Este condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños, bellamente decorado, tiene capacidad para 5 personas y cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, además del lujo de acabados de alta gama, como encimeras de mármol en la cocina, pisos de primera calidad y muebles elegantes. ¡Y no olvide la vista de las aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México desde el balcón!

La perla de Navarra # 102 es administrada profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

El segundo dormitorio está preparado para la familia con una cama queen y una cama individual y la sala de estar inspirada en la costa tiene cómodos asientos con una gran puerta corrediza de vidrio con vista al Golfo de México. Desde la sala de estar, ingrese al dormitorio principal donde podrá disfrutar de una siesta relajante en la cama King, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño o simplemente relajarse en el amplio balcón y deleitarse con la impresionante vista, a la que se puede acceder desde ya sea el dormitorio principal o la sala de estar. Al final de un día bañado por el sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y otro televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal.

The Pearl cuenta con una piscina termal geotérmica climatizada durante todo el año, una bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio con vista al Golfo de México y una pequeña sala de reuniones disponible.

Nice condo with nice rooms! Nicely decorated and stocked with the necessities. My only complaint is that we were woken up a few times by people slamming weights in the gym next to the room. Not at all the owners fault and we knew we were next to the gym when we booked. Just saying a box fan worked wonders to drown out the noise! Thanks for a great stay!

A fantastic beach property!

This property is beautiful! Stunning views, close to the pool & beach, walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was clean & had everything we needed for the week!

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and was a great size and had all the supplies you would need. However, half of the condo did not have any power. We called the office and within an hour. A maintenance guy came over. He had to move furniture check breakers. It was very inconvenient and we were not able to unpack and get settled as we had to stay out of his way. he was unable to fix it so we ended up having a drop cord from the living room into the master bedroom, they did give us power, but we were not able to close the master bedroom door, so we did not have any Privacy. The office forgot to tell us that all the codes are changed at the beginning of the week. We did receive the codes on Sunday however, the codes were changed on Monday and we had a hard time getting into the complex. One of the elevators was not working the entire time we were there. There was a constant line and people backed up with just one elevator in use. We were lucky to be on the first floor, but it still was a struggle carrying all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. The maintenance guy had told us he would come back on Monday to fix the power. No one ever showed up to fix the Power. The temp said it was 68, we asked if it could be checked because it was warm in the condo. The office informed us that they would look at the air-conditioning and thermostat when they came out to work on the power. And as I stated earlier, no one ever showed up to check the air-conditioning or the power.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Views!

We had an incredible time at this condo! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and plenty to do without having to travel far. We dined at some fantastic restaurants, savoring delicious seafood in a warm and inviting atmosphere. My grandson had a blast walking on the fishing pier, which was only about 100 yards from the beach.The condo itself was much larger and nicer than we expected – it was clean, neat, and very spacious. The two pools were a great bonus, and although the weather was a little chilly, one of the pools was heated, so we were able to enjoy it.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended

Great.

Everything was great with one exception.Both bathrooms have small children’s commode.I can understand why the second bathroom can use one but for the life on me I don’t understand why the master bedroom has one. Master bedrooms are usually occupied by adults.Everything else was great.

So nice to walk down to the pool and beach rather than have to take the elevator. The pool noise is not as bad as you might think, although privacy is hard to come by without closing the blinds.

The condo was fine and similar to other options available - very average. Updated kitchen and guest bath look nice. Furniture not very comfortable and bed pillows are poor. Not many basics provided (e.g., salt pepper), but maybe that’s normal lately (?).

The View, Obviously,

The best thing about our unit was the first thing you notice when you open the door - the view of the Gulf. But if all this room had was a great view then I wouldn't give it five stars. It was very clean with none of that typical "stale ocean smell" you get in most properties. It was comfortable - the couch, the beds, the patio furniture, the AC. My best endorsement of this property is this: Moving forward, anytime I vacation in Florida it'll be at Navarre Beach, and I'll book this same unit each time.

The Pearl Review

This condo was clean and exactly as pictured. It is on the 1st level so directly above the pool. Your view is mainly the pool with a little beach, so if you want a bigger beach view you may want to stay higher up in the building. However, it was also convenient to be able to take the stairs and not have to wait on the elevator. Great building with such close access to pool and beach. Kitchen supplies are limited, so bring your own things if you really cook a lot. My only gripe is you could hear people slamming weights down in the gym, but overall our stay was great!

Reviewer Comments: Seriously, the staff was great, location is great, it was very clean, furniture was comfortable but.... the Master bed wasn't terrible but could be better and the second room only had cheap mattresses. So sleeping is important to me and the sheets were perfect but the mattresses just were not. They need to invest in that badly. other than this, its a A+.

Being on the 2nd floor was awesome to just walk up and down one flight of stairs and not fight the crowds- Property management group was wonderful to work with- Condo was clean and had everything we neededConsiderations on the property:- Pool was ok but needs updates. It can get crowded and the week we went, there was a ton of people reserving seats at 5am so hard to get a chair.- We had internet issues. Property management group was super helpful in trouble-shooting and very responsive. But the internet isn't great if this is a requirement for your stay.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Navarre and the Pearl is by far our favorite place to state. The room was great and it worked out well having two children with us and staying on the 1st floor. The two easy flights of steps sure beat waiting for the elevator!!. The view from the room was spectacular. and we really enjoyed the two pools and hot tub. A bonus was how close they were to the beach. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.
