Main Bedroom features a king bed with private French doors leading to the expansive back deck with a hot tub and TV.

Additional sleeping area in the living room with a fun single bunk bed over a queen.

Living area also includes river views, an electrical fireplace, arcade games, board games, large Smart TV and open area to the kitchen.

Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances including a washer and dryer.

Things to Note:

- Signed Rental Agreement required within 48 hours of booking.

- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (please respect the neighbors and no loud noise)
