Parc Jourdan and Cours Mirabeau are just a short walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Aix-en-Provence Station, located within a 5-minute walk of your stay. Relax on the terrace (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 45 sq. m apartment, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, IPTV, and connected speakers. We had a relaxing stay in this apartment which was situated easy walking distance from train bus and historic center. We enjoyed the back deck in April! The apartment was well appointed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

Lots of restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away, great balcony, spacious apartment, and having a washer & dryer in the apartment is great convenience. Parking is a bit tight to get into if you have a large car but still fits. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

It's a modern apartment in a lovely quiet street, quite small but very well equipped, clean and within easy walking distance of Aix attractions. It doesn't have a lot of character I guess (apart from a spectacular picture of Jimi Hendrix on the wall!), but it's a great base for a few days in this interesting old town. The aircom in all rooms is very welcome! There are steps up to the flat but my 90-year-old parents managed them easily enough. The host is very helpful and responsive to queries. Would recommend.

Karin’s place was wonderfully located, comfortable (a/c worked well). Karin was a great host and provided a thorough booklet with all the house info and recommendations for local spots. Communication with her was great. My only note of caution relates to parking. We had crossover hybrid SUV (Ford Kuga). The turn into the parking area was tricky to say the least, especially if you have a car that is even a bit on the larger side. There is no room for error. The space between cars in the lot is also tight. I had to enter by the front passenger door 2 mornings.

Month stay in Aix

The apartment was perfectly located, very clean, excellent kitchen, bath, and beds. We'd stay there again any time. The owner was very responsive and helpful. All together an excellent place to stay!

We really enjoyed our week long stay in Aix-en-Provence and Karine’s apartment was perfect for 2 adults. It is (at most) a 5 minute walk to the local Gare de Aix-en-Provence and we used this station often travelling to Marseille and Arles on day trips. If reaching Aix by a TGV train the Aix TGV station is not the same and requires a 6 euro bus trip (approximately 20mins) into Aix proper and then about an 8 minute walk to the apartment. From the apartment you can walk anywhere in the old town easily - Cours Mirabeau is a 3 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well equiped and it was great having a washing machine and airers to wash our clothes after a previous Douro River cruise. Karina replied to any queries we had promptly and politely and was most helpful. We would definitely recommend Karine’s apartment in Aix.

We had a great stay at Karin's apartment.  The location is fantastic, both for Cours Mirabeau and train station.  We took the train twice to Marseille and it was a quick walk to the station - so convenient! The apartment has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer that we used since we were there a week, the balcony was lovely to enjoy a glass of wine and coffee, and parking was a big plus.  I arrived earlier than check in time, and Karin kindly allowed me to park the car and enter the property early which was very helpful to me.  The bedrooms were good size to keep clothes and suitcase and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, updated with rain shower.  Aix, and France, was in a heat wave but the air conditioning worked very well to cool us and the apartment itself had a very comfortable self-regulated temperature.  The neighborhood is very safe and clean.  We enjoyed the recommendations Karin made in the house information booklet, especially the boulangerie!  Karin was very easy and responsive with communication and information.  I will definitely book Karin's apartment again for my next visit to Aix.

Great stay in Aix

We enjoyed our stay close to the city center in Aix while in a quiet street, in a clean and spacious apartment with parking. The host Karin as well as Françoise who helped with check in were both very helpful and we felt welcome. Overall great experience, would stay there again in the future!

Excellent Location

The location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to every place you want to visit in Aix, and if you want to explore other nearby places, the train station is literally a 2-min walk away. The check-in was also amazingly simple with a very warm welcome by Françoise.

Great location in the heart of Aix

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karin‘s apartment. The ability to use the kitchen after shopping at the market was wonderful. We love the location and we’re able to easily walk to all the restaurants and the wonderful markets. Karin was helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.
