Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el cuarto piso, directamente con vista al río lento en Phoenix Orange Beach, con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. ��Evita los ascensores y estaciona en el mismo piso que el condominio! También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!

Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 55" en el maestro, y una inteligente de 50 " TV en el segundo y tercer dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Disappointed

When we arrived it took us quite a while to get lamps to work. We discovered that all of them had been unplugged. Also, there were several light bulbs out. I had to buy batteries for several remote controls for the televisions. Most were either dead or missing.

Great location! Close to the beach! Awesome lazy river!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! Just a few complaints. First the beds; the mattresses are all VERY firm!!! I stayed in the master and actually slept on the couch a couple nights bc it was just too hard. I compare it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. Second the filth under the furniture in the bedrooms. Those areas had not been cleaned in a long time!!! There was a dirty sock under a dresser and a single flip flop under a bed along with months of dust, dirt and sand. The living/dining room furniture was comfortable and clean underneath. ( did not check under couches). Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. Los of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was even a large crockpot and really good pot for boiling seafood. It is conveniently located to several grocery stores and Walmart. As well as many restaurants! We had dinner at Bahama Bobs 1 night. It’s a bit of a drive (or Uber). But it’s absolutely worth it! We eat there every time we go to this area! I selected “do not recommend “ solely on the beds. It was a problem for many.

Nice but needs some maintenance

Nice condo and facilities. Lots of small things need attention. Dryer takes all day to dry. Light over stover and light in freezer doesn’t work. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans pretty much worn out. Otherwise was enjoyable.

Condo was decorated nicely and had the basic necessities. Only suggestion, please upgrade the master bed and provide a non stick cooking pan. Charlie from Phoenix Rentals was great to work with, he even called us on the way down about our arrival time. Thank you.

Great location

This condo is a great location. Right on the beach with a pool, lazy river, and water slide. Very close to restaurants and grocery. I usually like to stay in smaller condo complexes but didn't have any issues getting an elevator during our stay. Only one day was the beach so full that we walked down to the public beach. The ice machine was a nice added feature that we really appreciated. Our complaints are minor but we reached out to the property manager on Tuesday about not being able to get the remote to work due to dead batteries and never heard a word back. Also, the kitchen is not stocked for preparing food. No measuring spoons, dull knives, etc. Again, our complaints are minor and we enjoyed the property for the most part.

A family reunion time for my mother

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a 3day getaway with our family from Florida and Louisiana. Mom is elderly and on oxygen with limited mobility. We had family scattered in other rooms so my wife, mom and I stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Since we didn’t go out much the kitchen was not stocked well. On the pics we saw a coffee pot and a kueric but it didn’t have it so we purchased one at Walmart. The main building not set up for handicap accessibility. If we did leave we had to go get the car and come to the garage door closest to the room. But all in all a good time my brother and myself both went up and down over 3 times to get a parking pass. No one at the desk

Beautiful Condo!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo, furniture was brand new, different couches from booking photos (they look like they are now updated), also there is a review about the beds being old, those are new too. Overall great experience with condo itself. Had everything we needed. There were a few small things that could have been better. In the condo one of the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was also loose. These didn't impact our stay but are just small signs of age. The building overall was great, it is showing some signs of age but everything appeared to be well taken care of. The pool was nice and hot-tub and lazy river were as advertised. Beach access was super easy as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

It is great to be able to park and walk right in - no elevator. The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. I would say they need to get new mattresses for the beds but other than that it is perfect for us!! We will be back next year!!

Cleanliness is not the utmost importance

Hairs in showers, stains on bed sheets, covers, pillows, towels, dining room chairs and even the bed skirts. We had gnats the first few days because of food left in the sink. Beds were horrible. Everybody wanted to sleep on the couch because of how poorly the beds slept. You can feel the bed springs in them and pillows are paper thin. Overall a good location. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants right across the street.

Great Condo

We were there with our grand children so we cooked in quite a bit. The pots & pans were old & worn out. The dishes could use an upgrade also. With that said, the condo, the property as a whole, parking was great. I thought it was totally cheesy that everyone had to wear wristbands for the entire week. I understand the security part but try keeping a wristband on a 7, 4, and 2 year old. That needs to change.

We had a small issue when we arrived that was very well taken care of to our satisfaction by Charlie, the property manager, in a timely manner. Thank you for a lovely time in Orange Beach. The reason that I did not rate all 5s is that the upholstered furniture was dirty when we were there. (It could easily be cleaned.)

One of if not the best vacation we have taken!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the room, everything from the cleanliness to separate bathrooms, to the great view. If you have small kids this place is a must, indoor pool, lazy River, and the water slide if you get tired of the ocean is great! Close to anything you want or need, in 5 days we didn’t travel more than a mile out to for anything we wanted to do. Food , shopping , dolphin cruise, it was all close.
