna Valley while relaxing in a great jacuzzi. All of the amenities were working, well labeled, easy to operate, and in good working order. There was plenty of extra seating outdoors provided and many intimate spaces to just sit and meditate as the beautiful landscapes of the Central Coast evolve during the day. Communications with the staffing was also accomplished in a timely manner. Local stores are close enough to get to in about 10 to 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year for our yearly tribal gathering with all of our Central Coast friends.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious, and the grounds are meticulously maintained with an incredible view and total privacy. And a short drive to everything Downtown SLO has to offer. We'd stay here again!

Beautiful home and property!

I booked Parker’s Place for my bachelorette party, and I couldn’t picture a more stunning place to celebrate. The view is absolutely incredible, and the outside seating and vineyards in the yard are so picturesque and peaceful. This was my first time back in SLO since graduating 8 years ago, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do so. The beds were also so comfortable, and the inside of the house is as gorgeous as the outside. You get the peace and quiet of being a bit outside of town, but you’re still a really quick drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here, and I had a truly wonderful time!

Beautiful Estate

Stunning property! I enjoyed a lovely weekend with some girlfriends and the house was perfect. The estate is tranquil and the house is so incredibly comfortable. Tastefully furnished living spaces to the cozy bedrooms and thoughtful amenities. I will definitely be coming back.

Wow! What a gorgeous home.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It's light and bright, the furnishings are beautiful, and the view is unparalleled. You feel like you're away from it all, but you're actually quite close to everything, from downtown to wineries. Our kids loved visiting the chickens, and the adults spent evenings around the fire pit. We will be sure to visit again.

Picture Perfect

Immaculate, spacious, comfortable, with sweeping views of Bishop Peak, Madonna and more from all three bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms. That’s saying a lot, as they slope down to San Luis Obispo, proper, which glimmers softly from those vistas at night. The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying the views. A tiny slice of 101 is visible off to the west. We visit our adult son a few times during the year, and this is our favorite spot so far. Charming Victorian farmhouse exterior in a subtle cheerful yellow with a wrap-around veranda that invites you to sit a spell—all the lighting is enhancing, inside and out, kitchen well supplied with staples and gadgetry. Shhh, keep it to yourself, this is a hidden gem in the canyons, complete with roosting hens in a darling self contained coop, wine grapes outside your dining area, a horse down the road, and even a bronze deer and longhorn ram to greet you as you enter. We would be delighted to do return visits.

Hard to leave!

We have traveled and stayed at quite a few rental homes and this has been our favorite. The view is perfection. The home is so well decorated and inviting. We enjoyed walking the grounds, the fire pit area at night, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, puzzles and games that were found in the closet, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. I only wish we had more time because it was so hard to leave this beautiful home! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this peaceful spot for the weekend. It will be something we will always remember.

Parker’s Place

We enjoyed our first trip away from our kids at Parker's Place for a wedding nearby in Santa Margarita. It’s big enough to host a family, but we just enjoyed sleeping in and soaking up the peaceful and breathtaking views on the property to ourselves. The place feels secluded and intimate, but it’s centrally located to any city you’d want to explore in the area; Paso Robles, SLO, Pismo Beach, Moro Bay, Santa Margarita, etc. It’s comfortable, clean, spacious and is stocked with all amenities. We would stay again!

Beautiful location

Lots of outdoor socializing space which I may return to appreciate. We were in for Cal Poly graduation of my daughter so spent time running around. Short drive to campus and town and shopping . Bedroom arrangements suited to families who can share space.

Hosting a rehearsal dinner

The property and house are absolutely amazing. We were able to host a rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding while all staying at the house. The host was extremely good at communicating and ensuring we had all the information we needed for a successful stay.

A favorite

Family trip with all adults this time. This home looks just like the photos, only better! The beautiful and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces really added so much to our experience. Quiet and secluded yet easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on our daily excursions. I hope to return someday and explore the area further with this as a "home base!" Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful property for a weekend getaway

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s situated up on a hill so you get great views of the hills of SLO. There is even a chicken coup on site! The hosts were great to work with and were quick to respond. For the size of the house, I was a little surprised there was only 3 bedrooms, but 2 of the bedrooms have pullout couches so we were able to accommodate everyone in our group. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Breath-taking

This is a fabulous property, in terms of views, location and amenities. We had a fantastic stay for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids); really enjoyed the backyard views of the Central Coast hills and valleys, grilling and fire-pit in the evening, the amazing hot tub in the late afternoons. There's ample space for the adults to lounge and the kids to play around. We miss it already!

We really enjoyed our stay!

The Parker Place is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Chrissy and Logan are very thoughtful and responsive. Spent some time by their chicken coup, the greenhouse and hot tubbed underneath the stars. Was a magical stay! Would stay again!

The best

Had a family get away and the stay could not be any better. Not only is the location amazing (and optimal), but the little details throughout the house really captured all of us. From the check in to check out was easy, communication from booking till the end was great, and the cleanliness of everything was a cherry on top. Did we can, can’t wait to come back again.
