Relájese y absorba la belleza de vivir en el agua en nuestra propiedad de 23 acres frente al mar en Harris Creek, entre St. histórico Michaels y la encantadora isla Tilghman. Nuestra familia ha vivido en este cuerpo de agua durante 10 generaciones y nos encantaría compartir el ambiente con su familia o grupo de amigos.

La casa fue diseñada por el arquitecto DC, Richard Leggin, y se completó en octubre de 2018 con 5,000 pies cuadrados de increíble espacio habitable. Hay un nuevo muelle de 140 pies y un arrendamiento de acuicultura de ostras de 5 acres ubicado en la propiedad. ¡Lo invitamos a observar las operaciones de nuestro negocio familiar de ostras, Harris Creek Oyster Company, y tal vez probar el producto! We are a small family of 4 generations, ranging in age from 18 months to 93 years. This beautiful home and property were the perfect setting for us. While the listing photos and description are very accurate, it was even better in person. Waking up each morning to the view of Harris Creek with the early morning mist was a lovely start to the day. We celebrated a birthday, prepared many wonderful meals in the very well equipped gorgeous kitchen, used the pool and workout room, and sampled the freshest, most delicious oysters from the homeowners' oyster farm. These were available to purchase from a self-service stand just down the road from the property. We explored the lovely nearby town of St. Michaels as well as Tilghman Island. It's a very picturesque area with beautiful water views.As our first-time Vrbo experience, this home and property have set a very high bar! Highly recommend!!

Our family had a lovely time at this secluded quiet eastern shore property. The pool was lovely and had plenty of floats as well as kids toys. We all like to cook and this kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO property. Kristen, the property manager, shared a lot of information about the surrounding areas and was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to any questions that we had. The house also had numerous crab traps and a holding trap and a very large steamer to cook crabs. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Wonderful house and location

A group of eight, including four children, we had a wonderful time staying at the house, and enjoying the expansive grounds and waterfront. We also really enjoyed the pool. The house has everything you would need, and is large and very comfortable. The location is also great, just minutes from St. Michaels. Thanks also to our excellent hosts for the welcome gift! Much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

This house was stocked to the brim with items for the kitchen, bedrooms, outside entertainment..., etc. I have never vacationed at a home with that many kitchen accessories, spices, cooking utensils, oils, flour, sugar, salt and pepper, paper towels... The house is beautiful as well as the property.

2nd stay as good as the first!

This beautiful and spacious home is comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a family to enjoy indoor and outdoor time together. The layout of the house also allows people to have privacy or quiet time away from the group. The pool is a highlight as is the gorgeous and well-equipped kitchen. Already booked for next year!

Annual family vacation to the Easternshore

We have been visiting the Easternshore area for about 20 years. This property is one of the best places in the area. It is clean and has all the amenities and supplies we needed, including a lot of seasonings and spices. The owners are responsive to your needs. I'd recommend the property those looking to spend a quiet get away in the Chesapeake Bay area.

Another great family vacation

This was our second summer at the property and again it was nothing short of fantastic. Our family has unanimously agreed that this is the best vacation home and location that is loaded with activities for all. Our stay was an amazing family getaway with our son/daughter-in-law and 8-mo old granddaughter, also friends stopped for an overnight. It was perfect set up for what we were looking for. House was spotless and had all we needed to have a relaxing home away from home in a scenic setting. Pool, workout room, screened porch, dock for fishing and crabbing and kitchen allowed for many memorable moments. Access to STM and Tilghman were both convenient for our days and nights out for dinner. Hosts were informative and accessible and also their son spent time with us on the dock explaining the oyster operation and process. Highly recommend for families that want to spend time together on Eastern Shore.

2nd trip was just as sweet!

This was our second time staying at the farmhouse, and it was just as special as the first. I can't recommend it enough, for anyone looking for a tranquil escape. It's also fantastic for families, as the pool and the huge yard will keep the kids entertained all day. It's also a huge plus that the property is pet-friendly, as our 13-year old dog appreciated the peaceful setting as much as we did. We hope to come back again next year!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Everything we needed was provided & we had plenty of space! We loved the pool & the child’s pool attached was a huge hit with our one year old granddaughter! We rented a boat from a local boat rental & parked it at the dock, which was so fun! Home is beautiful & location is great! Highly recommend!

Everything perfect

This house is spacious, beautifully designed with lots of areas for gathering and also for privacy. It is decorated for comfort, and is fully equipped. Everything indoors and out is immaculately maintained. The open porch looks out on a grassy expanse and water, allowing families to relax together, children and dogs to romp, and providing the perfect setting for kite-flying. The pool is extraordinary, and features a shallow L-section that is perfect for small children to safely play. Many people can function simultaneously in the gorgeous kitchen, and we loved eating in the screened in porch. We purchased the freshest possible oysters, farmed by the host family, at a shed right down the road. What a delicious treat! We can't wait to return to this house next year!

Gorgeous home in a great location!

My husband and I, our 18-year-old son, my mother, and our Golden Retriever had a wonderful, relaxing week at this beautiful property. Lovely, peaceful location between St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. Kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. Bedrooms were very private and quiet. Plenty of space to hang out and relax; we mostly spent time on the screened porch and by/in the pool. Communication with the owners was a breeze, and their availability if we had any questions or issues (we didn’t) was appreciated. We’ve been to the area several times and would gladly book this property again. Although we had a smaller group than we’d originally planned, this house could comfortably accommodate a larger family or group. Bonus: seeing herons, osprey, and bald eagles every day.

Friends Vacation

This was a return visit for me. Such an amazing home and the location is peaceful and quiet. It was the first time for my friends to visit the town of St. Michaels and they loved it. We all agreed we look forward to coming back again. The owners are very friendly and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this home for your family get together.

Wedding weekend!

Arrived on a Thursday for our daughter’s wedding weekend at the nearby CBMM. Upon arriving at the property for our stay with extended family members, we were so pleased with the beautiful accommodations! The house was sparkling clean and we were greeted with a small gift from the homeowners, which was very thoughtful! While our weekend was filled with wedding activities, it was so nice to return to this beautiful home for some quiet relaxation. The home offers multiple social areas, each with comfortable seating, and we especially enjoyed the view from the screened in porch! The kitchen, as well as the entire house, was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the pool but it looked clean and inviting. We will definitely return to this home when we are back in St. Michael’s! ❤️

Wonderful and relaxing

This property was a beautiful respite from the mad world. Comfy, with lovely views of the water and surrounding acreage. Great internet, well equipped kitchen and a nice manager of the property too.

Oyster Farm House

The Oyster Farm House is a magnificent property in a beautiful setting on Harris Creek. Great kitchen, comfortable sitting rooms, inviting porches, screened and open. Very well furnished and provisioned with indoor and outdoor games, bikes etc. Conveniently located near biking, hiking, water activities and quaint Eastern Shore towns. Wonderful for a reunion of 4 long time couple friends.

Family vacation

We agree with so many of the previous renters in their descriptions of the home. It was a step above anywhere else we have stayed. It was the perfect location to spend time as a family. Lots of privacy and many things to do on the property. The restaurant recommendations were spot on, and we still can't get over how well stocked the kitchen was with every spice imaginable as well as supplies. We had a wonderful vacation at a beautiful home!

Eastern Shore perfection!

This is a truly unique and beautiful property. We spent four nights over Labor Day weekend and left wishing that we had many more. All 23 acres are beautifully maintained, and they provide a true feeling of tranquility. We enjoyed exploring the property with our dog, and there was plenty of lawn area for soccer, frisbee, football etc. The pool area and new deck are fantastic and the kids spent the majority of our trip swimming endlessly. Last but not least, the wonderful Eastern Shore coastline. There isn't much better than having your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice while looking out at that coastline. The farmhouse is beautifully maintained and very spacious. We had 7 people including 3 kids, and we never felt on top of each other at all. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need and we cooked dinner there each night. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are massive as well. All-in-all, we couldn't have spent a better long weekend on the Eastern Shore. We made great memories and we hope to return next summer as well!
