¿Busca una escapada frente al mar que sea asequible para una pareja o una familia pequeña? Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño que admite mascotas se encuentra frente al mar y cuenta con impresionantes vistas al mar desde la terraza de la azotea. Este condominio frente al mar tiene capacidad para 6 personas con 1 habitación queen, 1 habitación con una cama litera individual con cama nido con cama nido más un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Magníficas y relajantes vistas desde la terraza privada de la azotea. Las comodidades incluyen 3 televisores inteligentes, una parrilla de gas, Wi-Fi, A / C, cocina bien equipada con encimeras de granito, baño actualizado, 4 insignias de playa, ducha exterior privada (no compartida con otras unidades) y 2 espacios de estacionamiento. ¡Un vecindario tranquilo que está al sur del tráfico pesado pero a solo 3 minutos en automóvil (o 5 minutos en bicicleta) de toda la diversión de Beach Haven! La disponibilidad y las tarifas se mantienen actualizadas en este sitio, por lo que no necesita preguntar, pero si tiene problemas para encontrar la información, simplemente llame o envíe un mensaje de texto. Nuestra unidad está directamente frente a la playa y el acceso a la playa está en el costado del edificio (ver fotos). Hay 2 unidades frente a la playa (la nuestra es una) y 2 unidades frente a la calle. La ubicación está a 2 cuadras al sur de la frontera de Beach Haven (que está en Grosser St). Cada unidad tiene escaleras de entrada separadas a su propia "cubierta del piso principal" personal y la puerta de cada unidad se ingresa desde esa cubierta privada. Hay una escalera de caracol a la cubierta del techo y la escalera es compartida por las dos unidades frontales, pero una vez que llega a la cubierta del techo hay un divisor entre los 2 lados de la cubierta del techo para que tenga su propio espacio en la cubierta del techo. . Las imágenes que se muestran son solo su sección de la cubierta del techo.

We had a good time and enjoyed being right on the beach while off season. The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us with our dog. We visited some restaurants and recommend la bamba and dockside diner!

Our stay at Holgate was great, perfect for our small family. The property was clean and well maintained. It is exactly described and shown in the pictures. As we went off sseason, we had the beach to ourselves, to our dog's and 6-year-old son's delight. Whitney made everything easy. Looking forward to booking again and returning!

We were impressed with the compact, but fully equipped kitchen. It had everything a person needs. Excellent use of space and very well thought out. Only complaint might be the rain shower. Prefer a regular shower head to rinse shampoo out of your hair without taking a lot of time. Also height was kind of low for tall people. Otherwise everything was great. I would definitely return to this property and would recommend others stay there.

We’ve had so many wonderful guests over the years, many who return year after year. But sometimes there are guests like this one. After holding a reservation for her for over 6 months she found it ‘uncooperative’ that we don’t allow cancellations a few days before checkin. Although she acknowledged that she understood that 14 days notice was required for a refund, she felt strongly that an exception should be made for her since rain was forecasted during her stay.

Wonderful stay

The place is very clean and in a great location. It is right at the ocean and a great view from roof deck. The restaurants are also within walkable distance. Enjoyed our stay there and Whitney is really responsive and accommodating.

However, there are beds/sleeper sofa to sleep more and we ourselves have definitely packed in more with the understanding we’re going to to be on top of each other! This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

We had a great time this weekend at this lovely condo. Hung out on the rooftop deck much of the time. And our dog Amelia enjoyed herself as well. Rebooked for September and can’t wait to return!

Great condo with great views

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughter’s Corgi! We will definitely be back!
