This is a A property. The house is beautiful spacious and love the little backyard. The fact that it has beach umbrellas, chairs, enough towels, snorkel gear, wagon to carry all the things to the beach was incredible!

Amazing stay

This property was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the location was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this place and the host who was very easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome spot in Kihei

This property is fantastic! It is set in a quiet neighborhood and the home itself is very quiet. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well laid out, the living room was a great place for us to hang out, and the back yard was incredible. The provided beach gear came in very handy. Check in was a breeze and our entire stay was absolutely flawless.

The rental home was perfect for our family group of 7. Well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for walking to several beaches as well as shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property!

Exceptional property and location

Matt and team were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is gorgeous with very high end finishes and touches throughout. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beautiful space for a family vacation.

What a wonderful place near the beach and lots of restaurants and grocery stores! The home is well maintained and very clean. The home is equipped with all you need; BBQ, towels, washer/dryer, pots/pans, etc. There is even nice beach chairs and umbrellas that were very useful! I highly recommend this rental and would return in an instant!

The house was perfect for my family of 8!! Loved the back patio for our morning coffee and the hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings. A short walk to the beach and the house included a wagon, chairs and umbrellas! The older kids enjoyed the short walk to local restaurants and pubs near by. Everything was as listed. Great price and great location.

This property was amazing! The location was great. The entire house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. We had one issue and the property manager and team came and fixed the issue immediately. Our group would all highly recommend and if we’re lucky enough to come back, we would stay here again! Many memories made!

Perfect for Families!

I just stayed at KBH for a week with my family - 7 adults. It was a perfect getaway, just in between the highway, and Kihei drive with none of the traffic or noise, but still close to everything! The house was exactly as advertised, which I greatly appreciate! It was clean, and very comfortable. The check in process was a breeze, and Matt was very communicative! The garage is super well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties and more. The hot tub was lovely to use in the mornings/evenings and it was well maintained. A/C worked great which was good for this PNW family! 10/10 would stay there again!

Great Property (If you plan to stay inside the whole time)

I'm hesitant to write this, as the property itself was wonderfully remodeled. This experience though with the neighborhood will drive me off the platform. Twice now I've stayed in wonderfully remodeled homes in "crappy" neighborhoods. I tried to give VRBO a chance, but I will not be using this service again. It's back to hotels for me and my family.

Thank you for being our guests. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the house itself but sorry that you did not find the neighborhood to your satisfaction. We do advertise that this is a permitted vacation rental home in a local neighborhood. Booking a rental home provides a very different experience than simply a hotel room. Booking a home with a large group size allows guests to be all under one roof with a lot of space and with a full kitchen, as compared to a small hotel room without the neighborhood vibe.

AMAZING stay!!

If you’re planning a trip to kihei, look no further & stay here! My wife & I were visiting for a friends wedding & stayed at the house with two other couples. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! It was immaculately clean & beautifully renovated with a nice open floor plan. Each bathroom had so many towels to get you through your stay (house also had a washer & dryer if needed) they also put little hotel soap, shampoo & conditioner which gave you a hotel feel! Great location, about a 7 minute walk down to the town where it’s filled with shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach! Ubers were always 1 minute away whenever we needed one. Hot tub was a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Extended Family Visit!

Our extended family decided to spend Thanksgiving in Maui, and this property made the perfect home base. The location in Kihei made it very easy to explore all around the island – it was a short drive to Wailea, and also an easy drive to Lahaina, Paia and the Kahului Airport. The house is about half a mile from a beach, a park, several restaurants, and a food truck park, so it was easy to either walk or take a very short drive into town, depending on our plans for the day. It was immaculately clean and included plenty of laundry and dish detergent, dishes, cookware, spices etc. so we pretty much only had to buy food for meals at the house. We appreciated the garage full of beach gear including towels, snorkels, boogie boards, and coolers that made trips to the beach very easy. Having two bedrooms on the main floor also made it easier for grandparents to access the house without going up and down stairs. The kids especially enjoyed being able to shower in a very private outdoor shower. We had a great trip, and this home helped make all three families feel at home in Hawaii!
