Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el piso 14, directamente con vista al río lento en Phoenix Orange Beach con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, Smart TV de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una Smart TV de pantalla plana de 55" en el maestro, y una 55 "Smart TV en el segundo y tercer dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay una cama King en el Master y dos camas Queen en los dormitorios 2 y 3 para dormir hasta 10.



Hay una impresionante piscina al aire libre de entrada cero con un tobogán de agua que se conecta a un río lento, una piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos grandes jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación con vista al Golfo, parrillas para barbacoa y una cancha de tenis en el piso 10.

Beautiful views of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The only negative is washer takes forever and dryer does as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Really nice stay

The kids had a ball at the lazy river / water slide and the adults loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Our large family had plenty of space and weren't cramped at all. Overall a great vacation and we hope to rent this condo again in the future!!

Beautiful Condo

The pictures did this condo no justice! It was BEAUTIFUL!!! The decor was amazing from the time we stepped into the condo and then with all the details put into each of the rooms. The only complaint we had is that the toilet in one of the guest bedrooms was not cleaned, it still had a brown ring on the inside of it like it hasn’t been used or cleaned in a while, but we did our own cleaning when we got there and it came right off. Also the electric can opener in the kitchen doesn’t work. Would consider replacing that. Other than that, this listing was more than what we expected. It’s in a great location to stores and restaurants, 25 mins from the Tangler outlet in foley and directly on the beach! My son had an amazing time going from the pool, to the water slide on the property, to the beach our entire stay! It was also nice that the property has an indoor pool for those rainy days we had while there. We will definitely book again later this year!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and the newly remodeled condo was beautiful.Positives - Newly remodeled; Built-in ice maker made ice quickly; Decor; Main room TV was the nicest TV we've ever seen; View; Lazy river; Proximity to the beach; Keyless entry was very convenient; Clean unit; Elevator was fast; Parking; High quality and comfortable sectional sofa; Carts are very helpful for luggage; Washer and dryer worked as expected Areas For Improvement - Fridge ice maker did not work (needed it in addition to the built-in ice maker); "Down" button on one side of the elevator on the 14th floor did not work (building problem); Could use a few more items stocked like scissors, paper, pens; Too much decor (for example, there are lamps blocking pictures, there is a plant that nearly hits you in the face while sleeping in the third bedroom, the coffee table has a non-attached glass top and it is easy to bump into, too many decorations taking up space, etc); Water pipes shake when turning off the water in the kitchen and third bedroom sinks; Vacuum was clogged and didn't work well; Some trash from previous tenants found under the beds and furnitureOverall, it was 5-stars and we had a great time.

Not clean

When we arrived the floors had not been swept at all and the kitchen and bathroom counter tops were still dirty. Steak knives were in drawer and had not been cleaned. Ice maker was full of mildew and stopped working after 2 days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I sent an email to inform of the dirty condition and did not receive an answer.

Good location in Orange Beach

Too chilly for adults as it is unheated and we were there in April. Indoor pool warm. Only one hot tub was working at out visit. Bedding is limited, no extra pillows or blankets, which we would have liked. We purchased at walmart. Kitchen is not well stocked with pans, or kitchen equipment, no pizza pan. Beautiful balcony and view. Unit was not very clean ,loose goldfish crackers in the cabinet. We cleaned the counter tops, they had dried food stuck on them. We enjoyed our visit.

A Decent Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with the condo. There were some minor issues that made the stay a little less comfortable, but nothing we called in about. The most significant issue was the frame of the couch was broken right in the middle. Sitting on it was incredibly uncomfortable, so we just didn't. Really didn't hang out in the living room much so it wasn't a huge deal. Next, the master bedroom mattress was pretty awful. We didn't have a good night's sleep our entire trip. With that said, the condo was clean, the pools were great for the kids, and the beach was pristine (I expect nothing else for OBA beaches). We had an awesome vacation!I have been traveling to OBA/Perdido area for over 30 years. This was our first stay in any Phoenix facility. I would put this place in the middle of the pack for the places I've stayed. I would stay here again, but probably only if a small house or rooms at Turquoise were not available.

Family vacation

Excellent location to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved being close to the beach. The indoor pool was a perfect break from the beach. Room was nice and clean and our family will have another vacation here again.

Here's what I sent to him the night before we left:Hi Charlie,Once again, we loved our stay at Phoenix OB! Thank you for everything.We wanted to let you know about a few things that need to be taken care of:1. The ice maker makes ice but really doesn’t keep up. FYI a couple lights are on inside the machine when you open the door.2. The towel bar in the guest bathroom will not stay up when you remove a towel. It’s most likely just a screw in one of the brackets.3. For the life of us, we could not figure out how to turn the TV on to regular satellite. We were able to connect a computer to HDMI but that was the only way to watch TV.4. The drain of the sink in the guest bathroom is somewhat slow.5. Cleaning:a. When we got here, it appeared that none of the bathroom mirrors nor the sliding glass den door was cleaned. We had to get windex to clean them. It was very obvious they had not been touched, and just thought you should be made aware.b. The stainless refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen were totally smudged.c. Crumbs in many of the utensil drawers.d. The master bathroom shower has tons of black mildew. If you step into the shower and look down around the silver surround, you can’t miss it.Other than that, everything was GREAT!Location, Building, Layout - we LOVED.Also both coffee makers did not work.

The property was beautiful. I wish they had an app for the phone instead of bracelets or removable bracelets. Keeping up with the band was frustrating. I don’t like to sleep in jewelry.

Loved the condo! Exactly what we needed with 6 adults and 6 children under 8 years old. Had a concern about a sliding door that would not lock but was quickly repaired. Crock pot ceramic lining was missing but we improvised. Plenty of kitchen essentials for our large family. Really loved the ice machine at the bar in the unit. Lazy River was so much fun for the kids and adults.
