Frente a la playa Paraíso en Avila Beach, California. Esta casa ejecutiva con citas de lujo cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y cuatro baños y puede dormir 8 personas cómodamente.

La playa está justo afuera de su puerta principal y cuenta con arena blanca a lo largo de un tramo de 1 km de la playa. El hogar de pensionistas de surf, surfistas, amantes de la playa, bañistas y similares, Avila Beach cuenta con algunos de los mejores climas en el Estado de California.

Nuestro muro de cristal se abre y permite que el océano entrar en su sala de estar.

Overall this was good. The property manager met us , which was very helpful.However the refrigerator/freezer had stopped working before we arrived. The outside panel was lit up, so you don't give it a second thought.....This is my take looking back on what unfolded it had stopped working sometime in the last 12 hours..It was very warm and there was no ice . There was also a thermostat in the freezer on one of racks .I spent a fair amount of time dealing with this between the property manger and owner. Which took away from the 1st part of our weekend. If we had shown up with ice cream.. well not good. There are two other small refrigerators. No other freezers.But we could only get the one in the basement down to 45 degrees. What to expect, great view , good kitchen for everyone to gather/cook in. The wine bar is directly below the balcony was closed ,which made the balcony more private. The bar appears to be changing hands. The elevator was great . It does not go to the roof terrace.The three beds/entertainment room is window less.But has a good shower downstairs . This rental is probably due for a bit of paint, and some attention to the bathrooms. etc.Overall is was a lovely weekend. But check refrigerator in any rental. This is the second time this has happened to us with a VRBO rental.

Overall, a very good vacation. The host was very accommodating and prompt to our enquiries. The WiFi issue at the basement needs to be fixed and light above the stove needs to be changed as well.

The best way to enjoy Avila Beach

If you are considering visiting Avila Beach, here's why you should - it is a great beach with accessible restaurants and wineries. The only reason you wouldn't is if you are not interested in a small town.If you visit Avila Beach with a larger group, you should stay here. We have stayed in three different beachfront places, and while all are great, this home is the biggest with the best parking. No downsides. The only reason not to stay beachfront is if you hate noise - the units are above stores/restaurants and there is often live music being played. We consider that a plus, but I am sure some travelers would prefer quiet. That said, this is Avila Beach not Miami Beach - the beach clears out around dinner time and the restaurants close at 9pm.

It was a beautiful property in a great location. To be there on a Friday night when the Farmer's Market was happening was amazing. The house was well equipped and felt so peaceful.

It’s always a big treat for our family to spend quality time together in this beautiful house! This was our 4th visit! From the booking process to check out, we are always pleased with our experience at Avila Beach! The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation! The nearby restaurants and local businesses make it even more difficult to leave. Our kids have already asked when we’re going back. Gorgeous location!

Great location & roof deck can’t be beat! Parking under unit (important bc Avila is crowded!!). We had a great Mother’s Day weekend w 7 ladies representing 3 generations. Dishwasher seemed to be struggling as we had to run a load through twice to clean. Because we had a couple older ladies (75yrs plus) the elevator was nice. Overall lovely property although many dishes (plates, bowls, coffee mugs & serving platters etc) are chipped & could be replaced.

Weather was amazing. View was heavenly. Access to community, top notch. Manager was extremely kind and helpful. Bed was so very comfortable! AFamily members joined us for the final evening and want to rebook in March if available! I could have stayed longer if life wasn’t calling!

Seester’s tour ‘24

I took my wives 2 sisters and my sister on a trip to SLO to see my niece that just started at Cal Poly. It was my first time in the area and the house was absolutely perfect! It has such a cool setting with different levels, an elevator, great parking, amazing rooftop views and even a fire place. The location right on front street is great. Everything is in walking distance. We loved it and will be back.

Fall Getaway

This was our second stay at the property and we enjoyed it as much as we did on our first. We did have to call a property manager, and they responded quickly and, more importantly, cheerfully. It's a great place.

50th Anniversary Weekend

We so enjoyed your home last weekend with our family. We lucked out with perfect weather and spent most Saturday and Sunday on the beach. For those unable to get down, they enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location was perfect for all of us. There were no basics missing - and loved the shuffle board game!

AMAZING!!!

The house is amazing ... so many windows open to the ocean breezes and sunshine! The house is furnished with everything you could need from kitchen to bath to beach toys! A garage!!! Roof top firepit, bbq and dining ... we enjoyed it all! The house is very well appointed; comfortable and appropriate for the beach. The location is amazing ... across the street from the beach and surrounded by good food, evening live music, cute beach town stores and a small grocery store/deli. We will be back!

Prime location

With or without children, this location is amazing. If you want to relax with cocktails on the deck or sit on the roof around the fire pit with a relaxing view of the ocean, or fly a kite off the roof, this is great spot to walk or play on the beach which is only foot steps away. Restaurants are downstairs and the Friday night food stands and farmers market give you a lot of choices.

A Perfectly Amazing Home

Arriving at the Beach House the property manager waved us down on the nearby street… she was absolutely adorable! Very sweet showing us all the in’s and out’s of the home. It is a FABULOUS home! Just breathtaking! Beautiful views! The bedrooms are beautiful.. (love the decorating) Comfortable furniture! The kitchen is open to the livingroom and dining room and the bi-fold doors that opens to the deck facing the ocean. (I know!!!) Our whole family was here so we had a ping pong tournamen on the first floor. By the way a huge screen tv… we watched movies… So Fun! We met the owner… he stopped by… Very nice and personable… after our family left my husband and I had dinner at Ocean Grill… Wonderful food and service. I Highly recommend this beautiful home. The owner is very kind and his home is just breathtaking!

Another fabulous stay!

We have been coming to this beautiful property for the last 5 years. The location is incredible and abominations are so comfortable. Amazing views, people watching, wonderful restaurants all right there! The beach is beautiful and really cool tide pools all the way down on the south side. We had an issue with the showers not getting hot water off and on, the property manager was super helpful in troubleshooting. The communication with any issues that arise have always been very thorough and helpful. We look forward to coming back year after year.

Paradise on the central coast!

The views cannot be beat and we lucked out with gorgeous weather for our stay. While there were a couple of minor issues (a leak from neighboring restaurant and disposal that didn’t work), the hosts were extremely fast in fixing the issues and making sure our stay was perfect. We hope to come back someday!

A Great Rental in Avila Beach

Our family truly enjoyed staying in such a large, beautiful beach front home. We were thrilled to be so close to the sand and water plus all the little shops and restaurants along Front Street. Though the Property Manager was a little rushed as she went through the house at the initial check-in, she was very helpful and available by phone/text during our 3 days in Avila Beach. We appreciated that there were adequate plates, utensils, and glassware for the 8 of us, and enough chairs so we all could sit at the same table for meals--something that's not always the case in rentals which accept larger groups. I'd certinaly recommend this superb beach home to anyone interested in staying in what has to be one of the The Best rentals in Avila--hard to beat the location and views!

Getaway with friends

We are a Group of friends that travel regularly. The pictures of the home led us to believe that it was directly on the beach instead of on top of a restaurant along a pedestrian street. Although we had a fabulous time and the place was nice, the photos are very deceptive. There is a bike shop over the garage, a bar underneath, and restaurant attached. we were led to be that there were 4 full bathrooms. But actually only 3 and 1/2 bathrooms and one of the beds was in the basement just off the garage with no windows. We specifically choose this home because it advertised 4 full bathrooms.

We have been in San Luis Obispo for over 30 years and the area has many great leisure activities, outdoor activities and incredible weather. Avila Beach is home to 300 days of sunshine a year. When Santa Barbara and Pismo Beach are socked in with fog, Avila Beach is sunny most days...

Great Beach, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, excellent leisure, sports activities, great weather, vibrant wildlife activity, 18 golf courses(one within walking distance of your rental), Hearst Castle, deep sea fishing, kayaking, tennis, ATV over the sand dunes, horseback riding, shopping, Avila Beach Market(Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm- may-Sept) vendors line up on the beach promenade with food, music, gifts right outside your rental. It is a scene from a movie(April-Sept)
