Perfect Weekend Getaway

Arrived on a Friday to find the most perfect location. Walkable to everything we wanted and more. Hosts were amazing and very responsive to texts. Would 100 percent book again.

Enjoyed our stay in Lavallette and the location on Bond Ave. was excellent - close to beach, close to stores & restaurants and great coffee shop (Lava Java)! The unit was very clean, decorated nicely, kitchen was well appointed, and it was a comfortably space for the 4 of us. Tracey & Tim were easy to work with, and they keep the property very neat and organized. The information booklet was also very helpful. Hoping to stay again :-)

Great place and location

We had a wonderful stay in Lavallette. The property was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to work with. It’s also in a great location near the beach and restaurants. We loved it!

Perfect in every way! Our host couldn’t have been more hospitable! Perfect location to easily enjoy all Lavallette has to offer. The apartment is absolutely adorable! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean and well taken care of. Also really appreciated the wagon with beach chairs and umbrella and the beach passes! Will definitely book again.

Perfect Place in Lavallette

We had an amazing stay here! Super clean, perfect location, beach block, and walking distance to dining, shopping, and everything we needed. The owner, Tracey, was very responsive and welcoming to her property. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, spotless property

We had a terrific Memorial Day Weekend at this Lavalette property. It was spotless upon arrival, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is steps away from the beach and the best restaurants/shops in Lavalette. We would definitely rent this location again.

We had an amazing girls weekend at this beach rental apartment. The location was stunning just steps from the ocean. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts Tracey and Tim were incredibly helpful. The amenities were great, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area. We lived the outdoor patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Last Minute Getaway

I planned this little getaway the night before and it could not have gone any smoother ! Loved the host Tracey, she was so friendly and accommodating to our every need . The rental was adorable , clean, great location and a perfect fit for my family.

Exactly as pictured

We loved our stay here and Tracy was super accommodating to our needs. The house was in a PERFECT location walking distance to restaurants and stores which was super convenient especially traveling with a 9 month old. The house was very clean and modern. I would absolutely stay here again.

Utter Relaxation

Our small group of friends are repeat guests for this lovely spot. The unit is very well laid out, very clean, and in an absolutely ideal location. It is located on a quiet street with supreme access to the beach, yet also within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants. It is a true gem and I highly recommend you enjoy a stay here!

Mother/ daughter time

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this fabulous home. Tracey was very kind and thoughtful from the very beginning. The weather was not so great, but having this beautiful place to spend time together in, we didn’t mind. The home is bright and airy, spotless and an amazing use of space! We cannot wait to come back and we may rent both top and bottom and bring my daughters as well. What a wonderful home and host.

Amazing weekend in Lavallette

We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been happier with the rental. It was very clean, new furnishings and fully stocked kitchen. The owner was a pleasure to deal with; she answered every question I had promptly even before I had actually booked the weekend. Checking in and out was seamless. Location of the rental was prime; half a block from the beach and a 2-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We were juggling a 1 and 3 year old so it was awesome to have so much walkable with our stroller vs having to drive. Loved our stay and would absolutely return next season!

Fabulous Lavalette Rental

We had a wonderful stay in this beach-block apartment. It was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect - so close to the beach and restaurants for evening meals (and icecream stores of-course!). Tracey was a great communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had on the area and rental. I highly recommend this spot for small family groups looking for a rental in Lavalette. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Just as great as the listing and the previous reviews all say. Nicely decorated interior and the kitchen is well equipped for more than a few days at the shore! Bunk beds were a hit with kids of course. Briefly met our host and she was super nice - would definitely stay here again! Ideal location, too. Didn’t use our car the entire time we were there since the beach was half a block a way, shopping & dining a block a way in the other direction. Go to Lenny’s for dinner, Castaways for lunch & drinks and Lava Java the rest of the day for coffee and breakfast!

Just perfect!

Tracey’s place is adorable and has everything you would need. Immaculately clean. She even supplies quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cart . Oh and beach passes too! It’s only about a 3 minute walk to the beach, right down the sidewalk. No having to cross a street. Right around the corner are shops, a coffee/sandwich spot, ice cream and restaurants. It’s a perfect location and very walkable. Tracey couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. Would definitely come back.
