Thank you for submitting the 5 Star review. This house has a brand new Kitchen and bathroom with gourmet appliances and Central AC. Close walking distance to some of the Lavallette shops and eateries.

immaculate property

Very clean updates property. Great location, close to beach shops and restaurants. Never used our car as we were able to walk or bike everywhere. Property manager was great as well.

Summer fun and relaxation in Lavallette NJ

Our family has been renting in Lavalette for many years, Gregs house was clean, comfortable and modern. Greg and his family are great people and very easy to reach at anytime. so many amenities-- clean, modern,central aircon, outdoor shower, weber bbq grill, close to beach, shops, restaurants, fishing, crabbing. plenty of fun activities to do. our family highly recommends this property and we will definitely be returning next season.

Great spot!

Very clean, spacious unit and a quick walk to shops and beach. Greg was great and always quick to communicate whenever needed. Only thing I would say was a negative is my wife tore her ACL in May, after we booked and it was non-refundable. Put a damper on the activities but overall, fantastic trip!

Thank you for your review - this is am amazing house in a great location in Lavallette. Huge gourmet kitchen, custom large outdoor shower with changing area and Kohler fixtures. I always work with my renters to accomodate their requests the best that I can. I did re-list the week that was rented and tried to re-rent the week.

The property is in an amazing location. You can truly walk to everything the entire week. We also really enjoyed biking. The living spaces are quite large and our family of 6 enjoyed hanging out in the evenings there. We loved the outdoor gas grill. It is large and works perfectly. Parking for 2 cars, including XL suv, fit perfectly. Greg was an amazing host. He was always available to answer questions and brought us extra blankets. The kitchen is brand new and we cooked many meals in it. Highly recommend.

Clean and good location

Overall, the property was a good rental. The newly remodeled kitchen & bathroom were great. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, glasses, utensils- just know that it is meant for limited cooking (1 simple pot set). there is a coffee pot, toaster and toaster oven- not listed under amenities. Owners were great about having paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent on site, which were very helpful. The bedrooms were very small, but each had a small closet. The living room and front "dining" room were pleasantly large. I did not read, nor was I aware before we booked, that towels & linens needed to be rented. We have not rented in NJ before, and have come to understand that is pretty common. However, we have rented through VRBO and other similar sites more than a dozen times in other states and have never had to worry about that or incur that additional expense. Owner was easy to reach. We did not have any problem using any of the electronics, etc. The location of the property is fantastic. walking distance to the beach, several local restaurants and 3min from a grocery store. Would recommend.

Lavallette rental

This unit was recently renovated with new appliances and fixture. Overall beautiful and very clean. Property owner was easy to get in touch with and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice vacation

Great location. Seemed as though the property was 4 houses on 1 lot. Every neighbor was friendly during our stay. House was clean and provided a great space to relax. Walking distance to the beach and little lunch spots.

Cool stay during heat wave!

Enjoyed this property during 4th of July heatwave ! After a long drive it was heaven to arrive to a nice cool house, comfortable and nicely situated near the beach. We were able to walk to fireworks the second night. The owner even dropped off a hairdryer for me which was much appreciated . ( you ladies understand). We never rented in the area before and he texted us some restaurant suggestions , very accommodating . The beach was best of all , awesome waves to jump in.

What you see is what you get....clean & spacious!

Rented this house with my family for a week. Pictures are true to what you get. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location to all activities and attractions. The beach was a short 2 block walk. Shopping & restaurants are walking distance. Point Pleasant boardwalk was also a short drive away. The owners are very nice and cared about the cleanliness of the house before we checked in making sure it passed their inspection before we moved in. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Greg & Ann for a very enjoyable stay!

the house is adorable- the size of it is a little deceiving from the outside but when you walk in you are pleasantly surprised of the living space- the 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and nice new floors throughout the house-

We really enjoyed our stay in Lavalette. The house was clean, cool and close to the beach. Greg was very receptive to communication before and during the trip. When we were have big problems with the tv and Greg was not close by he sent his Dad promptly over to fix it for us! Thanks for helping make our vacation very memorable.

Nice Lavallette Summer Rental

This is a nice size rental home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of extra space. It has a nice size living room with a flat screen TV. It also has additional front room for reading or relaxing and it has plenty of natural light shining through from outside. A nice room to also have your morning coffee. The home was very clean. The property is centrally located in Lavallette and is close to all the restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach. That week we did very little driving as we walked to the beach everyday. The shops and restaurants are also in walking distance. Greg and Anna were very nice and responded immediately to answer any questions that we had. The home was very quiet and has off-street parking for two vehicles which is very convenient.

Great Time in Lavallette July 2015!

Great house with lots of space and a wonderfully convenient outdoor shower. The house is convenient to both the ocean beach and the bay beach with its playground. We grilled constantly on the Weber grill and ate outside at the picnic table. The washer and dryer were also very handy! There's a Ben Franklin 5&10 just a short walk away and several breakfast options all within walking distance. Try The Music Man ice cream shop for a unique experience the kids will love. Renting from Greg and Ann was a pleasure! The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Greg was easy to reach with questions and extremely pleasant and helpful. Greg's father even stopped by on Saturday to make sure we were finding everything alright and to answer questions about Lavallette for us. I will definitely look to Greg and Ann first the next time we rent in Lavallette.

Great summer rental!

This is the second time renting this house, my family and I fully enjoy our stay here. The house is very clean and decorated beautifully. New renovations with plenty of living space and a new flat screen TV! The outside shower is a plus! The jersey shore has come a long way since Sandy, Lavallette is back to normal. the beaches were clean and the water perfect! Renting from Greg and Ann has been an easy experience!

This is a very nice house that was completely renovated in 2013 featuring new Hardwood floors throughout, new custom moldings and a new large flat screen television. The house is conveniently located in the center of Lavallette with close proximity to the Beach as well as local shops and restaurants. The house offers very spacious three bedrooms that can accommodate even the largest of families and all with a brand new Central air conditioning and heating system. This house is a true gem in the beautiful town of Lavallette.

Great place to stay!

This was a clean, comfortable, well-maintained home. We had 5 adults and a baby, with several visitors for dinner. We used the outside dining and grill, walked everywhere, including the library, for ice cream, the bay and the beach. Outdoor shower brought back memories of childhood days at the beach. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, including the fold-out couch. Interactions with our hosts were polite and friendly. If you want to feel at home when you visit Lavallette, this is the place to stay.

Our focus is and will continue to be that we will only rent a home that we would stay in with our children and our standards are extremely high for quality and cleanliness. Don't Hesitate to Rent This Home

"Mom, this is the best vacation ever". I heard that sentence over and over and it had alot to do with this house. It's beautiful, it's the perfect size, it is cleaner than clean, it is so well equipped that I brought my own cooking things and didn't have to use them, it's convenient to everything...... Lavallette is a beautiful, peaceful town; however, just a mile and a half up the road, my teenagers could immerse themselves in the "Jersey Shore" hoopla and the boardwalk of Seaside Heights. I spent the most beautiful, peaceful mornings on the Lavallette beach. Five adults and one child lived very comfortably in this house. The owners are very friendly and accomodating, and obviously love their property...and it shows.
