¡Este encantador apartamento de una habitación y un baño en la planta baja se encuentra a tiro de piedra del Forsyth Park! Los cómodos muebles con un toque moderno lo harán “vivir como un local” en la famosa calle Gaston del distrito histórico. Ubicado a solo una cuadra de distancia del hermoso Parque Forsyth, este apartamento renovado es el refugio perfecto para dos o cuatro huéspedes Lucky.

Al entrar, será recibido por un espacio abierto que ofrece una cocina de galera bellamente renovada, muebles modernos y una chimenea decorativa. La cocina está totalmente equipada, para que pueda disfrutar del desayuno desde la comodidad de su hogar lejos del hogar. El comedor está abierto a la sala de estar, que ofrece un cómodo sofá y un televisor de pantalla plana grande.

Perfect spot for a couple or single traveler. Not smack dab in the middle of all the action but an easy walk to everything. Being right across the street from Forsyth Park was great for morning strolls to get a good coffee and breakfast, not to mention the weekend farmers market. The apartment was clean albeit small. It had everything one would need. It was very quiet for a good night’s rest after exploring the city. Having parking was also a huge bonus.

Not a Property for Seniors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cushions on the couch dropped down into the hidden bed platform when you sat down. That meant you sank to the level of the frame, which was uncomfortable and extremely difficult to get out of. And there were only bar stools to sit on. No chairs in either the living space or the bedroom. And there were no grab bars in the shower. My wife and I are both seniors and found this property wholly unsuitable for us.

The place was clean had everything we needed. It was very convenient to all of the things in the Historic district. The coffee pot wasn't working and they were quick to replace it. The only negative I could see is the bed and the sofa were quite uncomfortable. But other than that, it was a great experience.

Nice place in a perfect location!

Property was exactly as described and depicted. Comfortable space, GREAT shower, very convenient to have the in-unit washer dryer, and having a designated parking spot reserved in the parking lot behind the unit was key. The location is right across from Forsythe Park, and a short walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah.

Great location!

Great location especially for those who enjoy walking. Having our own parking is great too. The only complaint would be that the sofa is not real comfortable and seating is limited. A nice sectional might be better.

We loved that this was situated across the road from Forsyth Park. It was easy to access Kroger, River Street & the Historic District. The traffic was somewhat overwhelming at times and the streets were narrow. We were thankful we had private parking. This was a big plus!

Great location

Located next to Forsyth park was great. Went to the park on Saturday and got to see lots of vendors plus weddings going on. Having a dedicated parking space was nice as well. Plenty long hike to Broughton street but if you like walking it’s a breeze.

Great location

Never had to move the car once parked on site. Forsyth Park was so close to us & the bus stop also. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - even the river front. Love that is was a ground unit - no stairs to climb.
