This newly constructed Ship Bottom Home is one block off the beach. Conveniently located in walking distance to mini golf. This home has a huge garage filled with arcade games and ping pong to keep the kids entertained on rainy days. We have a hot tub and beach chairs also on premises. Take advantage of the massive Viking stove to cook for the whole family and serve dinner on the rooftop deck that overlooks both the bay for perfect sunsets and has views of the ocean. This home sleeps the whole family with tons of options! We also have a cedar outdoor shower to wash off after a day on the beach. Within walking distance of shopping and bars to go out and enjoy your stay on long beach island!

The amenities at this house were outstanding. The hot tub was ready just by lifting the cover. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms were spacious. The roof deck made it easy enough to pop upstairs for the sunset during dinner. Lastly, the garage rec room kept us entertined during our rainy day.

Our family had such a blast in this beautiful home! It was spacious, had lots of amenities and is located so well with all the things we love to do in LBI! Paul was incredibly responsive during our stay to meet a few of our needs. We will look forward to booking again next summer!

Best week!

We couldn’t have asked for a better week - the layout of the house allows for groups of all sizes to sleep comfortably with plenty of bathrooms and showers. The kitchen was fully equipped, beach chairs, toys and full entertainment basement/garage. There was something for everyone and we are appreciative of our time at this property.

Great time in Ship Bottom

We had a wonderful time on LBI. The listing was as advertised and communication with the owner was the best I have experienced on VRBO. The house is close to restaurants and 1 block from the bay and 1.5 blocks from the ocean. The garage in filled with many games for all to play. We will definitely stay again on return trips to LBI.

LBI in September

The house perfectly accommodated 3 couples, an infant, and a small dog. We utilized the games in the garage often and absolutely loved the rooftop area where we watched sunsets daily. One small complaint is that the bed sizes were inaccurate (it was 1 queen and 2 kings) and therefore we did not bring the correct sheets and had to purchase them in LBI. We also had to clean a little in the kitchen and living room area when we got there. Other than that we absolutely loved the house and had an amazing week!

Great family vacation

Very true to descriptions online. Host was responsive to questions. Very clean and spacious. Would like more instructions for use of some electronics like games and tvs and hot tub and stove to insure we were using everything safely and properly. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay/LBI is beautiful! Thank you

Best Shore House Yet

We have been renting a shore house every summer for awhile now and this one was the best yet! Large bedrooms, family room and kitchen were great for 2 kids running around. The weather was not the best for our week so the games in the basement and the hot tub were huge hits. Hoping to book again next year!

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS......BIG TIME

The entire property was extremely well appointed. The kitchen is amazing, all bedrooms with gorgeous en-suite full bathrooms, very spacious home, more than enough room for the entire family. The games room was a HUGE bonus for us too!! The interior is much larger than it appears in the pictures. Again, totally exceeded mmy expectations. We will DEFINITELY be returning next summer.

Family fun

The property was so close to beach, restaurants and so much more like bakeries! We were so surprised as the pictures of the property were so inaccurate- it’s so much better! Beautiful Viking stove kitchen with a big table for large family and couches for watching movies together along with fun farage area for competitive gaming night! Borrowed bikes to ride in the morning s. It was a great beach and wonderful time! Thank you!

Great time

We have been going to LBI for years this was our best stay entire family large house for privacy. Ping pong table, video games and hot tub.provide lots to.do when not on the beach. The 4th fireworks on the roof top were spectacular.

I am from Ship bottom new jersey and have been a long time resident! I love to surf and enjoy the ocean. When I'm not in ship bottom I'm traveling the world in hunt of beautiful shells. You will see shells posted all over the home!

This is a perfectly family friendly neighborhood that has lots of fun things to do. If you want to mini golf or go shopping both of those options are a very short walk away from the home. You will find people biking past the home or just a few short steps away from the bay beach!

This house has a hot tub and a huge game room downstairs that is great for children. We also have an amazing roof top deck to soak in beautiful sunrises and sunsets on! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and soak in all the LBI has to offer!
