Hermoso, luminoso, espacioso y muy agradable apartamento con varias terrazas alrededor y una magnífica vista del Parque Jourdan. El apartamento se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de Cours Mirabeau y del magnífico distrito de Mazarin. La sala de estar de 50m2 con vista a los árboles del parque y las puestas de sol te invita a desconectarte rápidamente. Las camas son nuevas, los baños también son nuevos y la cocina abierta, totalmente equipada. Tiendas cercanas. El apartamento está en el primer piso. También hay un aparcamiento privado en la residencia incluido en el precio. ¡Exótico y desconectado!

The apartment is in a great location, an easy walk into the city centre. The apartment is clean and spacious plus has the benefit of very good air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The apartment is lovely- bright and airy and located in a great spot- across from a park. Our only issue was with the lighting- it was almost non existent. It was very difficult to enjoy time after dark as it was so dark in the apartment. We had to use our cell phone lights to get around!

Dear Karen, I am for sure sorry you feel that way . in the many years i'ave had the appartment no one has ever mentioned this. its especially surprising considering that the flat is exceptionnally bright . So yes I am very surprised to say the least.

Wonderful property in great Aix, France location

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were comfy(1 king, 2 singles), location terrific. Easy walking to center of city. Great Boulangerie very close and a tiny pizza place where we ate our first night was so close and perfect for jet lagged travelers!!Nice kitchen and lots of places to sit. Highly recommend.

Family visit to Aix

The location of this apartment was ideal, close to city centre and the markets. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was very hot when we were visiting. The apartment has a parking space for a small car. All and all a very nice place.

What a wonderful experience we had here! Our first time in France and everything about this apartment was perfect. We easily walked to the old city almost every day and thoroughly enjoyed the shops and restaurants of Aix. We would recommend this property and its hosts to anyone. Although the garage was small we had no problem carefully getting our 5 passenger car into it. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a return visit to what we consider our place in Aix! We love the location, size of condo, proximity to the park, and the lovely terrace. The parking garage is a bonus. The kitchen is well stocked and the AC works nicely. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but overall comfortable.

My base in Provence

We had a great time at the flat in Aix. It was a nice,clean unit and a great location near town, a Boulangerie and a market. The parking on site was a huge plus since the street parking was crazy. We would stay there again.

The property has a large living room facing onto the park. There are multiple balconies, and the kitchen is well equipped. Both bedrooms are comfortable for 2 people. The area is quiet but is also only a 10-minute walk from the Cours Mirabeau in the centre of Aix. Communication with the owner was easy.

Great location

Can walk to all the main areas in Aix. All very quiet. Terrace in shade for breakfast overlooking park Breakfast tarts and croissants from local Boulangerie. It also sells very good marmalade.

My husband and I had just a wonderful stay at Haven last week. Perfect location- quick walk to Center. We did not have a car, walked everywhere. Overlooks a beautiful park. We enjoyed looking out the main window at the park and watching the sunsets. Our bed was comfy. Has two bathrooms and found helpful having a walk in shower. Definitely go to the markets on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A beautiful place. Look forward to returning.

First the pros: excellent AC that held up during a heat wave. A short 5-10 minute walk from the old town - which is tough to find with parking. Lots of space - multiple tables, couches, etc. A nice balcony with a small table and chairs which was great for night time relaxing after dinner. Separate shower and bathtub with good water pressure. Then the cons: the listing says there is a washer dryer but the dryer did not work. When we told the owner she insisted we try different things for a week (we were there three weeks with two small kids ages 4 and 6). I sent her multiple videos showing we had tried everything. It was only after about ten days that she agreed to get a technician - but only told us on our last weekend in the morning that the tech was coming in the afternoon. We were already out for the day. The tech only came the following week - three days before we left, only to tell us the dryer was 36 years old and could not be fixed. It was clear to us the owner had no intention to fix or replace the dryer and likely knew it was broken, which makes the listing false, and as such we had to air dry our laundry by draping it all over the various furniture in the living room - for three weeks!!!! There were other minor cons - like a lot of ants in the kitchen and some in the bedroom (we bought disinfecting wipes and tried religiously for the first week to wipe/throw out all food daily but alas). But the main downside was the owners terrible attitude regarding the dryer.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was within easy walking distance of downtown areas and points of interest. There was a lovely bakery and a high end restaurant within a very close distance. Peaceful on the Park

The flat is as good as advertised, a spacious, beautifully equipped apartment with balconies all around, and a beautiful view of the Parc Jourdan. Time at the playground, meeting locals, was particularly delightful for the 5-year old among us. Despite a withering heat wave, the flat stayed cool with excellent AC, and the walk to the city center, just a few minutes away, was pleasant. Good value and great amenities. Would stay there again!

Wonderful, spacious apartment across from Parc Jourdain on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the old town, and a memorable stay. Had easy dedicated parking, AC, washing machine, and wi-fi - all big pluses. We stayed for 6 nights and did various day trips to Arles, Gordes, Roussillon, and Marseille. My son and I also hiked to the top of Mont Sainte Victoire and Le Croix de Provence.The experience was like being a local living in a nice apartment in Aix-en-Provence. You just slide into it.Loved the stay and thanks to our hostess Sophie.

Aix-en-perfect

Sophie’s home is charming, spacious, and very comfortable, exactly as described in the photos. It was generously and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and is a short walk (10 minutes) from the centre of Aix, with a good bakery and grocery just a few minutes away. Sophie was very helpful leading up to our stay and Najwa provided a very warm welcome when we arrived. I would happily stay st Sophie’s lovely home again.

What not to like

Great property for 2 couples . Nice and close to old town but far enough out with lovely view over park to get away from town hustle . Easy walk to train station. All cooking utensils to make great home meals after visiting local markets . Highly recommend the property
