¿Buscas unas vacaciones llenas de diversión pero quieres volver a la paz y tranquilidad? ...¡Este es el lugar! El granero está situado en privado en 27 hermosas hectáreas rodantes. Ven y siéntate en el gran porche y disfruta de las vistas de la montaña Bluff y la cordillera Chillhowhee. (Las estribaciones de los Smokies.) Nuevo granero con un solo condominio. Estamos ubicados en el centro de varias áreas de interés. Nuestra finca se encuentra a 20 min. de Maryville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, y Townsend. Puede disfrutar del centro de Knoxville en 20 a 25 minutos. Tenemos el estado de Superhost con airbnb (consulte las revisiones)

We love staying here. It is peaceful and relaxing with everything we need. Jeanne and her husband are great and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with them. We plan to go back to the area and would not stay anywhere else. I just wanted to note that we did not ski, but I couldn’t skip that portion of the rating. Wanted to clarify in case that shows up. This place is 5 star all the way in our opinion!

Everything was amazing, our host was on top of everything, made sure all details were well thought of, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a whole barndominium with one bedroom and two full bathrooms, one with laundry, full kitchen, dining and living in one open area, with an open barn with games. It’s cute, comfy, and secluded even though it is behind the owners house you have plenty of privacy. If you are flying there is no need to take toiletries as the host provides everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find an anniversary card along with freshly baked muffins on the kitchen island along with fresh flowers and plenty of great looking natural plants when we first walked in along with snacks and drinks in the fridge. Our stay was very pleasant and I couldn’t have asked for anything else from our host. Her communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We loved it!

This was the perfect place for us! It is quiet but a close drive to the Smokies and other area attractions. It was very clean, and we appreciated the amenities and treats Jeanne left. We enjoyed chatting with Jeanne and Ty, too. Our stay was lovely, and we highly recommend it!

A New Favorite Place!

This rental is exactly as described- beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Jeanne and Ty were attentive and quick to respond to any questions- and super friendly! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Absolutely loved the huge farm house sink. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had yet in a rental --we slept very well. Two recliners in the living area right together were so cozy. Love when property owners prioritize comfort! Bathroom nice, no tub but decent size shower and a washer/dryer. We trailered our motorcycle from Ohio with ample parking. The roads around this area cannot be beat if you ride! Ty was more than happy to show us some great routes and they were superb! We wrote some of them down so we don't forget where they are! Already planning our next visit. We loved it here. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

We were visiting Knoxville for a graduation at the university. Had a wonderful stay at the Barndominium . Very relaxful and beautiful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch listening to the birds singing.

Great place to stay!

This is an A home away from home. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved the porch and outdoor setting. Being able to see the mountains from the kitchen sink was beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the essentials and the place is so very clean! Do not hesitate to book a stay here - you will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful spot!

The barn-do is centrally located to both greater Knoxville and the Smokie Mtns area. It’s in a beautiful area and is exactly as described. The amenities, cleanliness, and sweet extras like fresh-baked muffins for our first morning were all fantastic. Jeanne is an excellent host and we would happily recommend the barn-do or stay here again.

Wonderful hostess!!

We chose this location for the bardominium and countryside views away from the busy cities. We were very pleasantly surprised how nice and detailed everything was set up. The place was all so clean and neat. We truly loved reading the magazine article about the family. It brought back so many memories from our younger years listening to Chris LeDoux. Thank you so much for the great experience!!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary-so beautiful, cozy, and peaceful, it was everything we wanted and needed for a weekend getaway. Sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife was one of my favorite things, and the views are spectacular from every window, the inside was just as satisfying, it felt comfortable, clean, and safe. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Perfect Barn-dominium Retreat

My husband and I made a quick Birthday trip to the area and stayed two nights in this adorable barndominium. Jeanne went above and beyond to make our stay feel cozy and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer. The place was spotless and she even left a Birthday card and treats. We will definitely stay here again, when we are back in the area.

Peaceful and scenic

This property is cozy and comfortable. The setting is really beautiful and it is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the tranquility and had every we needed for our stay. No detail was forgotten. We hope to return again.

Peaceful and beautiful

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and amazing view. It was so nice to return each evening after a busy day to a quiet and relaxing night's sleep. It was exactly what we hoped and expected it would be from the listing and other reviews. The thoughtful touches from the host were an added bonus. We enjoyed many meals on the patio with a gorgeous view. We would absolutely stay there again when we return to the area.

Perfect Private Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay! We enjoyed the privacy here, especially in comparison with staying in a hotel. The scenery is beautiful! This location was PERFECT and was in between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge so it was only a short drive to enjoy activities. We are already trying to plan when we can stay here again!

Have you ever stayed in a barn? This is your chance. New built/no animals. You can gaze out the kitchen window and see cattle on the hill with the mountains in the background. Go explore the tourist attractions and then come "home" to peace and quiet.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I feel so blessed to be able to live on this beautiful piece of land. The location is perfect. We can be in major tourist areas within 20 - 25 minutes but we don't have to "live" there! It's always so nice to come home....I think you will feel that way too.
