The Pearl is a great place to stay and this unit on the 12th floor gives a awesome view of the crystal clear waters. I really enjoyed being there and makes me wish I could stay all year.

We had an awesome time. Everything was very clean and it lacked nothing from a furnishings and linens perspective. Please note you will likely need to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. if there are more than 2 people for a 7 night stay. Also there are also no spices, condiments, paper goods etc. left by other renters so you will need to bring your own or purchase after you get there. The beach was wonderful and it’s nice that they provide the beach chair and umbrella setup with the rental.

Love Staying at the Pearl

We've stayed at the Pearl multiple times and it's our favorite spot. The unit was nice and a pleasure to stay in. The cleaning crew needs to pay closer attention to small details such as under the big chair by the sliding glass doors was dirty. One rule that bothered me was that you had to clean the dishes and put them away before leaving. We have never seen this we only started the dishwasher and the cleaning crew put them away. Owning a resturant we think this should be changed so that final inspection could be done by staff. We found a few questionable cleanliness issues with silverware, cutting boards, etc. Over all we thought the place was what we expected and loved our stay.

Temperature control was easy. Most appreciated was the outstanding service support from the Property Management Company. Most corrective actions were taken well ahead of schedule, many within the hour. Snow Birders are well organized and many social opportunities are available.

Beautiful oceanside condo

Clean, comfortable condo with beautiful views from living room and master bedroom. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everthing we needed to cook up some great seafood meals

The Pearl is THE BEST place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in #303 the week of July 4th 2024. We have previously stayed at the Pearl and were super impressed. The traffic on the Island was very minimal for it being a Holiday weekend. (A huge bonus) We arrived extremely early. (Our fault for not calculating times correctly.) We went to the office to check in and knew we probably had to wait hours to enter. To our surprise, our rental was the only one that was ready. I almost cried! The staff in the office were super friendly. We got to the room and it was very clean, well decorated, and very inviting. The appliances were in great condition. We didn’t have anywhere to put our snacks, or non cold items. All of the closets were “owners closets” and locked. In our previous stay we had a huge pantry to use we just assumed it would be available this time. (Don’t assume!) We unloaded, took a quick look around and then went to the balcony. The patio had furniture in great condition. The view is amazing. You can see the Pier, The Gulf, and the pool from your balcony. This was also the best view to see the fireworks from the pier! The pool was very clean and super warm. We do wish it was open a little bit later than 10:00 p.m. We went to Publix for groceries(the best) we ate at The Grille house, Samurai Hibachi, Andy D’s (highly recommend) Windjammers, Juana’s, Tommy’s Snowballs, and Whattaburger. The only semi negative thing I have to say is the ice maker dispenser. The dispenser was full of black mold. This is common in ice makers that are not cleaned properly. We noticed this the night before we were leaving. Our cups of ice had tiny black spec’s and we couldn’t figure it out. So, I went to look under the ice maker and it was very black. We cleaned it as best as we could and left a note for the cleaning company. Always check the ice dispensers before use! We have wonderful things to say about

We were blessed with perfect weather, and the ocean was beautiful. The check-in process was easy and everyone was so nice and accommodating. We love the security of the condo and the fact that it was not a party haven was also a bonus. The visit was very relaxing and I can’t wait to come back in the fall.

The one drawback was that being located on third floor, directly above the pools, meant there was a pool/hot tub/aerobics noise that carried up.

We have never been to navarre before! Well i can say this, we are going to come here every year ! This place was magical. The room was super clean and the people were so nice and polite! The room came with beach chair service which was a huge plus for sure. You just walk down and pick 2 chairs! The outside balcony view and tables and chairs is a pleasant surprise! We had plenty of towels, the room was quiet and peaceful! The beach is amazing, clear water on most days we was there. Over all we give this unit 10 out of 10 starts if we could. We love it here and cant wait to go next year. We was there a total of 6 days and 5 nights! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

We were disappointed when we went to turn the smart tv on in the living room and there was not a remote for it. The maintenance people tried to find one, but couldn’t. It caused us to not be able to utilize the room as a family.

Supposed “Free Beach service” caused way to much stress

The place was great and the location. Out of the dozen we looked at we chose hete bc of the “free beach service” As a mom to 3 small children, one less thing to bring down to the beach each day was a no brainer. We are on a tight budget with so many of us on our trips, and beach service chairs are never an option for me. Plus I knew the stress of having to be down to the beach first thing in the am everyday to claim your chair if you wanted on the front row close to your littles. But out of all the places to stay this “free” service was our deal maker and we went with it! Super excited (mama) would get the fancy service this year. I waited the Saturday morning we arrived bright an early to claim our seats with the person. Hour after hour we never saw a worker. We checked in on a Friday bc we wanted to beat the “sat eve” check in rush. All day went back and forth to claim our seats. Didn’t happen - Sat morning husband is down there again early to get a front row seat….after 30min standing there he came back up. Frustrated I went down with him and there was an attendant who let me know quick the chairs were already reserved for the week on the front row to the “paying customers” that it was Saturday, everyone just got here and if I didnt like it “I could take my a** to Walmart and go buy some chairs” YEP THAT happened. I went on to explain we had chairs and they were included in our stay- he showed me the back row and said “if it doesn’t have a name on them I could use them”

Take Me Back To Navarre

We had the best time. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and more. Love the beach chair service that is included with this rental. Check in was a breeze; was even ready early. Great communications! Furniture was so comfy, love that there was 3 recliner options. Beds were great, slept fantastic every night. We really appreciated all the furniture on the balcony, spent many evenings and mornings out there. The unit was very clean and there was plenty of towels for everyone. There was even 3 additional blankets in the closet of the primary bedroom for curling up with during a much needed afternoon nap. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
