The condo was clean and a great location in proximity to many restaurants. Check-in was quick and easy. Loved the jacuzzi tub. I though being near to pools would be a great idea but unfortunately it was constant screaming from children from about 830am-1135pm each night (quiet time was supposed to start at 11pm). Had to call security a couple of times due to the excessive yelling.

Stay was great as usual. However, there was mold in the shower (photos) and the K Cup coffee maker would not recognize that it had water, so we improvised with the regular coffee maker. Also, when the large jacuzzi tub was operated for the first time a lot of "stuff" came out of the jets so it had to drained and cleaned before it could be used.

Very nice

Property was clean and in a perfect location for our family vacation. There were several minor issues that should be repaired. Lights and fan in the family room inop. Light in master bathroom inop. Floor tile in the hallway broken.

Great view

We enjoyed our stay and the property has a ton of things to do to keep kiddos occupied. The only issue we had was that we called ahead to figure out the details about keeping our boat in the water and we were told that the boat slip was first come first serve but was complimentary with the stay and when we checked in we were told something completely different as apparently the boat slip is an additional charge if you book through Liquid Life.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay in Caribe 508C! Walking in, my kids were mesmerized and thought they were in a billionaire’s mansion. Lol. It was so spacious. The balcony was huge and had beautiful views overlooking the pools. I love that it had a dedicated parking space, easy access to a trash chute, a huge jet bathtub. I had a few complaints but nothing major and didn’t need to be fixed during our stay. There was a broken tile in the kitchen/hallway floor that was covered by a taped down rug. My dad who walks with a cane kept stumbling over that area, the big bath tub takes an hour to fill up bc the water pressure is so low, difficult to use the dishwasher but we figured it out. Overall I thought the condo was amazing, so much to do at the resort, there are so many indoor and outdoor pools, easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Just about perfect!

We stayed here late October with our 4 year old and 18 month old boys. We all had a blast. The balcony overlooked the pool and splash pad, which was ideal for us with the kids. I did not have to contact the property manager other than check in and check out. The building staff were friendly and helpful. We did rent the chairs and umbrellas for the whole week which was pricey, but well worth it since we were constantly up and down from the beach. It was nice to have a set spot for the week and we could leave our towels and junk down there when we went up for breaks. I would suggest you pack lots of extra towels and laundry detergent because I did have to run a load every night.

Perfect Peace

This condo was the best, it was a home away from home, very peaceful the noise level was minimum. The scenery was breathtaking, the balcony over the pool and perfect view of the water and the beach across the street seeing the waves splashing. We will reserve this condo again.

Stay was nice as always. Only issue was our oven didn’t work, and they couldn’t fix it while they were there. The management company made it right though

****READ BEFORE BOOKING*****

My family & I have been going to the Caribe for the past 7 years & have had nothing but wonderful things to say about it! -This is the first bad review EVER- BEWARE OF BOOKING!!! the property manager & his company are BEYOND BELOW expectations. The owner of the property managing company was out of the country during our stay, so apparently nothing could be done. It made our vacation so stressful. This unit reeked of cigarette smoke. It smelled like it had been smoked in for a while. It stunk so bad. We left the balcony door open as much as we could, but it did no good. Neither of the bathtubs were operable. We were unable to give our two small children baths our ENTIRE stay. The tub was visibly covered in mold, and even if I wanted to clean it, the water pressure was as good as a bathroom sink, so would’ve taken 2 hours to fill it up. The second bathtub was just as filthy, but didn’t have a drain stopper. The tile throughout the unit was cracked and wobbly. The microwave didn’t work. The floors gave us black feet when walking around for 2 minutes. The washing machine had a ton of visible mold had an intense odor of mildew. When bringing all of this to the property manager’s attention, I asked for someone to do a walk through with me. They told me they could not guarantee anyone to come out to the property. Their office is 5 minutes away. This was in May, it is now October & they STILL refuse to make things right. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! FIND ANOTHER UNIT!!!

Beautiful but crowded and loud

Maintenance seems to be an issue with this property. There were several problems with our unit (mold and mildew in master shower, faucet leak in master tub, refrigerator not cooling properly but was fixed, toilet issue in master bath) and the unit that our friends were in also had multiple issues. We were not notified that the lazy river is out of commission and under construction. This was a large part of the reason we chose this property. There were hundreds of unsupervised kids running around, screaming, pushing every button in elevator, pulling fire alarms causing building to be evacuated at 3am, playing loud music at all hours of the night, etc. Our stay was definitely not peaceful and relaxing. Not at all what we expected and we will not return to the Caribe in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo at the Caribe was very spacious, and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The only problems we had were the floors were very dirty, and the bath tub jets weren’t clean in either tub. Our feet and socks were filthy after walking around the condo. The bathroom attached to the second bedroom had a jetted bath tub but the jets didn’t work and tub was not clean. We had to clean the tubs before using.

Perfect end of summer trip

Rental agency was so easy to work with. We had some rainy days during our stay but the indoor pools helped to pass the time. Complex was quiet most of the week so that was nice. Pools were great! Unit is close to the elevators and the complex was a quick drive to all of the shops and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfy. 5th floor location was perfect. Cobalt was delicious. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with fabulous view of bay on one side, beach on other side and pool below. Check in was fast and simple with card keys picked up at offsite location- but nearby and easily accessible. Very clean inside and out. Several pools and lazy river to choose from. Plenty of room to roam and beach is only a short tram ride, or you can walk if you are more active. Nice restaurant next door. Florida line is a short distance East. You can park your boat in the slips and you can park your car in assigned parking slip. Gated entrance- very friendly staff. There is onsite deli and small store adjacent to complex. Elevators super fast! Lovely complex! Will definitely recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

Great condo and great resort!

The Caribe is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach and 508C was a wonderful condo. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed, even games and puzzles. Liquid Life Vacations was super easy to work with. We will definitely be visiting again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been visiting the Caribe since 2008. The Caribe is beautiful, relaxing, yet offers so much to do all in one location. The condos are usually well maintained, have beautiful décor, and the kitchen is stocked with necessities that make family mealtime pleasant. Unfortunately, this rental has fallen short. The flooring was damaged in several rooms, the large ice maker was removed from the bar, but the hole in the counter and floor were left open, the original microwave did not work, the replacement microwave was ridiculously small, and a fresh coat of paint was greatly needed on several walls. To some these items may seem trivial, but when you have visited as many times as we have, you have high expectations.
