This place was great and convenient to the island. The host were awesome, they let us check in early and extend our stay one more day. Very nice house with a pool that the kids and grandkids loved when they came to visit us. We will be booking again.

Great summer vacation stay

It’s a very nice house. Close to the beach. It has a nice pool the kids loved it. It’s walking distance away from a Walmart. It was a great stay.

Just what we were looking for

The property was clean and comfortable in a centralized location perfect for where we needed to be. The property manager replied promptly to messages and was very pleasant and welcoming. 10 out of 10 recommend and if I'm back in that area would love to stay again.

Super clean!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this house and it didn’t disappoint either time. The property is super clean and has all the beach necessities provided for you. I highly recommend this property. It is only about 15-20 minutes from the beach and is close to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely come back for another stay.

Home Sweet Home

Our sixth stay: we fell in love with this house and the owners: impeccable property in a safe area and close to all services. The sea is barely ten minutes away. How sad to see the devastation of the last 2 hurricanes but people are working hard to erase the damage. People are very courageous. We are already looking forward to going back.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay at your property. The house is newly updated and was very comfortable. I worked remote while visiting and the Wifi worked perfectly. Mostly we enjoyed evenings out back by the pool and the short distance to Anna Maria Island. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding!! Accommodations, Cleanliness, Location. Beach is just a short drive from the home. House is fully stocked with everything needed. Very quite area. Host/Hostess answered emails very quickly. We will use this for a vacation home again.

Very nice house with a pool

This house has plenty of space and is well supplied. They have a washer and dryer available for use with detergent provided which is super helpful. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to try it. Owners were extremely responsive. A previous guest clogged the tub and they came right out to fix it. The only thing warranting the 4 for cleanliness is the floors were very sticky and the counters were greasy. I’m guessing it’s cleaner residue but was unpleasant. Overall a very good stay.

Close to everything

The house is close to everything! It was fully equipped with everything you could think or need. The only thing missing was a blender. Owners are very communicative with you throughout your whole stay. There was an issue with the mesh in the pool area and they had someone out there fixing it within 30 minutes they arrived and fixed it. The beds are not the most comfortable when you are used to a medium firm hybrid mattress. Even our kids weren’t comfortable with the bed. Also there is a small red ant issue under the carport. Don’t leave your stuff on the floor of the carport, because there will be ants all over it fairly quickly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our week long stay.

Sue's house is great, close to the beaches .

It was our 2nd time there. The house has everything, it's close to the beaches and stores. Walmart is pretty close. Communication with owners always fast.

The perfect cozy house

We loved Sue's place!The photos don't do justice to her place.It is very well equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen or for the grill outside (she had two grills: gas and charcoal—my husband loved the charcoal grill). The beds are comfy, everything was cleaned, and they smell good.For the small kids, she has a pack n' play & feeding chair; there's also an air mattress. For the kids (and us) the pool was a hit! Plus the Super Nintendo and all the board games she has there!Location is awesome! Groceries and restaurants were near and the beach was a short drive.Anyway, we had a great stay and we hope to stay there again another time.Thanks for everything!

The home inside was just like the pictures and very clean. We had everything we could want and more stocked than anywhere we have ever stayed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything in the house worked, it was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice but it was not screened anymore. You could tell the hurricanes took a toll on the outside but it should have been updated on the description. I would have not booked it otherwise. Even if the lanai had been screened in it would have been fine. The wasps were bad in the daytime and the mosquitoes were terrible at night. We missed doing a lot because of it. I would stay again if it was fixed.

Tyvärr stämde inte bilder och beskrivning av uteplatsen med screened in pool. Det var en viktig sak för oss så vi var mycket besvikna och åkte hem med många myggbett :( Ägaren gav oss kompensation men ändå en stor besvikelse. I övrigt så var huset jättefint och bra kommunikation med ägaren.

Very nice stay in a very comfortable house

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks in May and found it to be very clean. Everything, but really everything, that the housewife needed is available. The garden with the many birds is unique. There was an internet outage due to lightning. The owners took care of the damage immediately. We had a wonderful vacation in a good neighborhood. Many thanks to Kiu and Sue and their son.We would love to come back next year.

Relaxing time

The property is very well decorated. It had everything you would need. The pool was such a bonus. It was nice to get in at night and to cool off in the day. Also the covered patio was great to get out of the sun when you were not in the pool. We spent a lot of time outside.
