Esta unidad recién pintada y remodelada se encuentra en el lado más conveniente del complejo, a poca distancia del estacionamiento (puede caminar directamente a la unidad desde el estacionamiento), oficina, gimnasio (3 pisos debajo), vista al mar piscina en la azotea, playa y Wall-Mart. Tiene una alfombra nueva, muebles nuevos, una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, impresionantes vistas a la fuente y mucho más. El complejo Laketown Wharf Resort ofrece cinco piscinas compartidas, bañeras de hidromasaje, un parque infantil, gimnasio totalmente equipado, estacionamiento cubierto y mucho más. El complejo más grande con algunos de los mejores valores en Panama City Beach y a solo unos pasos de las playas de arena blanca de la ciudad de Panamá. Totalmente remodelado condominio de 6to piso.

Fantastic Property

This is one of the best condos we have had the pleasure to stay in at the beach! This property was absolutely stunning, and even more beautiful in person than on the listing. The owner's were extremely attentive and made sure the condo had everything we would need to have a comfortable stay. Also the pools were fantastic, and it's in a really great location. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

The unit was perfect for families. Excellent location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and amusement centers. The property manager responded to questions in a timely manner and gave clear instructions on what's expected of the renters

It worked

The place was decent, but unlike what the pictures showed there was no cart to use for the beach or carpet in the living room which we would’ve liked. There were not very many pots and pans so don’t plan on cooking too much. The property manager was really nice though! Overall, there are places in the same complex that have more things for the beach that we are unable to bring on the plane like carts and coolers which this unit did not have. Can’t complain too much though because we made it work and enjoyed our vacation!

Amazing place!

The condo itself was amazing, and all of the pools/ hot tubs were great. Everyone was super friendly. And in the lake there’s tons of turtles and fishes. Even got to see the alligator a few times! Definitely recommend this place!!

Me and my family stayed for a little over a week. We loved the location and the room was very nice! The owners were very reliable when we had questions. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Beautiful condo

We loved the condo. Everything was wonderful and the location great. We parked on the 6th floor and walked straight to the room. Very convenient. The balcony looking over the bay was great and my grandson loved seeing the alligator! Armen, the owner, was on the ball when we contacted him with anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, not so great location

The property was fantastic. Everything was newer and the amenities were great. Being on the 6th floor near the parking garage is. Blessing and a curse. The convenience of not fighting for the elevators was nice but the noise and traffic passing by was a irritating by the end of the week. However all in all I would stay again.

Perfect, Short vacay!

6th floor access was great and the unit had everything you would need, just like home. My husband and I and the kids were very happy with the sleeping arrangements and the mattresses were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a pair of room darkening curtains or blinds(I love Mr. sun but when I'm ready lol), other than that, we would love to come back this unit.

We thought the decorations were excellent. Convenience to everything was acceptable.The only thing that would be helpful in the kitchen would be a cutting board and cooking sheet.We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!

The owner communicated with us regularly to make sure we had everything that we needed. He responded to our questions quickly and was very accommodating. The unit is very clean and spacious. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The property is in a great location and is an extremely short walk to the beach. Would not hesitate to book here in the future! Highly recommend this property!

LOOKING FOR THE BEST VACA with EVERYTHING! Look no further

You can literally just bring the clothes & bathing suit bc this Condo has e/thing!! From the moment we walked in & saw the Beautiful Condo with the soothing Colors & Décor were really well thought out! The owner has spared NO expense from the kids to the Adults, there isn't anything lacking with this Condo! Weather You Dine in or having Wine on the Balcony while watching the Water Show, you will have everything you need with all the new appliances. The owner has even thought of kids Big &Small ~Karaoke, Xbox, Chairs for the Beach, Beach Towels, along with a Wagon to take it to the Beach! The King Size Bedroom where my husband & I slept Refreshed & ready for the day w/our own private bath and with the Queen size Pullout in Living Room was very Comfortable to My Daughter & her Husband plus the 2 kids loved the very Comfy/Private Bunkbeds & the Family shared a bathroom made it so convenient when we did need to do quick showers to go out. Washer/Dryer Combo is fabulous so Pack Lightly... 6 people is Perfect Location is fabulous bc you can park in the parking deck & walk directly to your room. If the Resort is crowed & you have elevator issues use the one in the parking garage its quick & very convenient when others are having issues with Slow elevators when it is so crowded @ resort(we were there for "Cheer Camp"). The resort is close to All the popular spots that are nearby but if you didn't want to leave the Resort they have awesome Seafood Place called they Wharf, Ice Cream & Candy @ place called Candy Maker, a place we feel in Love with "Juan Taco" Best Mexican Place Ever is all right there, plus a small store for the small things you might forget or do like we did & Have Wal Mart deliver your food right inside your door! Owner is Spectacular, from checking in with me to see if we needed anything & is so quick to respond & will Help you any way he can( we left behind a tablet & he was so helpful in making sure we got it back). Mr Arman was very attentive & listened & was very appreciative & we would Love to Rent from him Again! Be Sure to keep your eye on the Lake & watch for the Alligator that the Locals call George....He loves when the "live" music starts in the evening! Thank You Mr Arman for the Spectacular week while staying in Your Condo & :Look forward to Next Year!

This vacation rental had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable.

Booking this rental online through Vrbo was very easy. The owner made himself available for any questions or concerns at the time I booked the rental and throughout our stay. You have an exclusive full view of the lake including fountains that have a water show, and the unit is located at the most convenient side of the complex with a walking distance to a parking garage (you may walk straight to the unit from the parking garage), Office, Fitness Center (3 floors below), ocean-view rooftop pool, beach, and a Wall-Mart .

Perfect Location is fabulous because you can park in the parking deck & walk directly to your room. If the Resort has crowed & you have elevator issues use the one in the parking garage it's quick & very convenient. Laketown Wharf has a very professional Security team that will make sure that no one is able to break the HOA rules and you and your loved ones are safe during your stay. Upon arrival, guests have to check-in with the Security Desk located in the front Lobby of the complex for parking passes and wristbands where they will need to present an ID and pay for parking
