Just a short distance from winery tours, this smoke-free apartment lets you experience it all. Parc Jourdan and Cours Mirabeau are just a short walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Aix-en-Provence Station, located within a 5-minute walk of your stay. Relax on the terrace (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 45 sq. m apartment, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, IPTV, and connected speakers. As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental with separate toilets, you'll find air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The Apt was perfect for our needs, a place to stay at the end of busy days. It was big enough for 3 adults. Did not utilize much of the kitchen as we were out most of the time, but it had everything you would need. The location was great for proximity to Aix center, could easily walk to Aix for dining , exploring etc. Communication with Karen was great, access to the Apt was fully explained with Info as well as pics to make getting into the parking and bldg easy.

Great location in the heart of Aix

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karin‘s apartment. The ability to use the kitchen after shopping at the market was wonderful. We love the location and we’re able to easily walk to all the restaurants and the wonderful markets. Karin was helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Apartment was well stocked and a short walk to main market area. Having designated parking was very nice to drive to other villages and sights on Provence. Apartment was also very close to trsin station.

Great stay in Aix

We enjoyed our stay close to the city center in Aix while in a quiet street, in a clean and spacious apartment with parking. The host Karin as well as Françoise who helped with check in were both very helpful and we felt welcome. Overall great experience, would stay there again in the future!

Great spot, well-equipped

This apartment was exactly where we needed to be for the center of Aix. It was just what we needed to do laundry, rest, and explore. Communication with the owner was good. She had very easy instructions for both check in and check out. We had a great time on this quiet street that was still so convenient to everything we wanted to see.

Amazing Aix-en Provence

Apartment is close to many restaurants, shopping and historical points of interest. Also, weather was great. Many villages and beaches are easily accessible. Huge market on Saturday.

Comfortable, super clean and convenient!

We really appreciated the location — quiet/safe neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops and markets. The apartment also has all the amenities we needed during our two-week stay, including well equipped kitchen, generous wardrobes in bedrooms and air conditioning units in all rooms.

Perfect location

The central location of the apartment was ideal . Close to the train station and the central town. All amenities you would need nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Karen gave excellent check-in directions and was very quick in responding to a minor concern that we encountered. A perfect place for your visit to Aix.

Perfect for a Relaxing Retreat in Aix

This was the perfect home base for our three week visit to Aix. The apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from the center of town and just steps from the local train station making it the ideal spot for day trips. The building is quiet and safe and the view of the courtyard and surrounding buildings is so peaceful. This cozy two bedroom was well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner Karin was extremely responsive and offered several suggestions for restaurants and bakeries. I am so glad we found this place and would highly recommend. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Quiet location close to the old town

Two blocks from old Aix and all of the shops and restaurants you could ever want! Even less to a great boulangerie. Well-appointed apartment and very friendly property manager who showed us where the Monoprix is (closest grocery store).

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in Karins apptment. We were attracted by the fact there is parking in the yard. Walking distance to all the attractions in Aix, and perfect for out of town day trips. We took a train to Marseille. the station is 5 mins away. The bedrooms are a bit tight, but comfy and clean.

A Wonderful Apartment in beautiful Aix en Provence

I was staying a month in Aix as my daughter had been studying since January at the University. She and I stayed together in Karin's apartment and it was such a great place to stay. The apartment was cozy and modern and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. I could walk to everything. Karin's recommendations for restaurants, boulangeries, markets were spot on! I miss Aix already and look forward to going back in the Fall.

Perfect Aix Home Base

Spent a month at this well-equipped and centrally located, yet quiet apartment. Karin, the owner, was wonderful and very helpful. The parking spot was great for a small car. I chose to park a larger rental car at a paid parking garage because of the narrow entrance to the parking lot behind the apartment. Easy walking distance to everything in central Aix and felt safe for a solo visitor.

Ideally located comfortable and quiet apartment - highly recommended

I stayed for four weeks in this apartment, so I have detailed experience of the property. It is brilliantly located a few minutes walk from the Cours Mirabeau and the Old Town, in a quiet location. There is a pleasant sunny balcony/terrace with an open aspect overlooking the parking at the rear of the building.The flat is not brand new and shows a bit of wear in places but is clean and practical and has everything needed for a short or long stay including a washing machine and well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. There are two small double bedrooms with good sized beds but there is no room for much else apart from a fitted cupboard/wardrobe in each. The shower is good and there is a separate WC. The main living/kitchen area is fairly basic but feels light and roomy despite being not very large. We were never more than two staying at any one time so it was ideal for us - however for four adults the apartment might feel rather small.Karine was a good host and communicated well - any small problems were sorted out quickly. Any negatives I have concern the parking - the apartment building is in a narrow street and access to the parking is via a steep and narrow passageway under the building. It is difficult to avoid scraping the car on the entrance way (there are plenty of paint marks on the walls!) and the angle of descent and ascent is so steep that any vehicle with low ground clearance is likely to touch down. Not recommended for large cars or low sports cars.
