El fabuloso Sunset Beach House está ubicado en una playa de arena en la parte más soleada de Maui. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios será el lugar perfecto para su grupo de amigos o familiares. Disfrute de su propia casa de lujo cerrada en la playa por el mismo precio que acomodar a su grupo en un complejo de condominios. .

Tendrás una vida frente a la playa con tu propia cascada / spa privado, amplio patio, cine en casa, cocina moderna y mucho más. Relájate y disfruta de las espectaculares puestas de sol. El dormitorio principal tiene una vista completa del océano y es propio lanai. ¡Y qué vista! Incluso la ducha tiene una gran vista. Mira la luna en el océano desde tu cama. Deja que el sonido de las olas te haga dormir.

Hay una terraza cubierta con una mesa para cenar al aire libre. El océano, la playa, el amplio jardín y el spa brindan a los niños de todas las edades muchos lugares para relajarse o jugar.

Aunque nuestra casa está en una calle tranquila, estamos a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías, supermercados, mercados al aire libre y parques con parques infantiles.

La playa detrás de la casa se extiende mucho en ambas direcciones. Tablas de surf, juguetes para el césped y juguetes para la arena están disponibles en la casa. Juguetes acuáticos como kayaks y tablas de surf se pueden alquilar cerca.

Durante la temporada de ballenas (diciembre - marzo), el agua detrás de nuestra casa es un lugar favorito para las ballenas jorobadas, especialmente las madres y los recién nacidos. Son acróbatas activos y es emocionante verlos jugar.

Spectacular location. Big private backyard leading straight to the beach. Close to wonderful restaurants and easy to travel to other beaches to snorkel in the south or western part of the island.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! The house is cozy and very well equipped. They had everything you would need for a fun family beach vacation. The home owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with! Our favorite parts were the big yard and the gorgeous sunset views!

Peaceful, magical stay!

The home is the perfect place to stay when exploring the island of Maui. We especially enjoyed the uncrowded beach right out the back door of the house. The sunsets were amazing and the home had plenty room for our family to spread out. The lawn between the beach and home was a nice reprieve from the wind in the late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the home that was so comfortable. We even had sea turtles swim with us in the water directly outside the house. I would highly recommend this home if you seek relaxing and enjoyable vacation to the island of Maui!

Maui at the turtle beach

Nice property on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Owner has gone out of his way to supply beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. Saw sea turtles every night and early morning. Good launching point for hiking trails and swimming beaches.

Peaceful stay-close to local favorites

While the only consideration would be some updating in the home let me share that this home created an opportunity for our family to come in for a friend's daughter's wedding and share memories together that no resort could have offered. The views from the home of the beautiful palm trees and the ocean and the ability to walk just a few steps to the beach that mostly was our own unless the turtles came up to sleep at night, were breathtaking. We had three adult children with us, all in their 20s and my wife and I and we couldn't have been more pleased. We took short walks to an amazing restaurant and short drives to local farmers markets. The owner of the house was extremely communicative, and this was as close to being a local and living on the ocean as one is going to get. Would we go back - absolutely.

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Amazing property!

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Beautiful house and incredible location

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this house. The Owner and Property manager were very responsive and responded to our questions timely. The house is clean and has all the accessories that we needed. We had our 8 month old Granddaughter along and they had all needs for young kids like a pack n play, high chair and accessories bc we needed. The location of the house is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The water view from the lanai is beautiful along with the sunsets every evening. We had an incredible family stay at this Sunset House!

Perfect Home By the Beach

We had a wonderful week as first time visitors to Maui staying at Bryce and Beebee’s Sunset Beach House. Traveling with 3 generations of family, the home was perfect for us. It had the feel of staying at a friend’s vacation home because of all the thoughtful touches from people who have actually lived there. They had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay, cook at home, and enjoy the beach. My dad enjoyed the selection of books, picking out a few neat ones on Hawaii’s history; they had beach equipment galore that made things more fun for each of us, from 14m to 75y (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and beach shoes which were super helpful); they even had curly straws that worked for the fresh coconuts we picked up and storage containers for leftovers. For those of you coming with babies or toddlers, they even had a highchair! The two baby gates work in the house, but you’ll need to get creative for the outdoor stair on the big lanai, though we had no issues. Their directions and communication leading up to and throughout the stay was wonderful. The fruit trees on the property were an unexpected delight, and having a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and food truck garden just blocks away was great. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets and taking in the serene surroundings. We would absolutely recommend staying here for your family’s vacation! Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Family Vacation in Paradise!

We had 5 adults staying at "The Sunset Beach House" (the book Bryce & Bee-Bee made showing the design/building of the house is a must-see). From the moment we walked onto the top floor and opened the sliding doors to hear waves crashing on the beach 100 yards away we knew it was going to be special. The house is exactly what it appears on VRBO, but trust me, it will far exceed your expectations! The beds were all very comfy, there were fans in every bedroom that we utilized frequently. 90% of the time A/C wasn't necessary but they do have individual units in each room to cool everything down if necessary. TONS of ocean toys for adults and I think the most toys for building sandcastles I've ever seen in one place, if you have little ones they will ask to come back again and again. My fiance and I just got engaged and are considering getting married on Maui, we can't wait to return to the Sunset Beach House with our little keiki and make many more special memories. Thank you for an incredible stay and experience! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Great property with a great view

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property. Peaceful and perfect location to watch the sunset every evening. Well appointed with all you need. Side note: the coffee maker is for ground coffee not for Keurig kcups, in case you stop at Costco on your way to the house. :)

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
