La casa tiene pisos de calor radiante, está orientada al sur con mucho sol y fue construida en 2014. Es súper limpio, nuevo y acogedor. El filtro de agua de toda la casa garantiza agua limpia y fresca para beber y bañarse. Gran dormitorio principal (cama de matrimonio) se encuentra en el piso principal y tiene un baño completo con lavabo doble adjunto. La sala de estar (nivel principal) es espaciosa y está llena de plantas vibrantes. También hay un medio baño en el nivel principal. Arriba hay otro dormitorio grande (cama queen) y baño completo (no adjunto a la habitación). La cocina está en el nivel principal, equipada con una estufa de gas, horno completo, lavavajillas, microondas, horno tostador, nevera completa, cafetera, molinillo de café, licuadora, encimeras de granito y una hermosa vista. La cocina tendrá aceite de oliva orgánico, sal, pimienta, café y filtros de café.

Acceso de invitado

Toda la casa (cama principal / baño, cama / baño de arriba, sala de estar principal, cocina, 1/2 baño) con las EXCLUSIONES de la tercera habitación de arriba, cuarto de servicio, armario del propietario en el nivel principal, garaje y algunos armarios estarán cerrados. El propietario NO estará en las instalaciones durante su estadía y podrán disfrutar del espacio para ustedes.

Interacción con los invitados

El propietario no se encuentra en las instalaciones durante su estadía, pero un gerente de guardia puede estar disponible de inmediato si necesita algo.

Otras cosas a tener en cuenta

Esta es mi casa y ciertos gabinetes en la cocina y el baño de arriba estarán cerrados con pertenencias personales, aparte de eso, hay muy pocas cosas personales en el espacio.

A beautiful home for relaxing and visiting the town of Nederland and the surrounding area. The home was spotless, beautiful and so comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Ski getaway

The property is nestled in a neighborhood about a mile from town by foot. Easy to get to town and to Eldora for skiing. Well equipped home.

Clean, spacious and well-equipped!

Great stay! Very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Our teen declared the house had 'good vibes' and we agree. We enjoyed watching the wildlife.... rabbits, chipmunks and magpies visited daily. We also saw a vole and a coyote run right across the patio.

We had a great time, house was perfect, will definitely rent again.😊 **The only very small issue was the kitchen faucet ....it was a little temperamental, need to find just the right spot to stop the drip.

Beautiful location and property!

We arrived after dark, navigation didn't get us to the exact location so it took some driving in and out of driveways in the dark and snow but found our location. The entry instructions in my email were incorrect, but a quick text message and email to the property manager rectified our issue and we were in! For our small family group it was plenty of space, well furnished and set up. We didn't spend much time here, it was our crash pad for skiing at Eldora but for all our gear and food it was great. Excellent restaurants in Nederland within a quick drive it was a perfect spot, beautiful location and property!

Very Nice Place

Two of my colleagues and I stayed at this property for two nights while doing some business in Boulder. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. I hope to have another opportunity to stay here.

Perfect for hiking, working, enjoying Ned!

I stayed here for a week with my father, we hiked (tons of amazing trails within a 10-20 minute drive), we walked to town and enjoyed good beer and food (Salto for breakfast, crosscut for pizza, knotted root for beer), and worked from the house during the week. Wifi isn’t very strong so one of us plugged in and the other did a hotspot (Verizon coverage is super strong and good enough for video conferencing). Overall this house was absolutely perfect, clear, lovely ambiance with all the plants, and the host was really helpful. We’ll be back!

Great property, close to Eldora. You do need all wheel drive for the driveway and road if it’s snowy.

Beautiful mountain home

We had a lovely, relaxing week in this beautiful home, enjoying peaceful mornings out front with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise over the mountains. Ashley has a wonderful green thumb as we were surrounded by her amazing plants. We had everything we needed, her home is spotless and relaxing. We will definitely be back again!

Nice property, beautiful location

Every part of the house is very modern and up to date (with exception to the kitchen faucet). We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the front patio. When the weather wouldn't allow, we lounged on the sofas or played games around the dining room table. Felt like home after long days of hiking Rocky Mountain National Park and Brainard Lake. Would have been 5 stars for sure, but had an issue with check-in the day of arrival. After communicating with the property manager the issue was resolved almost immediately.

Beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding and it was the perfect house in the perfect location with a fantastic view! The home is well kept, neat, updated and we loved all the plants in the home, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again when we're in the area!

What an incredible treat to get to rent Ashley's meticulous home! Absolutely beautiful and the perfect escape for a peaceful respite right by town. Ashley is fantastic to work with and I look forward to renting this beautiful, comfortable home again! Can't wait to get back to brew another pot of her delicious coffee she provides and enjoy it in the living room surrounded by the most stunning plants I have ever seen. Wonderful mtn escape

We had a great Eldora ski trip here! The house is bright, warm, with spacious rooms and great views of peaks and the town of Nederland. Everything is labeled, and adequate dishes for making your own meals. The owner was very responsive to various questions prior to our stay. The house is situated above the town, which is probably a mile away. Grocery store in-town too. Less than 10-min drive to Eldora. Definitely recommend and will stay again. We were 2 adults, 2 kids.

I am particularly interested in Ashtanga yoga, skiing, travel, backpacking, lover of music, botany, and the beauty of the natural world. If I am traveling and looking for a place to stay I am either embarking on an outdoor adventure of some sort or teaching/studying yoga or bodywork.

This home is new (built in 2014) and not your ordinary quirky mountain space. It's clean and spacious, full of light and luxury. Close enough to town to walk yet affords great views and quiet. All rooms have radiant floor heat to warm your feet from the ski slopes, a full house water filter, gas stove, and new bosch appliances.
